Abstract

塑钢门窗滑轮一旦需要更换,就必需卸下门窗,而这门窗是很重的,尤其是双层中空玻璃的门窗,又位于高层窗户的外侧,更换就更困难了。本发明在门窗框的框边【4】钻有轮轴护套孔,滑轮【1】安装在凹槽内,中间有轮轴【3】,门窗也就可以轻松推移。当滑轮【1】需要更换时,只要頂出轮轴【3】,取出滑轮【1】,装上新的滑轮【1】和轮轴【3】,更换工作即告完成。为传统塑钢门窗更换本发明的滑轮时,先把导向器安放在框边【4】下,钻出合格护套孔,就可以装上新的滑轮【1】和轮轴【3】了,因安装新滑轮后的门窗稍有抬高,旧滑轮可以不拆除。

方便更换滑轮的塑钢门窗及其滑轮的更换方法
背景技术
塑钢门窗滑轮都是滑轮和轮架组装在一起然后整体安装在门窗的下边凹槽内,以使门窗的推拉轻便。但它一旦损坏或嵌塞需要更换时,就必需卸下门窗,而这门窗是很重的,尤其如果是双层中空玻璃的门窗,碰巧它又位于高层房屋窗户的外侧,更换起来就更加困难了。
发明内容
在门窗框的框边【4】钻有轮轴护套孔,孔内装有护套【2】和轮轴【3】,滑轮【1】安装在凹槽内,中间有轮轴【3】穿过,当门窗安装到位后,滑轮【1】就可在轮轨上滚动,门窗也就可以轻松推移。
当滑轮【1】需要更换时,只要頂出轮轴【3】,取出滑轮【1】,装上新的滑轮【1】和轮轴【3】,更换工作即告完成。
本发明还专门设计了针对传统塑钢门窗的滑轮更换方法和更换工具;
传统塑钢门窗没有护套孔,为了不卸下门窗又能钻出合格的护套孔, 本发明设计了专门的工具导向器和楔形块,导向器由寬板【8】、窄板【9】和导向管【6】组成, 寬板【8】和窄板【9】成垂直清角固定连接成一体, 导向管【6】和寬板【8】平面垂直地固定在寬板【8】平面钻护套孔的相应位置,注意这位置应使安装新滑轮后的门窗稍有抬高,导向管【6】的内径略大于护套孔的直径.
另外有楔形块【10】,其寬度及楔角和窄板【9】相当。
为传统的塑钢门窗更换滑轮时,先把导向器安放在框边【4】下,下面插进楔形块【10】,轻轻锤击楔形块【10】使塑钢门窗稍稍抬起,钻出合格护套孔,然后撤出导向器和楔形块【10】,在护套孔中装入护套【2】,再接着就可以按上述更换本发明塑钢门窗滑轮一样的装上新的滑轮【1】和轮轴【3】了,因安装新滑轮后的门窗稍有抬高,旧滑轮可以不拆除。

具体实施方式
在门窗框下边装滑轮用的凹槽的二道框边【4】钻有轮轴护套孔,孔内装有护套【2】,护套【2】中有轮轴【3】,滑轮【1】安装在凹槽内,中间有轮轴【3】穿过,当门窗安装到位后,滑轮【1】就可在轮轨上滚动,门窗也就可以轻松推移。当滑轮【1】需要更换时,只要稍微抬高一点门窗框,在框边【4】下塞进适当高度的垫块,用钉子或者其他铁棒頂出轮轴【3】,即可取出滑轮【1】,护套【2】也可换也可不换,装上新的滑轮【1】和轮轴【3】,撤出垫块,更换工作即告完成。为使已安装了传统滑轮组的塑钢门窗也能方便地更换本发明的滑轮。
本发明还专门设计了针对传统塑钢门窗的滑轮更换方法和更换工具:
传统塑钢门窗没有护套孔,所以首先要钻护套孔, 二道框边【4】上的护套孔的中心线要求在同一直线上并垂直于门窗框平面,其定位还需要达到在装上本发明的滑轮后使门窗稍有抬高;
为了不卸下门窗又能钻出合格的护套孔, 本发明设计了专门的工具导向器和楔形块,导向器由寬板【8】、窄板【9】和导向管【6】组成,窄板【9】的寬和框边【4】的厚【5】相当,窄板【9】并加工成一端厚一端薄的楔形,, 寬板【8】和窄板【9】成垂直清角固定连接成一体, 导向管【6】和寬板【8】平面垂直地固定在寬板【8】平面钻护套孔的相应位置,注意这位置应使安装滑轮后的门窗稍有抬高,导向管【6】的内径略大于护套孔的直径;

1.一种方便更换滑轮的塑钢门窗及其滑轮的更换方法,其特征是:
在门窗框下边装滑轮用的凹槽的二道框边【4】钻有轮轴护套孔,孔内装有护套【2】,护套【2】中有轮轴【3】,滑轮【1】安装在凹槽内,中间有轮轴【3】穿过,当门窗安装到位后,滑轮【1】就可在轮轨上滚动,门窗也就可以轻松推移。
2.一种方便更换滑轮的塑钢门窗及其滑轮的更换方法,其特征是:
当滑轮【1】需要更换时,只要稍微抬高一点门窗框,在框边【4】下塞进适当高度的垫块,用钉子或者其他铁棒頂出轮轴【3】,即可取出滑轮【1】,护套【2】也可换也可不换,装上新的滑轮【1】和轮轴【3】,撤出垫块,更换工作即告完成。
