本发明提供的是添加有硅藻土的轻质墙板配料方法。原料组成：硫铝酸盐水泥15‑20份，小麦壳粉13‑15份，用于烟气脱硫后产生的硫酸钙25份，硅藻土35份，减水早强剂1‑2份。墙板制造：将原料混合搅拌均匀后，加水继续搅拌成为混凝土料浆，料浆经过成型机或模具注浆和固化，形成单体墙板或具有孔腔的墙板。本发明墙板能够调节室内温湿度，而且具有吸附功能，采用该种墙板构筑建筑物的墙体后，能够使房间产生功能性，对人体健康和舒适度有益，并且环保节能。适宜作为轻质墙板配料方法应用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是建材领域的墙板，具体地说是添加有硅藻土的轻质墙板配料方法。
背景技术
墙板是用于隔墙的结构材料，通常用水泥或氧化镁水泥作胶结剂，并添加骨料或轻质材料，制成具有孔洞的墙体板，用于建筑物墙体的砌筑或隔断。但是这种墙板吸水性能差，不能产生呼吸和吸附作用，因此在调节房间的温湿度以及吸附灰尘和化学挥发物没有作用。
发明内容
为了使墙板能够具有调节温湿度和吸附性能，本发明提出了添加有硅藻土的轻质墙板配料方法。该方法通过在墙板原料中添加硅藻土，解决墙板性能提高的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是：
原料配料组成：
硫铝酸盐水泥15-20份，
小麦壳粉13-15份，
用于烟气脱硫后产生的硫酸钙25份，
硅藻土35份，
减水早强剂1-2份。
墙板制造：
将原料混合搅拌均匀后，加水继续搅拌成为混凝土料浆，料浆经过成型机或模具注浆和固化，形成单体墙板或具有孔腔的墙板。
积极效果，本发明墙板能够调节室内温湿度，而且具有吸附功能，采用该种墙板构筑建筑物的墙体后，能够使房间产生功能性，对人体健康和舒适度有益，并且环保节能。适宜作为轻质墙板应用。
具体实施方式
原料组成：
硫铝酸盐水泥15-20份，
小麦壳粉13-15份，
用于烟气脱硫后产生的硫酸钙25份，
硅藻土35份，
减水早强剂1-2份。
墙板制造：
将原料混合搅拌均匀后，加水继续搅拌成为混凝土料浆，料浆经过成型机或模具注浆和固化，形成单体墙板或具有孔腔的墙板。
所制成的墙板用于建筑物的隔墙砌筑或填充，作为墙体。
技术原理：
由于在所制备的混凝土料浆中加入了硅藻土，而硅藻土具有多孔性，能够吸附粉尘、空气化学释放物，同时还有吸水和释放水的作用，因此能够吸附有害物质，调节温湿度，使墙板具有功能性。由于硅藻土质轻，所以所制成的墙板轻质。

1.添加有硅藻土的轻质墙板配料方法，在原料中用硫铝酸盐水泥15-20份，小麦壳粉13-15份，减水早强剂1-2份，将原料混合搅拌均匀后，加水继续搅拌成为混凝土料浆，料浆经过成型机或模具注浆和固化，形成单体墙板或具有孔腔的墙板；
其特征是：
在原料中还添加有用于烟气脱硫后产生的硫酸钙25份和硅藻土35份。
