本发明涉及一种五金工具，更确切地说，是一种工业脚轮。
背景技术
在工业设备中，经常会设置底座脚轮。现有的脚轮上采用复杂的锁止机构，制造成本高，维修颇为不便。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种工业脚轮。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种工业脚轮，其特征在于，所述的工业脚轮包含一水平设置的固定基片，所述的固定基片的下方设有一滚轮支架，所述的滚轮支架的底部设有一可拆卸的轴辊，所述的轴辊的中心设有一固定轴杆，所述的轴辊上设有一可拆卸的轮套，所述的固定轴杆的末端设有一可拆卸的锁止拨片和一锁止螺母，所述的锁止拨片包含一片状的拨片主体，所述的拨片主体的头部设有一释放折弯，所述的拨片主体的尾部设有一锁止折弯，所述的拨片主体上设有一转动圆孔，所述的固定轴杆贯穿所述的转动圆孔，所述的拨片主体的边缘设有一楔形的锁止突出。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的锁止拨片为不锈钢钣金一体成型。
本发明的工业脚轮具有以下优点：使用时，使用者用脚部直接踩踏锁止拨片的锁止折弯，锁止拨片发生转动，楔形的锁止突出抵紧轴辊的侧壁，使得轴辊和轮套无法转动，整个脚轮得到锁定。当需要释放时，只要踩踏释放折弯即可，简单方便，可靠性好。该工业脚轮结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强。

如图1至图4所示，该工业脚轮1包含一水平设置的固定基片2，该固定基片2的下方设有一滚轮支架3，该滚轮支架3的底部设有一可拆卸的轴辊4，该轴辊4的中心设有一固定轴杆5，该轴辊4上设有一可拆卸的轮套6，该固定轴杆5的末端设有一可拆卸的锁止拨片7和一锁止螺母，该锁止拨片7包含一片状的拨片主体71，该拨片主体71的头部设有一释放折弯72，该拨片主体71的尾部设有一锁止折弯73，该拨片主体71上设有一转动圆孔74，该固定轴杆5贯穿该转动圆孔74，该拨片主体71的边缘设有一楔形的锁止突出75。
该锁止拨片7为不锈钢钣金一体成型。
使用时，如图1和图2所示，使用者用脚部直接踩踏锁止拨片7的锁止折弯73，锁止拨片7发生转动，楔形的锁止突出75抵紧轴辊4的侧壁，使得轴辊4和轮套6无法转动，整个脚轮得到锁定。当需要释放时，只要踩踏释放折弯72即可，简单方便，可靠性好。
该工业脚轮结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
