技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种稀土顺丁橡胶鞋底的制备方法。
背景技术
鞋底的构造相当复杂,就广义而言,可包括外底、中底与鞋跟等所有构成底部的材料。依狭义来说,则仅指外底而言,一般鞋底材料共通的特性应具备耐磨、耐水,耐油、耐热、耐压、耐冲击、弹性好、容易适合脚型、定型后不易变型、保温、易吸收湿气等,同时更要配合中底,在走路换脚时有刹车作用不致于滑倒及易于停步等各项条件。鞋底用料的种类很多,可分为天然类底料和合成类底料两种。天然类底料包括天然底革、竹、木材等,合成类底料包括橡胶、塑料、橡塑合用材料、再生革、弹性硬纸板等。
随着科技的发展和社会的进步,人们的生活水平日益提高,提高各类鞋的质量和性能,让穿着更加舒适安全,是制鞋业的发展方向。
稀土顺丁橡胶具有链结构规整度高、线性好、自沾性好、加工性能和物理机械性能优良等特点,同时,其耐磨性、抗疲劳性和抗湿滑性能均好于传统的顺丁橡胶,因此被广泛应用于轮胎中。
本发明针对制鞋业现有技术的缺陷,将稀土顺丁橡胶用于鞋底。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种稀土顺丁橡胶鞋底的制备方法,能够使得稀土顺丁橡胶用于鞋底,并性能优良。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种稀土顺丁橡胶鞋底的制备方法,其原料按照重量份数计包括:稀土顺丁橡胶60-80,丁苯橡胶10-20,天然橡胶10-20,硫化剂2-5,N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.5-2,一硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.1-0.5,氧化锌2-10,硬脂酸锌1-3,白炭黑20-50,所述方法包括:
(1)将天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶分别在45-55℃下用开炼机塑炼,开炼机的辊距为2-3mm,得到塑炼后的天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶;
(2)在45-55℃下对稀土顺丁橡胶进行混炼,开炼机的辊距为0.5-2mm,包辊后加入硫化剂、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、一硫化四甲基秋兰姆、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和白炭黑,混合均匀后打三角包3-5次;
(3)加入塑炼后的天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶混炼均匀,打三角包3-5次,开炼机辊距1-2mm,出片;
(4)硫化模压成型,温度为140-155℃,压力为8-11MPa,得到所述鞋底。
本发明采用稀土顺丁橡胶制备工艺得到的鞋底,其按照ASTM标准,测得湿滑和干滑的摩擦系数均大于0.6,处于非常安全的范围。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种稀土顺丁橡胶鞋底的制备方法,其原料按照重量份数计包括:稀土顺丁橡胶60,丁苯橡胶10,天然橡胶10,硫化剂2,N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.5,一硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.1,氧化锌2,硬脂酸锌1,白炭黑20,所述方法包括:
(1)将天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶分别在45℃下用开炼机塑炼,开炼机的辊距为2mm,得到塑炼后的天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶;
(2)在45℃下对稀土顺丁橡胶进行混炼,开炼机的辊距为0.5mm,包辊后加入硫化剂、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、一硫化四甲基秋兰姆、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和白炭黑,混合均匀后打三角包3次;
(3)加入塑炼后的天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶混炼均匀,打三角包3次,开炼机辊距1mm,出片;
(4)硫化模压成型,温度为140℃,压力为8MPa,得到所述鞋底。
实施例2
一种稀土顺丁橡胶鞋底的制备方法,其原料按照重量份数计包括:稀土顺丁橡胶80,丁苯橡胶20,天然橡胶20,硫化剂5,N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺2,一硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.5,氧化锌10,硬脂酸锌3,白炭黑50,所述方法包括:
(1)将天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶分别在45-55℃下用开炼机塑炼,开炼机的辊距为2-3mm,得到塑炼后的天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶;
(2)在45-55℃下对稀土顺丁橡胶进行混炼,开炼机的辊距为0.5-2mm,包辊后加入硫化剂、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、一硫化四甲基秋兰姆、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和白炭黑,混合均匀后打三角包3-5次;
(3)加入塑炼后的天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶混炼均匀,打三角包3-5次,开炼机辊距1-2mm,出片;
(4)硫化模压成型,温度为140-155℃,压力为8-11MPa,得到所述鞋底。
实施例1-2采用稀土顺丁橡胶制备工艺得到的鞋底,其按照ASTM标准,测得湿滑和干滑的摩擦系数均大于0.6,处于非常安全的范围。

1.一种稀土顺丁橡胶鞋底的制备方法,其原料按照重量份数计包括:稀土顺丁橡胶60-80,丁苯橡胶10-20,天然橡胶10-20,硫化剂2-5,N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.5-2,一硫化四甲基秋兰姆0.1-0.5,氧化锌2-10,硬脂酸锌1-3,白炭黑20-50,所述方法包括:
(1)将天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶分别在45-55℃下用开炼机塑炼,开炼机的辊距为2-3mm,得到塑炼后的天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶;
(2)在45-55℃下对稀土顺丁橡胶进行混炼,开炼机的辊距为0.5-2mm,包辊后加入硫化剂、N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、一硫化四甲基秋兰姆、氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和白炭黑,混合均匀后打三角包3-5次;
(3)加入塑炼后的天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶混炼均匀,打三角包3-5次,开炼机辊距1-2mm,出片;
(4)硫化模压成型,温度为140-155℃,压力为8-11MPa,得到所述鞋底。
