本发明提供的是添加有硅藻土的轻质墙板配料方法。原料组成:硫铝酸盐水泥15‑20份,小麦壳粉13‑15份,用于烟气脱硫后产生的硫酸钙25份,硅藻土35份,减水早强剂1‑2份。墙板制造:将原料混合搅拌均匀后,加水继续搅拌成为混凝土料浆,料浆经过成型机或模具注浆和固化,形成单体墙板或具有孔腔的墙板。本发明墙板能够调节室内温湿度,而且具有吸附功能,采用该种墙板构筑建筑物的墙体后,能够使房间产生功能性,对人体健康和舒适度有益,并且环保节能。适宜作为轻质墙板配料方法应用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是建材领域的墙板,具体地说是添加有硅藻土的轻质墙板配料方法。
背景技术
墙板是用于隔墙的结构材料,通常用水泥或氧化镁水泥作胶结剂,并添加骨料或轻质材料,制成具有孔洞的墙体板,用于建筑物墙体的砌筑或隔断。但是这种墙板吸水性能差,不能产生呼吸和吸附作用,因此在调节房间的温湿度以及吸附灰尘和化学挥发物没有作用。
发明内容
为了使墙板能够具有调节温湿度和吸附性能,本发明提出了添加有硅藻土的轻质墙板配料方法。该方法通过在墙板原料中添加硅藻土,解决墙板性能提高的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
原料配料组成:
硫铝酸盐水泥15-20份,
小麦壳粉13-15份,
用于烟气脱硫后产生的硫酸钙25份,
硅藻土35份,
减水早强剂1-2份。
墙板制造:
将原料混合搅拌均匀后,加水继续搅拌成为混凝土料浆,料浆经过成型机或模具注浆和固化,形成单体墙板或具有孔腔的墙板。
积极效果,本发明墙板能够调节室内温湿度,而且具有吸附功能,采用该种墙板构筑建筑物的墙体后,能够使房间产生功能性,对人体健康和舒适度有益,并且环保节能。适宜作为轻质墙板应用。
具体实施方式
原料组成:
硫铝酸盐水泥15-20份,
小麦壳粉13-15份,
用于烟气脱硫后产生的硫酸钙25份,
硅藻土35份,
减水早强剂1-2份。
墙板制造:
将原料混合搅拌均匀后,加水继续搅拌成为混凝土料浆,料浆经过成型机或模具注浆和固化,形成单体墙板或具有孔腔的墙板。
所制成的墙板用于建筑物的隔墙砌筑或填充,作为墙体。
技术原理:
由于在所制备的混凝土料浆中加入了硅藻土,而硅藻土具有多孔性,能够吸附粉尘、空气化学释放物,同时还有吸水和释放水的作用,因此能够吸附有害物质,调节温湿度,使墙板具有功能性。由于硅藻土质轻,所以所制成的墙板轻质。

1.添加有硅藻土的轻质墙板配料方法,在原料中用硫铝酸盐水泥15-20份,小麦壳粉13-15份,减水早强剂1-2份,将原料混合搅拌均匀后,加水继续搅拌成为混凝土料浆,料浆经过成型机或模具注浆和固化,形成单体墙板或具有孔腔的墙板;
其特征是:
在原料中还添加有用于烟气脱硫后产生的硫酸钙25份和硅藻土35份。
