本发明提供的一种LED汽车大灯,包括:反光杯、设于反光杯内中央的LED光源以及设于反光杯前的密封玻璃罩,反光杯外设置外壳,反光杯、外壳之间填充有液体散热介质,LED光源包括LED灯芯、设于LED灯芯上的遮光铝帽、设于LED灯芯下的硅胶缓冲垫以及设于硅胶缓冲垫后侧的导热壳体。本发明的有益效果是:该汽车大灯以LED作为汽车的大灯光源,具有结构简单、使用安全方便、电光转换率高、节能省电和使用寿命长的优点,并且,它采用独立的散热风道,配有热管散热器和温控散热风扇,能够把LED作时发出的热量及时导出散掉,解决了LED使用过程中发热而产生光衰的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车照明技术领域,具体涉及一种LED汽车大灯。
背景技术
目前的汽车、电动汽车照明大灯一般都是采用大功率的卤素灯或氙气灯,卤素灯的缺点是:电光转换率低、耗电量大、使用寿命短;氙气灯的缺点是:色温高,对雾气穿透力差,且需要高压电路和安定器,电路结构复杂、故障率高,使用寿命虽然比卤素灯长,但也只有3000小时。对于电动汽车来讲,所有的能量都来自于储能蓄电池,耗电量大的灯具显然不适合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种LED汽车大灯,解决上述现有技术中的一个或者是多个。
本发明提供的一种LED汽车大灯,包括:反光杯、设于反光杯内中央的LED光源以及设于反光杯前的密封玻璃罩,反光杯外设置外壳,反光杯、外壳之间填充有液体散热介质,LED光源包括LED灯芯、设于LED灯芯上的遮光铝帽、设于LED灯芯下的硅胶缓冲垫以及设于硅胶缓冲垫后侧的导热壳体。
在一些实施方式中,密封玻璃罩、LED灯芯之间设有透镜。
在一些实施方式中,反光杯的下侧设有散热风道。
在一些实施方式中,导热壳体上贴设有热管散热器,热管散热器的散热端延伸至散热风道内,散热端上设有散热鳍片。
在一些实施方式中,散热风道设有进气口、出气口,进气口设有防止异物进入的格栅,格栅后面设有可更换的空气过滤网,空气过滤网后面有温控散热风扇。
本发明的有益效果是:该汽车大灯以LED作为汽车的大灯光源,具有结构简单、使用安全方便、电光转换率高、节能省电和使用寿命长的优点,并且,它采用独立的散热风道,配有热管散热器和温控散热风扇,能够把LED作时发出的热量及时导出散掉,解决了LED使用过程中发热而产生光衰的问题。

本发明提供一种LED汽车大灯,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明作详细介绍:
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种LED汽车大灯,包括:反光杯1、设于反光杯1内中央的LED光源2以及设于反光杯1前的密封玻璃罩3,反光杯1外设置外壳4,反光杯1、外壳4之间填充有液体散热介质5,反光杯1、外壳4之间经过密封处理,本实施例中的液体散热介质5为水。LED光源2包括LED灯芯21、设于LED灯芯21上的遮光铝帽22、设于LED灯芯21后端的硅胶缓冲垫23以及设于硅胶缓冲垫23后端的导热壳体24,LED灯芯21位于反光杯1的中央。密封玻璃罩3、LED灯芯21之间卡固有透镜6。反光杯1的下侧设有散热风道7。导热壳体24上贴设有热管散热器25,热管散热器25的散热端251延伸至散热风道7内,散热端251上设有散热鳍片252。散热风道7设有进气口71、出气口72,进气口71处设有防止异物进入的格栅73,格栅73后面设有可更换的空气过滤网74,空气过滤网74后面有温控散热风扇75。

1.一种LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,包括:反光杯(1)、设于所述反光杯(1)内中央的LED光源(2)以及设于所述反光杯(1)前的密封玻璃罩(3),所述反光杯(1)外设置外壳(4),所述反光杯(1)、外壳(4)之间填充有液体散热介质(5),所述LED光源(2)包括LED灯芯(21)、设于所述LED灯芯(21)上的遮光铝帽(22)、设于所述LED灯芯(21)下的硅胶缓冲垫(23)以及设于所述硅胶缓冲垫(23)后侧的导热壳体(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述密封玻璃罩(3)、LED灯芯(21)之间设有透镜(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述反光杯(1)的下侧设有散热风道(7)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述导热壳体(24)上贴设有热管散热器(25),所述热管散热器(25)的散热端(251)延伸至所述散热风道(7)内,所述散热端(251)上设有散热鳍片(252)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述散热风道(7)设有进气口(71)、出气口(72),所述进气口(71)设有防止异物进入的格栅(73),所述格栅(73)后面设有可更换的空气过滤网(74),所述空气过滤网(74)后面有温控散热风扇(75)。
