Abstract

本发明提出了用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质,按质量百分比,由以下组分组成:29‑31%的矿油,9‑11%的羧酸盐,8‑12%的硼酸或硼酸盐,19‑21%的烷基醇胺,9‑11%的石油磺酸钠,9‑11%的丙烯乙二醇醚,8‑10%的非离子表面活性剂,0.3‑0.7%的消泡剂,0.3‑0.7%的有机硫杀菌剂。采用本发明应用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型中的凹模型腔,替代现有的拉延油,在同样的拉延模具中实现了无拔模角油底壳的拉延成型,产品的合格率达到了98%,零件上擦伤轻微,解决了冷冲压模具对材料的摩擦、材料厚度变化不均的弊端,无极限开裂,尺寸符合图纸要求。

用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质
技术领域
本发明属于液压拉延成型技术领域,尤其是用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质。
背景技术
针对涡轮增压发动机油底壳,有一些产品类型是无拔模角油底壳,如图1所示,其侧壁A无拔模角的,采用常规的拉延方法无法冲压成型,在拉延模具的凸模表面、凹模型腔表面涂普通的拉延油无法达到目的,成型后,起皱、开裂严重,材料厚度不均。
发明内容
为了实现无拔模角油底壳的拉延成型,本发明提出用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质。
为此,本发明的技术方案为:用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质,按质量百分比,由以下组分组成:29-31%的矿油,9-11%的羧酸盐,8-12%的硼酸或硼酸盐,19-21%的烷基醇胺,9-11%的石油磺酸钠,9-11%的丙烯乙二醇醚,8-10%的非离子表面活性剂,0.3-0.7%的消泡剂,0.3-0.7%的有机硫杀菌剂。
在上述技术方案中,所述羧酸盐选自甲酸盐、乙酸盐或草酸盐中的一种。
在上述技术方案中,所述硼酸盐选自硼氢化钠或硼酸氢铵中的一种。
在上述技术方案中,所述烷基醇胺选自N,N -二乙基乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N-甲基乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺中的一种。
在上述技术方案中,所述有机硫杀菌剂选自代森铵、福美锌、代森锌或代森锰锌中的一种。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术的拉延油相比,用丙烯甘醇醚替代部分矿油,采用矿油与丙烯甘醇醚的组合配比起到抗挤压作用,丙烯甘醇醚兼有润滑作用,加入羧酸盐及硼酸或硼酸盐强化了润滑作用,采用本发明应用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型中的凹模型腔,替代现有的拉延油,在同样的拉延模具中实现了无拔模角油底壳的拉延成型,产品的合格率达到了98%,零件上擦伤轻微,解决了冷冲压模具对材料的摩擦、材料厚度变化不均的弊端,无极限开裂,尺寸符合图纸要求。

下面结合实施例,进一步描述本发明。
实施例1
用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质,按质量百分比,由以下组分组成:30%的矿油,10%的羧酸盐,10%的硼酸或硼酸盐,20%的烷基醇胺,9%的石油磺酸钠,11%的丙烯乙二醇醚,9%的非离子表面活性剂,0.5%的消泡剂,0.5%的有机硫杀菌剂;把各组分混合均匀,就得到成品。
实施例2
用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质,按质量百分比,由以下组分组成:31%的矿油,9%的羧酸盐,8%的硼酸或硼酸盐,21%的烷基醇胺,11%的石油磺酸钠,9%的丙烯乙二醇醚,10%的非离子表面活性剂,0.7%的消泡剂,0.3%的有机硫杀菌剂;把各组分混合均匀,就得到成品。
实施例3
用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质,按质量百分比,由以下组分组成:29%的矿油,11%的羧酸盐,9%的硼酸或硼酸盐,19%的烷基醇胺,9%的石油磺酸钠,11%的丙烯乙二醇醚,11%的非离子表面活性剂,0.3%的消泡剂,0.7%的有机硫杀菌剂;把各组分混合均匀,就得到成品。
在本发明中,所述羧酸盐选自甲酸盐、乙酸盐或草酸盐中的一种;优先甲酸的钠盐或钾盐,乙酸的钠盐或钾盐,草酸盐的钠盐或钾盐。
在本发明中,所述硼酸盐选自硼氢化钠或硼酸氢铵中的一种。
在本发明中,选择硼酸或硼酸盐时,优先硼酸。
在本发明中,所述烷基醇胺选自N,N -二乙基乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N-甲基乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺中的一种。
在本发明中,所述非离子表面活性剂是现有技术,是市售产品;例如,非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯。
在本发明中,消泡剂是现有技术,是市售产品;例如,消泡剂选自有机硅氧烷或聚醚中的任意一种。
在上述技术方案中,所述有机硫杀菌剂是现有技术,是市售产品;所述有机硫杀菌剂选自代森铵、福美锌、代森锌或代森锰锌中的任意一种或两种。
本发明中,各组分具备的作用如下:
抗挤压作用:矿油、丙烯乙二醇醚;
润滑作用:羧酸盐、丙烯乙二醇醚、硼酸或硼酸盐;
缓蚀作用:烷基醇胺;
乳化作用:石油磺酸钠;
防锈作用:非离子表面活性剂;
消泡作用:消泡剂;
防腐杀菌作用:硼酸或硼酸盐、有机硫杀菌剂。
本发明的性能指标见上述的表1。
使用本发明的步骤如下:
(1)把拉延成型模具安装在液压拉延机上,在凹模型腔内的顶料板上注入实施例1的抗挤压介质,保证完全覆盖顶料板;
(2)在充满介质的型腔上放上平板料,在凸模上涂常规的拉延油;(3)合模:启动液压拉延机上,使拉延成型模具的上拉延成型模具、下模拉延成型模具合模;
(4)退料:成型后的发动机油底壳退出拉延成型模具。

Claims (4)

1.用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质,按质量百分比,由以下组分组成:29-31%的矿油,9-11%的羧酸盐,8-12%的硼酸或硼酸盐,19-21%的烷基醇胺,9-11%的石油磺酸钠,9-11%的丙烯乙二醇醚,8-10%的非离子表面活性剂,0.3-0.7%的消泡剂,0.3-0.7%的有机硫杀菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质,其特征在于:所述羧酸盐选自甲酸盐、乙酸盐或草酸盐中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质,其特征在于:所述硼酸盐选自硼氢化钠或硼酸氢铵中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的用于无拔模角油底壳液压拉延成型的抗挤压介质,其特征在于:所述烷基醇胺选自N,N -二乙基乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N-甲基乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺中的一种。
