Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有耐火性能的保护膜,包括保护膜本体,保护膜本体由防潮层、阻燃层、阻燃环、防渗透层和防火层组成,防潮层的顶部通过第一粘接层和阻燃层的底部固定连接,阻燃层的顶部和呈圆环状的阻燃环的底部固定连接,阻燃环的外表面开设有等距离排列的散热孔,阻燃层的顶部还固定连接有树脂层。该具有耐火性能的保护膜,能够对外界高温和火焰进行有效的阻挡,有效的避免了保护膜的燃烧和融化变形,防火性能高,防火和耐高温效果好,有效的避免了该保护膜内部温度过高而损坏,隔热效果好,有效的避免了保护膜的潮湿或损坏,保证了保护膜的稳定性,能够有效的满足人们的正常使用,耐火性能高。

技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜技术领域,具体为一种具有耐火性能的保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜按照用途可以分为数码产品保护膜、汽车保护膜、家用保护膜和食品保鲜保护膜等,随着手机等数码产品在中国的普及,保护膜已经慢慢的成为屏幕保护膜的一种统称,保护膜是结构最简单的高分子有机化合物,保护膜以聚合树脂材料薄膜为基材,如根据密度的不同分为高密度聚乙烯保护膜、中密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯等。
现有的保护膜在高温状态下,极易燃烧或融化变形,防火性能有限,严重影响了人们的正常使用,耐火性能低,防火和耐高温效果差。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有耐火性能的保护膜,解决了耐火性能低和防火效果差的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有耐火性能的保护膜,包括保护膜本体,所述保护膜本体由防潮层、阻燃层、阻燃环、防渗透层和防火层组成,所述防潮层的顶部通过第一粘接层和阻燃层的底部固定连接,所述阻燃层的顶部和呈圆环状的阻燃环的底部固定连接,所述阻燃环的外表面开设有等距离排列的散热孔。
所述阻燃层的顶部还固定连接有树脂层,且树脂层位于阻燃环的内部,所述树脂层的顶部固定连接有稳定拉力层,所述稳定拉力层的顶部开设有等距离排列的卡槽,所述稳定拉力层的顶部固定连接有散热层,所述散热层的底部固定连接有与卡槽相适配的凸起块,且凸起块放置在卡槽内,每个所述凸起块的底部均固定连接有缓冲垫。
所述散热层的顶部固定连接有隔热层,所述隔热层和阻燃环的顶部均与防渗透层的底部固定连接,所述防渗透层的顶部通过第二粘接层和防火层的底部固定连接。
优选的,所述隔热层的顶部和阻燃环的顶部均位于同一水平面上。
优选的,所述隔热层、散热层、稳定拉力层和树脂层的外侧面均与阻燃环的内壁固定连接。
优选的,所述凸起块和卡槽的数量均至少为八个,每个所述凸起块和每个所述缓冲垫的总竖直高度值等于每个卡槽的深度值,每个所述凸起块的宽度值均小于每个所述卡槽的宽度值。
优选的,所述阻燃层所在的水平面和防渗透层所在的水平面相平行。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种具有耐火性能的保护膜,具备以下有益效果:
(1)该具有耐火性能的保护膜,通过设置有阻燃层、防火层和阻燃环,能够对外界高温和火焰进行有效的阻挡,有效的避免了保护膜的燃烧和融化变形,防火性能高,防火和耐高温效果好。
(2)该具有耐火性能的保护膜,通过设置有树脂层、散热层和隔热层,能够对外界温度进行有效的阻挡,有效的避免了该保护膜内部温度过高而损坏,隔热效果好,通过设置有防渗透层和防潮层,有效的避免了保护膜的潮湿或损坏,通过设置有凸起块、卡槽和稳定拉力层,保证了保护膜的稳定性,能够有效的满足人们的正常使用,耐火性能高。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有耐火性能的保护膜,包括保护膜本体1,保护膜本体1由防潮层16、阻燃层3、阻燃环9、防渗透层12和防火层组成,保证了保护膜本体1的相对稳定性和整体性,防火性能高,防潮层16的顶部通过第一粘接层2和阻燃层3的底部固定连接,阻燃层3的顶部和呈圆环状的阻燃环9的底部固定连接,保证了该保护膜的相对稳定性,阻燃环9的外表面开设有等距离排列的散热孔15,能够对保护膜内部的温度进行有效的散发,散热效果好。
阻燃层3的顶部还固定连接有树脂层4,树脂层4为耐高温有机硅树脂层4,且树脂层4位于阻燃环9的内部,树脂层4的顶部固定连接有稳定拉力层5,稳定拉力层5的顶部开设有等距离排列的卡槽8,稳定拉力层5的顶部固定连接有散热层10,保证了保护膜本体1的相对稳定性,散热层10的底部固定连接有与卡槽8相适配的凸起块7,保证了散热层10和稳定拉力层5的有效缓冲,能够对外力进行有效的缓释,有效的避免了保护膜本体1的压损,且凸起块7放置在卡槽8内,每个凸起块7的底部均固定连接有缓冲垫6,能够对外力进行有效的缓释,凸起块7和卡槽8的数量均至少为八个,每个凸起块7和每个缓冲垫6的总竖直高度值等于每个卡槽8的深度值,保证了该保护膜的整体稳定性,每个凸起块7的宽度值均小于每个卡槽8的宽度值,保证了凸起块7的有效移动。
散热层10的顶部固定连接有隔热层11,保证了隔热层11的稳定性,隔热层11的顶部和阻燃环9的顶部均位于同一水平面上,保证了防渗透层12的相对平稳性,隔热层11和阻燃环9的顶部均与防渗透层12的底部固定连接,隔热层11、散热层10、稳定拉力层5和树脂层4的外侧面均与阻燃环9的内壁固定连接,保证了保护膜本体1的相对稳定性和整体性,防渗透层12的顶部通过第二粘接层13和防火层14的底部固定连接,阻燃层3所在的水平面和防渗透层12所在的水平面相平行,该保护膜能够对外界高温和火焰进行有效的阻挡,有效的避免了保护膜的燃烧和融化变形,防火和耐火性能高,防火和耐高温效果好。
综上所述,该具有耐火性能的保护膜,通过设置有阻燃层3、防火层14和阻燃环9,能够对外界高温和火焰进行有效的阻挡,有效的避免了保护膜的燃烧和融化变形,防火性能高,防火和耐高温效果好,通过设置有树脂层4、散热层10和隔热层11,能够对外界温度进行有效的阻挡,有效的避免了该保护膜内部温度过高而损坏,隔热效果好,通过设置有防渗透层12和防潮层16,有效的避免了保护膜的潮湿或损坏,通过设置有凸起块7、卡槽8和稳定拉力层5,保证了保护膜的稳定性,能够有效的满足人们的正常使用,耐火性能高。

1.一种具有耐火性能的保护膜,包括保护膜本体(1),其特征在于:所述保护膜本体(1)由防潮层(16)、阻燃层(3)、阻燃环(9)、防渗透层(12)和防火层组成,所述防潮层(16)的顶部通过第一粘接层(2)和阻燃层(3)的底部固定连接,所述阻燃层(3)的顶部和呈圆环状的阻燃环(9)的底部固定连接,所述阻燃环(9)的外表面开设有等距离排列的散热孔(15);
所述阻燃层(3)的顶部还固定连接有树脂层(4),且树脂层(4)位于阻燃环(9)的内部,所述树脂层(4)的顶部固定连接有稳定拉力层(5),所述稳定拉力层(5)的顶部开设有等距离排列的卡槽(8),所述稳定拉力层(5)的顶部固定连接有散热层(10),所述散热层(10)的底部固定连接有与卡槽(8)相适配的凸起块(7),且凸起块(7)放置在卡槽(8)内,每个所述凸起块(7)的底部均固定连接有缓冲垫(6);
所述散热层(10)的顶部固定连接有隔热层(11),所述隔热层(11)和阻燃环(9)的顶部均与防渗透层(12)的底部固定连接,所述防渗透层(12)的顶部通过第二粘接层(13)和防火层(14)的底部固定连接,所述隔热层(11)的 顶部和阻燃环(9)的顶部均位于同一水平面上,所述隔热层(11)、 散热层(10)、稳定拉力层(5)和树脂层(4)的外侧面均与阻燃环(9)的内壁固定连接。
