本发明公开了一种汽车带夹电瓶搭火装置,其特征在于包括夹头和与夹头连接的线缆,夹头由中部通过铰接轴铰接在一起的左支臂和右支臂,左支臂和右支臂后端分别为执手,两执手间设有将两执手施力分开的压缩弹簧,左支臂和右支臂前端分别连接有弧形夹片,两弧形夹片弧心相对,两弧形夹片轴线的方向与铰接轴方向垂直,线缆的芯是由30以上根金属丝构成的软芯,软芯在线缆端头分为三股,其中两股与夹头的左支臂和右支臂的执手后端分别连接,第三股端头设有箍;本发明使用时将第三股密集螺旋缠绕到接线柱上,两弧形夹片夹到缠绕第三股的接线柱上,接触面积大,分多路传送接触电阻很小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆救援用的工具,特别是涉及一种汽车带夹电瓶搭火装置。
背景技术
汽车作为交通工具保有量巨大,电池是汽车必备的部件,为车辆启动和设备提供电能,电池也有失效时候,这时将无法启动汽车只能救援,救援的时候一般都是通过带夹子的电瓶搭火线,将另一电瓶的电源导入到失效电池端子处用于启动,由于启动电流较大,所以要求导线够粗,夹子与端子要接触良好,导线做出一些比较好实现,夹子都是硬性材料,所以夹持时接触面都是多个点接触或线接触,接触部位电阻较大,用打火造成接触不良,仍有待于进一步的加以解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种汽车带夹电瓶搭火装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种汽车带夹电瓶搭火装置,其特征在于包括夹头和与夹头连接的线缆,夹头由中部通过铰接轴铰接在一起的左支臂和右支臂,左支臂和右支臂后端分别为执手,两执手间设有将两执手施力分开的压缩弹簧,左支臂和右支臂前端分别连接有弧形夹片,两弧形夹片弧心相对,两弧形夹片轴线的方向与铰接轴方向垂直,线缆的芯是由30以上根金属丝构成的软芯,软芯在线缆端头分为三股,其中两股与夹头的左支臂和右支臂的执手后端分别连接,第三股端头设有箍。
进一步的,所述第三股横截面为软芯总横截面积的三分之一直三分之二。
本发明使用时将第三股密集螺旋缠绕到接线柱上,然后按压两执手使两弧形夹片张开,夹到缠绕第三股的接线柱上,第三股与接线柱接触紧密,接触面积大大的增加了,同时第三股直接与弧形夹片接触导电,电流经过第三股、两弧形夹片至左支臂和右支臂再至另两股后汇合,分多路传送接触电阻很小。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1所示,该汽车带夹电瓶搭火装置设有夹头和与夹头连接的线缆1,夹头由中部通过铰接轴2铰接在一起的左支臂3和右支臂4,左支臂和右支臂后端分别为执手,两执手间设有将两执手施力分开的压缩弹簧6,左支臂和右支臂前端分别连接有弧形夹片7,两弧形夹片弧心相对,两弧形夹片轴线的方向与铰接轴方向垂直,左支臂和右支臂后、弧形夹片均为导体,线缆为护套多芯软线,线缆的芯是由30以上根金属丝构成的软芯,软芯在线缆端头分为三股,其中两股5与夹头的左支臂和右支臂的执手后端分别连接,第三股8端头设有箍9,防止松散。
本发明使用时将第三股密集螺旋缠绕到接线柱上,然后按压两执手使两弧形夹片张开,夹到缠绕第三股的接线柱上,第三股与接线柱接触紧密,接触面积大大的增加了,同时第三股直接与弧形夹片接触导电,电流经过第三股、两弧形夹片至左支臂和右支臂再至另两股后汇合,分多路传送接触电阻很小。
实施时,可将第三股横截面设为软芯总横截面积的三分之一直三分之二,更符合电流分配大小。

1.一种汽车带夹电瓶搭火装置,其特征在于包括夹头和与夹头连接的线缆,夹头由中部通过铰接轴铰接在一起的左支臂和右支臂,左支臂和右支臂后端分别为执手,两执手间设有将两执手施力分开的压缩弹簧,左支臂和右支臂前端分别连接有弧形夹片,两弧形夹片弧心相对,两弧形夹片轴线的方向与铰接轴方向垂直,线缆的芯是由30以上根金属丝构成的软芯,软芯在线缆端头分为三股,其中两股与夹头的左支臂和右支臂的执手后端分别连接,第三股端头设有箍。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种汽车带夹电瓶搭火装置,其特征在于所述第三股横截面为软芯总横截面积的三分之一直三分之二。
