Claims (8)

1. A safe and environment-friendly high-texture bright pearl effect paint is characterized by comprising a first paint and a second paint, wherein the first paint comprises a first component, a second component and a third component,
the first component comprises the following substances in parts by weight:

the second component is bright pearl powder;
the third component comprises the following substances in parts by weight:
45-55 parts of curing agent, namely,
45-55 parts of a solvent B;
the resin A is weather-resistant polyester resin, the resin B is hydroxy acrylic resin, and the resin C is thermoplastic acrylic resin;
the weight ratio of the first component to the second component to the third component in the first paint is 100: 1-2: 30-35,
the second paint consists of a first component and a third component, and the weight ratio of the first component to the third component in the second paint is the same as that of the first component to the third component in the first paint;
the dispersant includes commercially available EFKA4010, EFKA5010, BYK110 or BYK104,
the anti-settling agent is R972, AS200, M4 or DX6900 sold in the market,
the directing agent comprises BYK104S, EFKA5065 or BYK220S which are commercially available,
the anti-wear agent comprises commercially available luoborun 1778 or 5070D,
the ultraviolet absorbent is commercially available BASF292 or BASF1134,
the leveling agent is selected from at least one of BYK331, BYK306, EFKA3777, TEGO100 or EGO300 which are sold on the market,
the drier is 1 wt% of T-12 which is sold on the market,
the solvent A is a mixed solvent which is a mixture of at least two of MIBK, PMA or BAC;
the curing agent comprises BAYER3390, BASFHI90 or TPA-90SB which are commercially available,
the solvent B is BAC;
the preparation method of the safe and environment-friendly high-texture bright pearl effect paint comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the resin A, the resin B, the resin C, the dispersing agent and the anti-settling agent into the solvent A at the rotating speed of 300-500 rpm according to the proportion, stirring for 5-8 minutes, then adding the wear-resisting agent, stirring for 8-10 minutes at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm, grinding by using a grinder until the fineness is less than or equal to 15 mu m, then adding the orienting agent, the ultraviolet absorbent, the flatting agent and the drier, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first component;
(2) bright pearl powder is used as a second component;
(3) uniformly stirring the curing agent and the solvent B to prepare a third component;
(4) uniformly mixing the first component and the second component according to the proportion, and then adding the third component to obtain a first paint;
(5) uniformly mixing the first component and the third component according to the proportion to obtain a second paint;
(6) respectively placing the prepared first paint and the second paint for later use;
the safe environment-friendly high-texture bright pearl effect paint is used for coating a workpiece, and comprises the following steps:
(a) simultaneously spraying the first paint and the second paint on the workpiece through a first spray gun and a second spray gun which are sequentially arranged from front to back respectively;
(b) baking the sprayed workpiece for one time to finish coating the workpiece;
the inner diameter of the nozzle of the first spray gun is 2.2-2.8 mm, and the inner diameter of the nozzle of the second spray gun is 1.2-1.8 mm.
2. The safe and environment-friendly high-texture bright pearl effect paint according to claim 1, which is characterized in that,
the solid content of the resin A is 70-75%, the hydroxyl content is 4-5%, the glass transition temperature is 40-50 ℃,
the solid content of the resin B is 60-65%, the hydroxyl content is 4-5%, the glass transition temperature is 50-60 ℃,
the solid content of the resin C is 45-50%, the hydroxyl content is 0.5-1.5%, and the glass transition temperature is 85-95 ℃.
3. The safe and environment-friendly high-texture bright pearl effect paint according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized in that,
the resin A is one of commercially available polyester resin of Nuplex or polyester resin of cyanogen,
the resin B is one of DSM hydroxyl acrylic resin or cyanohydrin acrylic resin sold in the market,
the resin C is one of thermoplastic acrylic resin sold in the market or thermoplastic acrylic resin of DIC.
4. The safe, environment-friendly and highly textured bright pearl effect paint as claimed in claim 3, wherein the resin A is selected from commercially available Nuplex Total 168 saturated polyester resin,
the resin B is selected from the commercially available SM510N type cyanohydrin acrylic resin,
the resin C is thermoplastic acrylic resin of a modesty FS-2060A type sold on the market.
5. The safe and environment-friendly high-texture bright pearl effect paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bright pearl powder is commercially available glitter gilt powder.
6. The method for preparing safe, environment-friendly and highly textured bright pearl effect paint according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding the resin A, the resin B, the resin C, the dispersing agent and the anti-settling agent into the solvent A at the rotating speed of 300-500 rpm according to the proportion, stirring for 5-8 minutes, then adding the wear-resisting agent, stirring for 8-10 minutes at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm, grinding by using a grinder until the fineness is less than or equal to 15 mu m, then adding the orienting agent, the ultraviolet absorbent, the flatting agent and the drier, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first component;
(2) bright pearl powder is used as a second component;
(3) uniformly stirring the curing agent and the solvent B to prepare a third component;
(4) uniformly mixing the first component and the second component according to the proportion, and then adding the third component to obtain a first paint;
(5) uniformly mixing the first component and the third component according to the proportion to obtain a second paint;
(6) and respectively placing the prepared first paint and the second paint for later use.
7. The use of the safe and environment-friendly bright pearl effect paint with high texture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the safe and environment-friendly bright pearl effect paint with high texture is used for coating a workpiece, comprising the following steps:
(a) simultaneously spraying the first paint and the second paint on the workpiece through a first spray gun and a second spray gun which are sequentially arranged from front to back respectively;
(b) and (5) baking the sprayed workpiece for one time to finish coating the workpiece.
8. The use of the safe and environment-friendly paint with bright pearl effect and high texture as claimed in claim 7, wherein the inner diameter of the nozzle of the first spray gun is 2.2-2.8 mm, and the inner diameter of the nozzle of the second spray gun is 1.2-1.8 mm.
