2.背景技术
一般而言,排气系统安装在车辆的车身底部,以减小噪音并在废气排放到大气之前从发动机产生的废气中除去杂质。排气系统通常包括与发动机气缸盖连接的排气歧管;一个或多个消声器,其被配置成通过向来自发动机的废气流施加阻力来减小噪音;以及催化转换器(催化单元),其被配置成将包括在废气中的有毒物质诸如烃、一氧化碳、氧化氮等通过氧化还原反应转换为对人体无害的二氧化碳、水、氮、氧气等。

发明内容

如本发明所使用,术语“消声器”是指被配置成减小从内燃机、通风设备等产生的噪音的装置。通常,消声器由金属材料制成并具有圆柱形形状或矩形箱体形状。当消声器的噪音减小性能增强时,废气的流动阻力也可增大,这导致发动机输出的降低。因此,当制造消声器时重要的是使噪音减小效果和发动机输出平衡。尽管各种类型的消声器在本领域中是已知的,但典型的消声器具有这样的结构,即使用具有约1mm厚度的钢板形成圆柱形主体,并且所述圆柱形主体的内部可被分成若干空间,所述空间干扰声波、减少压力波动,并且当废气流通过消声器时降低废气的温度,从而逐渐减小噪音。

图3A和图3B示出根据本发明的示例性实施方式的具有栓接连接结构的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构的透视图。如图所示,SCR催化单元200可通过栓接110来代替前面提及的夹持120连接到壳体100。在该示例性实施方式中,两个挡板140可设置在壳体100内。所述挡板中的设置在(例如,靠近)壳体前端附近的一个挡板(例如,第一挡板)可作为挡板和如上所述的支承单元130两者操作,并且设置在(例如,靠近)壳体后端附近的另一个挡板(例如,第二挡板)可作为典型挡板操作。因此,设置在壳体前端附近的挡板140可包括在其中形成的开口以支承SCR催化单元200。
在图2A、图2B、图3A和图3B中描绘的箭头指示废气的流动。图2A示出废气可通过SCR催化单元200流入壳体100,穿过也作为支承单元130操作的挡板140,并流入排气管10。图2B显示废气的一部分可与图2A中的废气类似地流动,并且废气的其余部分可直接流入排气管而不穿过挡板。图3A和图3B示出废气的各种流动可在相同的挡板140的排列中实现。
如从以上描述显而易见的,本发明提供一种用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,其中SCR催化单元可通过栓接或夹持整体连接到消声器,以允许SCR催化单元的一部分插入消声器中并且其余部分暴露在消声器外,从而与常规的集成式催化消声器相比,大大地降低了重量和生产成本。进一步地,当集成式催化消声器在行进中发生故障时,集成式催化消声器的上述构造使得可能对于消声器和/或催化单元的维护和修理有帮助。
尽管为了说明性目的已经公开了本发明的示例性实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员将理解,在不脱离所附权利要求中所公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可以进行各种修改、添加和替代。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于净化来自发动机的废气并在所述废气流向车辆后部时减小噪音的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,所述优化结构包括:
具有入口和出口的壳体;以及
安装到所述壳体的选择性催化还原催化单元,其中所述选择性催化还原催化单元的一部分插入所述壳体中并且其余部分暴露在所述壳体外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,其中所述选择性催化还原催化单元通过栓接或夹持连接到所述壳体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,其还包括:
安装在所述壳体内的多个挡板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,其中所述挡板包括在其中形成的多个孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,其进一步包括:
设置在所述壳体中以支承所述选择性催化还原催化单元的支承单元。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,其中所述支承单元是挡板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,其中所述挡板具有在其中形成的开口以支承所述选择性催化还原催化单元。
8.根据权利要求3所述的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,其中第一挡板靠近所述壳体的第一端设置并作为挡板和支承单元两者操作,并且第二挡板靠近所述壳体的后端设置并作为挡板操作。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于集成式催化消声器的优化结构,其中所述第一挡板包括在其中形成的开口以支承所述选择性催化还原催化单元。
