Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米碳酸钙2‑4,氯磺化聚乙烯乳液50‑60,硬脂酸锌1‑3,十二烷基磺酸钠3‑6,氧化镧2‑4,硝酸溶液20‑30,醋酸纤维素1‑2,滑石粉4‑8,碳酸氢铵溶液6‑9,钛白粉3‑5,导电石墨5‑10,水性环氧树脂3‑6,聚丙烯酸3‑6,硅烷偶联剂KH560 5‑10;本发明将滑石粉与稀土化合物结合,提高了涂料的耐腐蚀性、耐老化性、耐磨性和光泽度;在涂料中添加导静电石墨,使涂料具有优良的导静电、防电磁干扰性能,得到的涂料适用于各种设备的防护涂装;配合添加了硬脂酸锌等,增强涂料抗老化性能。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料于20 世纪80年代推广应用。随着现代工业水平的飞速发展,对防腐涂料提出了更高、更严格的承受环境腐蚀的能力。传统配方生产的涂料的防腐性能一般很难达到要求。以往的氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料大都是溶剂型的,不但造成大量溶剂的浪费,而且所用溶剂有毒、易挥发,对环境造成污染,不符合环保要求,而水性涂料具有工艺清洁、技术先进、低排放、低能耗、安全无害的优点,因此,研究水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料具有极大的社会效益和经济效益。
曹鸿璋在《稀土助剂改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料性能研究》中,利用稀土助剂和氯磺化聚乙烯制得了一种防腐涂料,但是作为各种设备的防腐涂料来说,还存在着导静电功能欠缺、防腐性能不够优良的缺点。
发明内容
基于以上的思考,本发明旨在提供一种可以导静电、防电磁干扰的防腐性能优异的水性氯磺化聚乙烯涂料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现 :
一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
纳米碳酸钙2-4,氯磺化聚乙烯乳液50-60,硬脂酸锌1-3,十二烷基磺酸钠3-6,氧化镧2-4,硝酸溶液20-30,醋酸纤维素1-2,滑石粉4-8,碳酸氢铵溶液6-9,钛白粉3-5,导电石墨5-10,水性环氧树脂3-6,聚丙烯酸3-6,硅烷偶联剂KH560 5-10;
所述氯磺化聚乙烯乳液的固含量为30-60%;硝酸溶液的浓度为0.5-2mol/L;碳酸氢铵溶液的浓度为1-5mol/L。
所述的一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a. 在乳化器中投入氯磺化聚乙烯乳液、去离子水、醋酸纤维素、十二烷基磺酸钠,制备成初级乳液,然后在蒸发釜中减压脱除有机溶剂,得到氯磺化聚乙烯乳胶;
b. 将氧化镧加硝酸溶液溶解成透明状液体,加入滑石粉和碳酸氢铵溶液,镧离子和碳酸氢铵作用形成沉淀,沾附在滑石粉上,合成稀土碳酸盐前驱体,经过滤、水洗、干燥、灼烧后,制得稀土助剂;
c. 将步骤b所得稀土助剂和钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙、导电石墨、去离子水混合,加入水性环氧树脂、聚丙烯酸,再在研磨机上研磨,制得粒度<30μm的色浆;
d. 将步骤c所得色浆与步骤a所得氯磺化聚乙烯乳胶混合,加入硅烷偶联剂KH560、硬脂酸锌,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌6-10h,使涂料尽可能分散均匀,即得稀土助剂改性的水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料。
所述的一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤a中乳化时间为10-30min。
本发明的有益效果是:稀土络合物具有较强的配位络合功能,与氯磺化聚乙烯大分子链上的氯磺酰基团反应生成交联键,增加分子结构的交联度;稀土离子的众多空轨道可以捕捉不稳定的游离基,致其失去活性,有利于稳定作用,提高耐腐蚀性和耐老化性;此外,通过所含稀土离子的价态变化促进自由基产生,加速涂料氧化聚合干燥;将滑石粉与稀土化合物结合,提高了涂料的耐磨性、光泽度;在涂料中添加导静电石墨,使涂料具有优良的导静电、防电磁干扰性能,得到的涂料适用于各种设备的防护涂装;配合添加了硬脂酸锌等,增强涂料抗老化性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
实施例
一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
纳米碳酸钙4,氯磺化聚乙烯乳液60,硬脂酸锌3,十二烷基磺酸钠6,氧化镧4,硝酸溶液30,醋酸纤维素2,滑石粉8,碳酸氢铵溶液9,钛白粉5,导电石墨10,水性环氧树脂6,聚丙烯酸6,硅烷偶联剂KH560 10;
所述氯磺化聚乙烯乳液的固含量为30-60%;硝酸溶液的浓度为0.5-2mol/L;碳酸氢铵溶液的浓度为1-5mol/L。
所述的一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a. 在乳化器中投入氯磺化聚乙烯乳液、去离子水、醋酸纤维素、十二烷基磺酸钠,制备成初级乳液,然后在蒸发釜中减压脱除有机溶剂,得到氯磺化聚乙烯乳胶;
b. 将氧化镧加硝酸溶液溶解成透明状液体,加入滑石粉和碳酸氢铵溶液,镧离子和碳酸氢铵作用形成沉淀,沾附在滑石粉上,合成稀土碳酸盐前驱体,经过滤、水洗、干燥、灼烧后,制得稀土助剂;
c. 将步骤b所得稀土助剂和钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙、导电石墨、去离子水混合,加入水性环氧树脂、聚丙烯酸,再在研磨机上研磨,制得粒度<30μm的色浆;
d. 将步骤c所得色浆与步骤a所得氯磺化聚乙烯乳胶混合,加入硅烷偶联剂KH560、硬脂酸锌,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌6-10h,使涂料尽可能分散均匀,即得稀土助剂改性的水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料。
所述的一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤a中乳化时间为10-30min。
本发明的技术参数为:耐酸性( 10% H2SO4):≥7天,不起泡,不脱落,不生锈;耐碱性(10% NaOH):≥7天,不起泡,不脱落,不生锈。

Claims (3)

1.一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
纳米碳酸钙2-4,氯磺化聚乙烯乳液50-60,硬脂酸锌1-3,十二烷基磺酸钠3-6,氧化镧2-4,硝酸溶液20-30,醋酸纤维素1-2,滑石粉4-8,碳酸氢铵溶液6-9,钛白粉3-5,导电石墨5-10,水性环氧树脂3-6,聚丙烯酸3-6,硅烷偶联剂KH560 5-10;
所述氯磺化聚乙烯乳液的固含量为30-60%;硝酸溶液的浓度为0.5-2mol/L;碳酸氢铵溶液的浓度为1-5mol/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,是由以下步骤制成:
a. 在乳化器中投入氯磺化聚乙烯乳液、去离子水、醋酸纤维素、十二烷基磺酸钠,制备成初级乳液,然后在蒸发釜中减压脱除有机溶剂,得到氯磺化聚乙烯乳胶;
b. 将氧化镧加硝酸溶液溶解成透明状液体,加入滑石粉和碳酸氢铵溶液,镧离子和碳酸氢铵作用形成沉淀,沾附在滑石粉上,合成稀土碳酸盐前驱体,经过滤、水洗、干燥、灼烧后,制得稀土助剂;
c. 将步骤b所得稀土助剂和钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙、导电石墨、去离子水混合,加入水性环氧树脂、聚丙烯酸,再在研磨机上研磨,制得粒度<30μm的色浆;
d. 将步骤c所得色浆与步骤a所得氯磺化聚乙烯乳胶混合,加入硅烷偶联剂KH560、硬脂酸锌,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌6-10h,使涂料尽可能分散均匀,即得稀土助剂改性的水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗老化的稀土改性水性氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤a中乳化时间为10-30min。
