背景技术
目前，轴承一般都通过轴承座或轴承端盖来固定，因此使用轴承还需要额外的零部件，结构繁琐，并且一些狭小的空间或特殊的结构使用起来不方便甚至无法使用。
分析上述提及的现有技术存在以下不足，即本发明所要解决的技术问题：
1．使用轴承还需要额外的零部件，结构繁琐；
2.一些对空间或者机械结构有特殊要求的场合，不方便或无法使用现有轴承。
发明内容
针对现有轴承所存在的上述不足，本发明现提供一种带安装孔的法兰轴承。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种带安装孔的法兰轴承，其主要包括外圈、内圈、滚珠和保持架。其连接关系为：将所有滚珠都装入外圈和内圈之间的沟槽内，将保持架对应好滚珠位置铆合，然后加入润滑脂。
其中轴承外圈带有法兰，且法兰上均布有多个安装孔，方便轴承的定位与固定，无需额外加工轴承端盖，使机械结构简单并且节省空间。
本发明的优点在于：通过在轴承外圈的法兰上加入几个安装孔，使轴承的固定无需额外加工轴承端盖，使机械结构简单并且节省空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述，以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本实施例提供的是一种带安装孔的法兰轴承，其主要包括外圈1、内圈2、滚珠3、保持架4（参见图1，图2）；其连接关系为：将所有滚珠3都装入外圈1和内圈2之间的沟槽内，将保持架4对应好滚珠3位置铆合，然后加入润滑脂（参见图1）。
具体使用方法，安装此轴承的轴承孔周围与轴承法兰上的安装孔对应位置加工螺纹孔，安装时，将轴承推入轴承孔内，将轴承外圈1法兰上的安装孔与轴承孔周围的螺纹孔对齐，然后通过螺钉固定即可。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式，采用与本发明上述实施例相同或近似的结构，均在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种带安装孔的法兰轴承，其特征在于：包括外圈（1）、内圈（2）、滚珠（3）、保持架（4）；
其连接关系为：将所有滚珠（3）都装入外圈（1）和内圈（2）之间的沟槽内，将保持架（4）对应好滚珠（3）位置铆合，然后加入润滑脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带安装孔的法兰轴承，其特征在于：轴承外圈（1）带有法兰，且法兰上均布有多个安装孔，方便一些对空间有要求的特殊场合使用。
