技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑装饰型材。
背景技术
型材是铁或钢以及具有一定强度和韧性的材料(如塑料、铝、玻璃纤维等)通过轧制,挤出,铸造等工艺制成的具有一定几何形状的物体。
按照钢的冶炼质量不同,型钢分为普通型钢和优质型钢。普通型钢按现行金属产品目录又分为大型型钢、中型型钢、小型型钢。普通型钢按其断面形状又可分为工字钢、槽钢、角钢、圆钢等。大型型钢:大型型钢中工字钢、槽钢、角钢、扁钢都是热轧的,圆钢、方钢、六角钢除热轧外,还有锻制、冷拉等。工字钢、槽钢、角钢广泛应用于工业建筑和金属结构,如厂房、桥梁、船舶、农机车辆制造、输电铁塔,运输机械、往往配合使用。扁钢主要用作桥梁、房架、栅栏、输电、船舶、车辆等。圆钢、方钢用作各种机械零件、农机配件、工具等。中型型钢:中型型钢中工、槽、角、圆、扁钢用途与大型型钢相似小型型钢:小型型钢中角、圆、方、扁钢加工和用途与大型相似,小直径圆常用作建筑钢筋。
目前现有的建筑装饰型材构强度不高,保温效果不好,不方便安装和使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构强度高,保温效果好,方便安装和使用的建筑装饰型材。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种建筑装饰型材,包括型材本体,所述型材本体左右两侧呈弧形凸起设置,所述型材本体上下两端设置有凹槽,所述凹槽两侧设置有挡板,所述挡板与型材本体一体成型设置,所述型材本体外侧设置有烤漆层,所述型材本体中部设置有线管,所述线管与型材本体焊接,所述线管内设置有凸起部,所述线管外侧填充有玻璃纤维层,所述型材本体四周内侧还设置有圆孔,所述圆孔呈对称设置,所述圆孔一侧设置有连接槽。
作为优选,所述圆孔与连接槽连通,保持结构稳定性高。
作为优选,所述凸起部呈环形整列分布,能够提升线管的结构强度。
作为优选,所述凸起部与线管一体成型,保持结构稳定性高。
作为优选,所述烤漆层厚度大于3mm,保持外形美观。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的型材本体结构强度高;设置的挡板与型材本体一体成型,使得结构稳定可靠,方便型材本体通过凹槽进行安装;设置的玻璃纤维层具有保温效果;设置的圆孔和连接槽能够降低型材本体的重量,同时能够保持结构稳定。

如图1所示,一种建筑装饰型材,包括型材本体1,所述型材本体1左右两侧呈弧形凸起设置,所述型材本体1上下两端设置有凹槽2,所述凹槽2两侧设置有挡板3,所述挡板3与型材本体1一体成型设置,所述型材本体1外侧设置有烤漆层4,所述型材本体1中部设置有线管5,所述线管5与型材本体1焊接,所述线管内设置有凸起部6,所述线管5外侧填充有玻璃纤维层7,所述型材本体1四周内侧还设置有圆孔8,所述圆孔8呈对称设置,所述圆孔8一侧设置有连接槽9。
所述圆孔8与连接槽9连通。
所述凸起部6呈环形整列分布。
所述凸起部6与线管5一体成型。
所述烤漆层4厚度大于3mm。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的型材本体结构强度高;设置的挡板与型材本体一体成型,使得结构稳定可靠,方便型材本体通过凹槽进行安装;设置的玻璃纤维层具有保温效果;设置的圆孔和连接槽能够降低型材本体的重量,同时能够保持结构稳定。
