Abstract

本发明公开了一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,包括内层、中层和外层,所述内层是一种支撑织物,所述中层为真空镀铝膜,所述外层为涂层织物,所述内层、所述中层和所述外层从内到外依次相邻,并通过粘合剂层压工艺复合在一起。本发明通过上述方式获得的一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,具有良好的隔热性能,覆盖本发明材料的房屋、车辆、简易房、方形箱等长时间在阳光的暴晒下,其内部温度较同等条件下未覆盖的降低10℃以上,可以满足消费者需求,具有良好的经济效益。

Description

一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别是涉及一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料。
背景技术
太阳以电磁波的形式不断向外辐射能量,辐射到地球表面上的太阳热量约为750w·m-2·s-1。在太阳光底下照射的物体,由于热量的不断积累,导致物体的表面温度和内部温度不断升高,给人们的生活带来极大的不便和危害,同时也缩短了某些露天仪器设备的使用寿命,并且增加了在特定密闭设备中作业的难度,间接增加了空调、电扇的制冷用电量,造成了极大的能源浪费。
太阳热屏蔽涂料是一种新型的功能性涂料。它能从源头上阻止热量的传递,有效地降低涂层表面和内侧环境温度,从而达到有效改善工作环境,降低能耗的目的,目前大多用于建筑、石油、运输、造船、军工、航天等行业。隔热功能织物是将对太阳热辐射具有屏蔽作用的涂料涂覆到织物上得到的一种功能性涂层织物。国外也早已有专利表明将其用在机织或针织的锦纶、涤纶、棉、丝绸等织物及非织造物上制得隔热功能织物,使其民用化。Manfred Hellwig采用气相沉积法将会属涂覆到机织物、针织物或非织造物的至少一面上制得了在可见光区半透明,对近红外热辐射漫反射为60~90%的反射纺织品。这种近红外反射纺织品可根据不同环境和使用要求,制作成各式各样的防晒隔热用品,如隔热遮阳伞、遮阳隔热帐篷、防晒窗帘、仓储防晒隔热篷布、机械设备遮阳隔热布、车衣、船罩等。
在国内,这方面的研究报道很少。不过也已有专利公布了将金属化合物或合金沉积到织物上制得热反射保温隔热布。王美锘等人公开了由涤纶织物作为衬底布、金属或合金作为中间层、丙烯酸类复合树脂作为面层保护层的可用作窗帘的热反射保温隔热布;万长江公布的一种环保摊位、休闲专用隔热降温伞中也用到了一面涂有反光层,能有效防止紫外线及高温对人体辐射的织物隔热层。黄惠君用金属闪光浆为反射体制得的PVC光反射型防水帆布对光的反射率达到95%以上,水压大于2000mm水柱时仍无水滴。张辉等研制了基于空心玻璃微珠的防热辐射涂层织物,分析讨论了空心玻璃微珠的用量和粒径大小对涂层整理后的织物抗热辐射性能的影响。
现有技术的制造成本昂贵,隔热功能织物的使用范围比较狭窄,还没有得到大范围的推广应用。
因此很有必要开发一种低成本、隔热性能优良的隔热涂层织物。
发明内容
本发明的目是提供一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料。这种隔热涂层材料的隔热性能良好,制备工艺简单,成本低。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,包括内层、中层和外层,所述内层是一种支撑织物,所述中层为真空镀铝膜,所述外层为涂层织物,所述内层、所述中层和所述外层从内到外依次相邻,并通过粘合剂层压工艺复合在一起。
所述内层的支撑织物可以是棉织物、涤纶织物、涤棉混纺织物和腈纶织物等多种常用织物中的任意一种。
所述中层的真空镀铝膜的厚度为300~400埃,基材可以是陶瓷、塑料、纸张、木材以及纤维布料等多种材料中的任意一种。
所述外层涂层织物是将TiO2作为功能填料与聚偏氯乙烯或聚氨酯等成膜树脂混合制备隔热涂料,然后对织物进行涂层整理得到的,所述外层涂层织物的织物可以是棉织物、涤纶织物、涤棉混纺织物和腈纶织物等多种常用织物中的任意一种。
所述的层压工艺为粘合剂层压工艺,包括点状和面状的粘合剂层压工艺。
本发明所产生的有益效果:本发明的柔性隔热涂层材料,所述外层涂层织物具有良好的隔热效果,所述中层真空镀铝膜对太阳光具有很好的反射效果,增加了隔热效果,将三层复合所得具有三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料具有良好的隔热性能,覆盖本发明材料的房屋、车辆、简易房、方形箱等长时间在阳光的暴晒下,其内部温度较未覆盖之前降低10℃以上,可以满足消费者需求,具有良好的经济效益。

一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,包括内层、中层和外层,所述内层是一种支撑棉织物,所述中层为真空镀铝膜,所述外层为隔热涂层棉织物,所述内层、所述中层和所述外层从内到外依次相邻,并通过层压工艺复合在一起。
所述内层的支撑织物可以是棉织物、涤纶织物、涤棉混纺织物和腈纶织物等多种常用织物中的任意一种。
所述中层的真空镀铝膜的厚度为300~400埃,基材可以是陶瓷、塑料、纸张、木材以及纤维布料等多种材料中的任意一种。
所述外层涂层织物是将TiO2作为功能填料与聚偏氯乙烯(PVDF)或聚氨酯等成膜树脂混合制备隔热涂料,然后对织物进行涂层整理得到的,所述外层涂层织物的织物可以是棉织物、涤纶织物、涤棉混纺织物和腈纶织物等多种常用织物中的任意一种。
所述的层压工艺为粘合剂层压工艺,包括点状和面状的粘合剂层压工艺。
所述的一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,若将其覆盖于房屋、车辆、简易房、方形箱等并长时间在阳光下暴晒,其内部温度较同等条件下未覆盖的降低10℃以上。
本发明提供的一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,所述外层涂层织物具有良好的隔热效果,所述中层真空镀铝膜对太阳光具有很好的反射效果,增加了隔热效果,将三层复合所得具有三明治复合结构的隔热涂层材料具有良好的隔热性能,长时间在阳光的暴晒下依然能够正常使用,隔热性能好,工艺简单,可以满足消费者需求,具有良好的经济效益。

1.一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,其特征在于:包括内层、中层和外层,所述内层是一种支撑织物,所述中层为真空镀铝膜,所述外层为涂层织物,所述内层、所述中层和所述外层从内到外依次相邻,并通过粘合剂层压工艺复合在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,其特征在于:所述内层的支撑织物可以是棉织物、涤纶织物、涤棉混纺织物和腈纶织物等多种常用织物中的任意一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,其特征在于:所述中层的真空镀铝膜的厚度为300~400埃,基材可以是陶瓷、塑料、纸张、木材以及纤维布料等多种材料中的任意一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,其特征在于:所述外层涂层织物是将TiO2作为功能填料与聚偏氯乙烯或聚氨酯等成膜树脂混合制备隔热涂料,然后对织物进行涂层整理得到的,所述外层涂层织物的织物可以是棉织物、涤纶织物、涤棉混纺织物和腈纶织物等多种常用织物中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种三明治复合结构的柔性隔热涂层材料,其特征在于:所述的层压工艺为粘合剂层压工艺,包括点状和面状的粘合剂层压工艺。
