技术领域
本发明涉及汽车装备技术领域,具体地说涉及一种U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置。
背景技术
汽车在行驶过程中需要根据实际需求进行远灯和近灯的切换,传统的远灯和近灯由两个光源提供,分别为远光透镜组和近光透镜组,而控制远灯和近灯的切换的装置为磁吸双光透镜装置。目前现有技术的磁吸双光透镜装置结构复杂,不易安装,不节能,漏磁多,耗电功率大,吸合力不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置,克服现有技术中现有技术的磁吸双光透镜装置结构复杂、不易安装、不节能、漏磁多、耗电功率大、吸合力不好的缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置,包括U型铁芯、线圈、磁吸片、弹簧;所述线圈缠绕于U型铁芯的中部,所述磁吸片可活动的铰接在U型铁芯、线圈的上方,与U型铁芯、线圈可吸合或断开;所述弹簧为复位弹簧,设置在U型铁芯、线圈的一侧,所述磁吸片的一端挂设置弹簧的一端。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置还包括外壳,所述U型铁芯、线圈设置在外壳中,所述磁吸片设置在外壳的上方并与外壳铰接,所述弹簧设置在外壳的一侧,弹簧的另一端连接在外壳上。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述外壳为塑料外壳。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述外壳的内侧设置有定位柱,所述磁吸片在对应位置设置有与定位柱相适配的空位槽,所述定位柱的上端穿设在磁吸片的空位槽中。

如图1、2所示,本发明的U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置,包括U型铁芯1、线圈2、磁吸片3、弹簧4;所述线圈2缠绕于U型铁芯1的中部,所述磁吸片3可活动的铰接在U型铁芯1、线圈2的上方,当U型铁芯1、线圈2产生磁场时,磁吸片3与U型铁芯1、线圈2吸合,当U型铁芯1、线圈2停止产生磁场时,磁吸片3与U型铁芯1、线圈2断开;所述弹簧4为复位弹簧,设置在U型铁芯1、线圈2的一侧,所述磁吸片3的一端挂设置弹簧4的一端。
所述U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置还包括外壳5,所述U型铁芯1、线圈2设置在外壳5中,所述磁吸片3设置在外壳1的上方并与外壳1铰接,所述弹簧4设置在外壳5的一侧,弹簧4的另一端连接在外壳5上。
所述外壳5为塑料外壳。
所述外壳5的内侧设置有定位柱6,所述磁吸片3在对应位置设置有与定位柱6相适配的空位槽,所述定位柱6的上端穿设在磁吸片3的空位槽中。
如图2所示,本U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置安装在汽车上,控制远灯和近灯的切换。

1.一种U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置,其特征在于:包括U型铁芯、线圈、磁吸片、弹簧;所述线圈缠绕于U型铁芯的中部,所述磁吸片可活动的铰接在U型铁芯、线圈的上方,与U型铁芯、线圈可吸合或断开;所述弹簧为复位弹簧,设置在U型铁芯、线圈的一侧,所述磁吸片的一端挂设置弹簧的一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置,其特征在于:所述U型铁芯磁吸双光透镜装置还包括外壳,所述U型铁芯、线圈设置在外壳中,所述磁吸片设置在外壳的上方并与外壳铰接,所述弹簧设置在外壳的一侧,弹簧的另一端连接在外壳上。
