本发明公开了一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,由以下重量百分比的组分组成,基料淀粉胶60‑65%,填充剂25‑30%,消泡剂0.2‑0.5%,分散剂0.1‑0.3%,增稠剂0.05‑0.10%,成膜助剂0.1‑1.2%,流平剂0.1‑0.3%,光引发剂4‑6%;淀粉胶由淀粉氧化或醚化变性制备得到,所述的淀粉胶的溶解度为70‑90%,室温下的粘度为90‑140CPS。本发明提供的一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,使得制备好的涂料在实木、硬木和柚木等材料的木器、家具上有效粘附,而且具有良好的遮盖力、耐水性和稳定性。

Description

一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域的涂料,具体涉及一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的增强,水性木器涂料以其无毒环保、无气味、可挥发物极少、不燃不爆的高安全性、不黄变和涂刷面积大等优点受到市场的欢迎。同时,由于聚乙烯醇价格不断上涨,淀粉、膨润土、聚丙烯酞胺等替代成膜物被相继采用。
淀粉是绿色植物进行光合作用的产物,主要来源于玉米、小麦和薯类等农产品,具有资源丰富、价廉、可再生、不枯竭等特点,同时由于其生物可降解,污染小,符合环境保护及人身安全等要求。淀粉在涂料中的应用是指通过化学变性的淀粉—淀粉衍生物作为基料来生产的涂料。已有大量研究表明,淀粉用于建筑物内墙面的装饰涂料,即建筑涂料中能增强涂料的性能,但是在含有淀粉的水性木器涂料特别是水性家具涂料中尚未有研究。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,使得制备好的涂料在实木、硬木和柚木等材料的木器、家具上有效粘附,而且具有良好的遮盖力、耐水性和稳定性。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案进行实现的:
一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:基料淀粉胶60-65%,填充剂25-30%,消泡剂0.2-0.5%,分散剂0.1-0.3%,增稠剂0.05-0.10%,成膜助剂0.1-1.2%,流平剂0.1-0.3%,光引发剂4-6%;
所述的淀粉胶由淀粉氧化或醚化变性制备得到,所述的淀粉胶的溶解度为70-90%,室温下的粘度为90-140CPS。
淀粉胶作为涂料配方中主要的成膜物质,它的组成、性质如溶解度和粘度对于涂装于木器表面的膜的特性起着决定性的作用。在糊化剂的作用下,淀粉反应得到淀粉糊精,进而在络合剂的作用下,形成以硼、氧为中心离子,能与充分溶胀的氧化淀粉的羧基、醛基结合为配位体,形成淀粉胶这种多核的配位化合物,通过控制淀粉胶的溶解度和粘度,并在其他组分如光引发剂、流平剂、分散剂和成膜助剂的协同作用下,使涂料涂装于木器表面形成的膜坚固,耐水性好,而且具有良好的附着力和耐磨性。
所述的光引发剂为光引发剂是2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮 1173,1-羟基-环己基-苯基甲酮 184的至少一种,在紫外线照射时,瞬间裂解,引发涂料中的淀粉胶的不饱和键聚合反应成膜。
作为本发明的技术方案的进一步优选,本发明提供了一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:基料淀粉胶63%,填充剂30%,消泡剂0.3%,分散剂0.2%,增稠剂0.1%,成膜助剂1.1%,流平剂0.3%,光引发剂5%。
优选地,所述的填充剂为1250目滑石粉和1250目石英粉按重量比为1:0.5的比例添加。该比例下添加下的滑石粉和石英粉,经过1250目的筛网,使得涂料具有良好的流动性和均一性,配合分散剂的使用,使淀粉胶的成膜效果更显著。
优选地,所述的消泡剂为丙烯酸消泡剂;所述流平剂为丙烯酸流平剂。
优选地,所述的成膜助剂为二丙二醇单丁醚,所述的增稠剂为气相二氧化硅。二丙二醇单丁醚提高淀粉胶涂料的成膜效果,增强其附着力和耐水性,使其具有优良的涂膜外观。增稠用的气相二氧化硅则在一定加量时达到良好的增稠作用,使产品性状达到膏状效果,增强粘附力,在木器、家具上有效粘附。本发明在以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料性状调节方面有突破性创新,为木器水性涂料行业新品种,尤其是添加气相二氧化硅、二丙二醇单丁醚和淀粉胶的协同应用。
基于上述的技术方案,本发明具有的技术效果为:
(1)本发明的以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,不需要经过特殊处理,也无须专用的设备进行生产,采用生产普通涂料的设备即可,以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料生产工艺简单,产品价格低于传统水性涂料,它是一种绿色、环境友好型,对人体无危害,符合了世界各国推行的环保政策的涂料。
(2)本发明的以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,原料来源于淀粉,成本低,而且由于淀粉是天然可食性原料,因此该木器涂料对环境安全、无毒,是一种绿色环保的水性木器涂料;木器涂料的粘度和稳定性达到国家标准;由淀粉胶制备的木器涂料在粘度、细度、涂膜外观、附着力、掩盖力、耐水性、耐水擦干性及耐洗刷性均符合或高于国家标准。

为了便于本领域的技术人员理解,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,实施方式提及的内容并不限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:基料淀粉胶63%,填充剂30%,消泡剂0.3%,分散剂0.2%,气相二氧化硅0.1%,二丙二醇单丁醚1.1%,流平剂0.3%,2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮 1173 5%。该水性木器涂料成膜效果好,搭配使用气相二氧化硅、二丙二醇单丁醚和淀粉胶,使产品性状达到膏状效果,增强粘附力,在木器家具上有效粘附,具有良好的遮盖力、耐水性和稳定性。
实施例2
一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:基料淀粉胶64%,填充剂30%,消泡剂0.3%,分散剂0.2%,气相二氧化硅0.1%,二丙二醇单丁醚1.1%,流平剂0.3%,1-羟基-环己基-苯基甲酮 184 4%。该水性木器涂料成膜效果好,搭配使用气相二氧化硅、二丙二醇单丁醚和淀粉胶,使产品性状达到膏状效果,增强粘附力,在木器家具上有效粘附,具有良好的遮盖力、耐水性和稳定性。
实施例3
一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:基料淀粉胶65%,填充剂29%,消泡剂0.2%,分散剂0.2%,气相二氧化硅0.2%,二丙二醇单丁醚1.1%,流平剂0.3%,2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮 1173 4%。该水性木器涂料成膜效果好,搭配使用气相二氧化硅、二丙二醇单丁醚和淀粉胶,使产品性状达到膏状效果,增强粘附力,在木器家具上有效粘附,具有良好的遮盖力、耐水性和稳定性。
实施例4
一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:基料淀粉胶65%,填充剂29%,消泡剂0.3%,分散剂0.2%,气相二氧化硅0.1%,二丙二醇单丁醚1.1%,流平剂0.3%,2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮 1173 4%。该水性木器涂料成膜效果好,搭配使用气相二氧化硅、二丙二醇单丁醚和淀粉胶,使产品性状达到膏状效果,增强粘附力,在木器家具上有效粘附,具有良好的遮盖力、耐水性和稳定性。

1.一种以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:基料淀粉胶60-65%,填充剂25-30%,消泡剂0.2-0.5%,分散剂0.1-0.3%,增稠剂0.05-0.10%,成膜助剂0.1-1.2%,流平剂0.1-0.3%,光引发剂4-6%;
所述的淀粉胶由淀粉氧化或醚化变性制备得到,所述的淀粉胶的溶解度为70-90%,室温下的粘度为90-140CPS。
2.所述的光引发剂为光引发剂是2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮 1173,1-羟基-环己基-苯基甲酮 184的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:基料淀粉胶63%,填充剂30%,消泡剂0.3%,分散剂0.2%,增稠剂0.1%,成膜助剂1.1%,流平剂0.3%,光引发剂5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,其特征在于,所述的填充剂为1250目滑石粉和1250目石英粉按重量比为1:0.5的比例添加。
5.根据权利要求1所述的以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为丙烯酸消泡剂;所述流平剂为丙烯酸流平剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的以淀粉胶为基料的水性木器涂料,其特征在于,所述的成膜助剂为二丙二醇单丁醚,所述的增稠剂为气相二氧化硅。
