Abstract

目前墙体多采用空心结构达到隔热隔音的效果。其缺点在于,目前的空心墙体往往只能采用预制,不能采取现场浇注。为达到更好的隔热效果,常在墙体安装好之后再在墙体外增加隔热层,增加了工作量和劳动成本,并且由于保温层置于外侧,也容易损坏。本发明提供一种隔热层在墙体内的现浇空心墙体。该墙体依次包括以下几个部分:现浇层、保温层、空心层、保温层、水泥浆层。

一种现浇空心墙体及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空心墙体,尤其涉及一种现浇空心墙体。
背景技术
目前墙体多采用空心结构达到隔热隔音的效果。其缺点在于,目前的空心墙体往往只能采用预制,不能采取现场浇注。为达到更好的隔热效果,常在墙体安装好之后再在墙体外增加隔热层,增加了工作量和劳动成本,并且由于保温层置于外侧,也容易损坏。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种隔热层在墙体内的现浇空心墙体。
该墙体依次包括以下几个部分:现浇层、保温层、空心层、保温层、水泥浆层。
其制造步骤如下:用内模置于要浇筑的墙体中心。将两层保温层紧贴内模、放置于内模两侧。将两层外模隔一定距离地安装于两层保温层外侧,保证两层外模之间的距离为墙体的厚度。使用本领域常用的技术手段,通过定距套管、定位螺母、外模定位螺杆固定模块组位置。将水泥浆浇入外模与保温层之间的空间内,等到墙体成型,便形成现浇层。将取下定位杆、拆出外模,并将内模抽出,以备再次使用。
本发明与现有的模板一样,在实际使用过程中,通常根据墙体所需的高度和宽度将多块模板组进行组合使用。
为保证内模安装时位置稳定,可在墙体中心位置处设置内模定位凸块;内模板用中空管,可套在内模定位凸块外侧固定。
为保证外模、保温层相互间位置稳定,在外模保温层之间设置保温层定位杆,保温层定位杆一端设有中心凸点,可插入保温层固定。
为保证可以使用定位螺母和外模定位螺杆固定模块组位置,保温层中设有保温层通孔供定距套管通过;外模上设有外模通孔可使定位杆通过。

具体实施方式
如图2、图3所示,将本现浇空心墙体的模块组进行安装:
将在要浇筑的墙体中心设置内模定位凸块6,再将内模5套于内模定位凸块6外侧。
将两层保温层4紧贴内模5、放置于内模5两侧。
将两层外模2分别隔一定距离地安装于两层保温层4外侧,保温层4与外模2之间设置有保温层定位杆12,保温层定位杆12一端设有中心凸点15,中心凸点15可插入保温层4内将保温层定位杆12与保温层4固定。安装外模2的同时,将定距套管7穿过保温层通孔8安装,使定距套管7两端分别顶住外模2。
将外模定位杆12穿过外模通孔14、定距套管7,使用垫片9、定位螺母10将模板组固定。
将混凝土注入保温层4与外模2之间的现浇层空间,一段时间后现浇层3成型。
将定位螺母拧开,取出外模定位杆12,取出外模2,将内模块从上方抽出,以备再次使用。
最后制造出来的墙体结构如图1所示,从左到右依次包括现浇层、保温层、空心层、保温层、现浇层。

Claims (4)

1.一种现浇空心墙体,依次包括以下几层:现浇层、保温层、空心层、保温层、现浇层。
2.一种现浇空心墙体的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
将内模置于要浇筑的墙体中心;
将两层保温层紧贴内模、放置于内模两侧;
将两层外模隔一定距离地安装于两层保温层外侧,保证两层外模之间的距离为墙体的厚度;
再使用现有技术,通过定距套管、定位螺母、外模定位螺杆固定模块组位置;
将混凝土浇入外模与保温层之间的空间内,等到墙体成型,便形成现浇层;
取下定位杆、拆出外模,并将内模抽出,以备下次使用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的墙体制造方法,其特征在于,墙体中心位置处还设置有内模定位凸块,所述内模板为中空管,可套在所述的内模定位凸块外侧固定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的墙体制造方法,其特征在于,所述外模与所述保温层之间设置有保温层定位杆,所述保温层定位杆一端设有中心凸点,可插入所述保温层固定所述外模与所述保温层的位置。
