Abstract
本发明提供一种新型空调除湿系统,包括压缩机、室外换热器、室内换热器、室外风扇、室内风扇、室温传感器和室内湿度传感器,所述压缩机、所述室外换热器和所述室内换热器依次串联并形成回路,还包括溶液再生换热器、除湿冷却换热器和干燥系统,所述除湿冷却换热器和所述溶液再生换热器与所述干燥系统相连,且所述除湿冷却换热器与所述室内换热器进行热交换,所述溶液再生换热器与所述室外换热器进行热交换。本发明提供的新型空调除湿系统,通过使用超滤膜,通过溶液的浓度来吸收室内的水分,进而达到除湿的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于空调设备领域,尤其涉及一种新型空调除湿系统。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对居住环境的要求也大大增加,对制冷行业的要求体现在空调不仅仅可以调节房间的温度,而且可以调节湿度,这样房间的舒适度才会有所提高,所以研究可以除湿的空调系统具有非常重要的意义。
现有的空调除湿系统一般分为与蒸发冷却相结合的冷却除湿、转轮除湿以及溶液除湿三种不同的空调系统。冷却除湿是指利用冷却方法使空气温度降低到露点以下,使水蒸气凝结析出,从而降低空气含湿量的方法,但之后出于舒适性的考虑,又需加热送风温度,冷热相抵的过程造成了能耗的增加,而在实际应用中,这种运行方式的结果往往是湿度达不到控制要求;转轮除湿是运用固态吸附原理运行的,由于其再生耗能量较大,使用寿命较短,所以此种方案也不是最经济的;普通的溶液除湿暴露了它除湿能力较差的缺点,这使它的应用普及受到了一定程度上的抑制。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供一种能够节能且高效的新型空调除湿系统。
一种新型空调除湿系统,包括压缩机、室外换热器、室内换热器、室外风扇、室内风扇、室温传感器和室内湿度传感器,所述压缩机、所述室外换热器和所述室内换热器依次串联并形成回路,还包括溶液再生换热器、除湿冷却换热器和干燥系统,所述除湿冷却换热器和所述溶液再生换热器与所述干燥系统相连,且所述除湿冷却换热器与所述室内换热器进行热交换,所述溶液再生换热器与所述室外换热器进行热交换。
所述除湿冷却换热器与所述室内换热器之间设置有除湿冷却换热器循环水泵,且通过载冷剂进行热交换。
所述溶液再生换热器与所述室外换热器之间设置有溶液再生换热器循环水泵,且通过载冷剂进行热交换。
所述载冷剂为水
所述干燥系统内为除湿溶液。
所述除湿溶液为氯化锂溶液。
所述溶液再生换热器和所述除湿冷却换热器均由超透膜和多层平板式换热器组成。
所述干燥系统由塑料材料制成。
所述超滤膜为OEM膜。
本发明提供的新型空调除湿系统,通过使用超滤膜,通过溶液的浓度来吸收室内的水分,进而达到除湿的目的,具有以下优点:
(1)采用OEM膜组件,结构紧凑,可实现温湿度单独调节,耗电降低40%~80%;
(2)采用模块化系统,可与原有空调系统相结合,保证高效的同时实现环保性;
(3)模块化设计,便于安装维护;
(4)热湿负荷分开处理,避免了过度冷却和再热;
(5)可使用低温热源,利用低品位能源;
(6)溶液回路全采用塑料材料,耗费低,彻底解决腐蚀问题。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图来详细说明本发明。
如图1所示的新型空调除湿系统,包括压缩机1、室外换热器2、节流阀3、室内换热器4、室外风扇5、室内风扇10、室温传感器和室内湿度传感器,所述压缩机1、所述室外换热器2和所述室内换热器4依次串联并形成回路,还包括溶液再生换热器6、除湿冷却换热器9和干燥系统11,所述除湿冷却换热器9和所述溶液再生换热器6与所述干燥系统11相连,且所述除湿冷却换热器9与所述室内换热器4进行热交换,所述溶液再生换热器6与所述室外换热器2进行热交换。
所述除湿冷却换热器9与所述室内换热器4之间设置有除湿冷却换热器循环水泵7,且通过载冷剂进行热交换。
所述溶液再生换热器6与所述室外换热器2之间设置有溶液再生换热器循环水泵8,且通过载冷剂进行热交换。
所述载冷剂为水。
所述干燥系统11内为除湿溶液。
如图2所示的所述除湿溶液为氯化锂溶液。其中,除湿溶液经过除湿冷却换热器9温度为室温17℃,除湿溶液经过溶液再生换热器6温度为38℃,通过除湿热交换器,降低了进入除湿冷却换热器9进口的溶液温度,升高了进入溶液再生换热器6进口的温度,通过设置除湿热交换器既降低了除湿冷却热交换器的热负荷,又降低了溶液再生换热器6所需的热量,达到了节能的目的。
所述溶液再生换热器6和所述除湿冷却换热器9均由超透膜和多层平板式换热器组成。
所述干燥系统11由塑料材料制成,解决了除湿溶液的腐蚀问题。
所述超滤膜为OEM膜。
由以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种新型空调除湿系统,包括压缩机、室外换热器、室内换热器、室外风扇、室内风扇、室温传感器和室内湿度传感器,所述压缩机、所述室外换热器和所述室内换热器依次串联并形成回路,其特征在于:还包括溶液再生换热器、除湿冷却换热器和干燥系统,所述除湿冷却换热器和所述溶液再生换热器与所述干燥系统相连,且所述除湿冷却换热器与所述室内换热器进行热交换,所述溶液再生换热器与所述室外换热器进行热交换。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型空调除湿系统,其特征在于:所述除湿冷却换热器与所述室内换热器之间设置有除湿冷却换热器循环水泵,且通过载冷剂进行热交换。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型空调除湿系统,其特征在于:所述溶液再生换热器与所述室外换热器之间设置有溶液再生换热器循环水泵,且通过载冷剂进行热交换。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的新型空调除湿系统,其特征在于:所述载冷剂为水 。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型空调除湿系统,其特征在于:所述干燥系统内为除湿溶液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型空调除湿系统,其特征在于:所述除湿溶液为氯化锂溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型空调除湿系统,其特征在于:所述溶液再生换热器和所述除湿冷却换热器均由超透膜和多层平板式换热器组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的新型空调除湿系统,其特征在于:所述干燥系统由塑料材料制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的新型空调除湿系统,其特征在于:所述超滤膜为OEM膜。
