本发明公开一种车载倍电流液晶模组,其特征在于:包括自上而下依次层叠设置的上铁框、上偏光片、LCD屏、下偏光片、上增光片、下增光片、下扩散膜、胶框、多组灯条和灯条PCB组件、导光板、反射膜和下铁框,所述LCD屏上设置软性线路板,每组灯条的电流为60mA,PCB组件的线路宽度为1.2~1.5mm,本发明能够提高辉度,有效改善散热问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶模组技术领域,具体是一种车载倍电流液晶模组。
背景技术
液晶显示器 (Liquid Crystal Display,LCD) 由于体积小、厚度薄、重量轻及低功耗而广泛应用在个人电脑、移动电话、电视、车载系统及监视器等电子产品,液晶模组是液晶显示器的重要组成部分,液晶模组的辉度一般在250cd/㎡左右,高亮液晶模组可做到300 cd/㎡~350 cd/㎡左右,但对车载系统来说,此亮度的液晶模组无法满足强光下车载液晶模组辉度的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够提高辉度,有效改善散热问题的车载倍电流液晶模组。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种车载倍电流液晶模组,包括自上而下依次层叠设置的上铁框、上偏光片、LCD屏、下偏光片、上增光片、下增光片、下扩散膜、胶框、多组灯条和灯条PCB组件、导光板、反射膜和下铁框,所述LCD屏上设置软性线路板,每组灯条的电流为60mA,PCB组件的线路宽度为1.2~1.5mm。
采用上述结构后,本发明车载倍电流液晶模组通过改变灯条内部芯片参数,将驱动电流由原来的每组20mA提升到每组60 mA,在原有基础上整整提升三倍,液晶模组整体辉度可提升到500cd/㎡以上,从而满足强光下高辉度液晶模组需求,同时将PCB组件的线路宽度由0.3mm拓展为1.2~1.5mm,增加电流流通线路横截面积,电路横截面积越大,阻抗越小,电流通过时所产生的热量也热小;本发明还改变个元件的位置,灯条所发出的热量能够通过下铁框散热,下铁框导热性能更好,可快速有效的将灯条所产生的热量传递出去,且无支架变形引起爆灯,光束不良现象,从而有效的改善散热现象,对整个液晶模组散热性能方面也有很大提升。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明车载倍电流液晶模组,包括自上而下依次层叠设置的上铁框1、上偏光片2、LCD屏3、下偏光片4、上增光片6、下增光片7、下扩散膜8、胶框9、多组灯条和灯条PCB组件10、导光板11、反射膜12和下铁框13,LCD屏3上设置软性线路板5(FPC),每组灯条的电流为60mA,PCB组件的线路宽度为1.2~1.5mm。
