The 50 mesh stainless steel filter plate 821 and the 200 mesh stainless steel filter plate 822 are supported by a frame and have a certain distance between the two plates, so that the blocking of the plate holes by the trapped matters can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5 (the diagrams a to e in fig. 5 are schematic views of different states of the sprinkler head 43 of the sprinkler 4), the sprinkler 4 is mainly used for road cleaning and humidification and temperature reduction. The front and the back of the vehicle body 1 are respectively provided with two spraying devices 4 which are connected with the water storage tank 3 through a water pipe 41, and a spraying nozzle 43 is connected with the water pipe 41 through a rotary ball valve 42. The rotary ball valve 42 can be rotated up, down, left and right, and the maximum rotation angle is 45 °. The distance of sprinkling water is adjusted by rotating the rotary ball valve 42 up and down; the direction of the water spray is adjusted by rotating the rotary ball valve 42 left and right. The front and the back of the vehicle body 1 are respectively provided with a monitoring camera 10 which are respectively positioned in front of the vehicle head and at the tail of the vehicle and used for monitoring the spraying condition.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of the control principle of the sprinkler provided by the present invention. A water level detection sensor 5 is arranged at the upper part of one side in the water storage tank 3, and the water level detection sensor 5 is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) serving as a control device. The control element 83 for controlling the water slide plate, the air hole 6, the water level indicator light and the alarm are arranged in the cab 2. The spraying device 4 further comprises four spraying arm switches, four spraying arm control rods and two cameras, and is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) as a control device, the four spraying arm switches and the four control rods are arranged in the cab and respectively marked as 'front left', 'front right', 'rear left', 'rear right' and two spraying display screens, and the characters of 'front' and 'rear' are respectively marked at the upper left corner of the screen.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view illustrating a principle of a cloud platform remote control sprinkler provided in the present invention. A control piece 83 for controlling the water slide plate, a switch for controlling the air hole 6, a water level prompting lamp and a water level alarm are arranged in the environmental sanitation cloud platform control chamber; the water spraying emergency stop control button, the two spraying display screens, the spraying instantaneous flow and the total water consumption of one-time spraying operation. The cloud platform is connected with a moral box in a sprinkler control room through a GPRS/CDMA network, can accurately position the position of a vehicle, record vehicle information and sprinkler information data, and remotely control the sprinkler, including opening and closing of a rainwater collection and filtration device, a switch of a sprinkling and road sprinkling device and the like.
