本发明公开了一种耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜,包括保护膜胶体,所述保护膜胶体的上表面粘接有第一胶层,所述第一胶层的上表面粘接有第一耐高温层,第一耐高温层的上表面粘接有第二胶层,所述第二胶层的上表面粘接有第一阻燃层,所述第一阻燃层的上表面粘接有第三胶层,所述第三胶层的上表面粘接有透气层,所述透气层的内部设置有通气孔,所述透气层的上表面粘接有第三胶层,所述第三胶层的上表面粘接有防滑层,所述防滑层的上表面粘接有第四胶层,所述第四胶层的上表面粘接有第二阻燃层。该耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜,通过设置第一阻燃层和第二阻燃层,防止因高温燃烧导致该牛皮纸保护膜的结构被破坏,大大提高了该牛皮纸保护膜阻燃的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体为一种耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜。
背景技术
牛皮纸保护膜使一些被保护的产品在生产加工和运输和贮存和使用过程当中能够保证不会受到污染,使产品不会被划伤,使它能够保护原有的光洁亮泽的物品表面,从而来提高产品的质量及市场各方面的竞争力。而现在市场上的牛皮纸保护膜的透气不好,而且现有的牛皮纸保护膜防高温的效果也不明显,使牛皮纸保护膜容易在高温下变形,尤其在高温条件下容易有异味挥发,而且这种异味对于人体来说往往是非常严重的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜,包括保护膜胶体,所述保护膜胶体的上表面粘接有第一胶层,所述第一胶层的上表面粘接有第一耐高温层,第一耐高温层的上表面粘接有第二胶层,所述第二胶层的上表面粘接有第一阻燃层,所述第一阻燃层的上表面粘接有第三胶层,所述第三胶层的上表面粘接有透气层,所述透气层的内部设置有通气孔,所述透气层的上表面粘接有第三胶层,所述第三胶层的上表面粘接有防滑层,所述防滑层的上表面粘接有第四胶层,所述第四胶层的上表面粘接有第二阻燃层,所述第二阻燃层的上表面粘接有第六胶层,所述第六胶层的上表面粘接有第二耐高温层,所述第二耐高温层的上表面粘接有第七胶层,所述第七胶层的上表粘接有牛皮纸保护膜。
优选的,所述通气孔的数量至少为2个,并且每个通气孔之间的距离相等。
优选的,所述第一阻燃层和第二阻燃层的厚度均为50μm。
优选的,所述第一耐高温层和第二耐高温层的厚度均为50μm。
优选的,所述防滑层的表面为粗糙设置,并且防滑层的形状为波浪形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜,通过设置第一阻燃层和第二阻燃层,防止因高温燃烧导致该牛皮纸保护膜的结构被破坏,大大提高了该牛皮纸保护膜阻燃的效果,通过设置第一耐高温层和第二耐高温层,使该牛皮纸保护膜不易被燃烧,不易被变形,大大提高了该牛皮纸的耐高温和实用性的效果。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜,包括保护膜胶体1,保护膜胶体1的上表面粘接有第一胶层2,通过设置第一胶层2,使保护膜胶体1粘接更稳定,提高了该牛皮纸保护膜稳定的效果,第一胶层2的上表面粘接有第一耐高温层3,第一耐高温层3的厚度为50μm,通过设置第一耐高温层3,使该牛皮纸保护膜不易被燃烧,不易变形,提高了该牛皮纸保护膜耐高温和实用性的效果,第一耐高温层3的上表面粘接有第二胶层4,第二胶层4的上表面粘接有第一阻燃层5,第一阻燃层5的厚度为50μm,第一阻燃层5内部的材料为氢氧化铝阻燃剂,通过设置第一阻燃层5,使该牛皮纸保护膜的结构不被破坏,提高了该牛皮纸保护膜阻燃的效果,第一阻燃层5的上表面粘接有第三胶层6,第三胶层的上表面粘接有透气层7,透气层7的内部设置有通气孔8,通气孔8的数量至少为2个,并且每个通气孔8之间的距离相等,通过设置通气孔8,使该牛皮纸保护膜的异味气体散发出去,提高了该牛皮纸保护膜透气的效果,透气层7的上表面粘接有第三胶层9,第三胶层9的上表面粘接有防滑层10,防滑层10的表面为粗糙设置,并且防滑层10的形状为波浪形,通过设置防滑层10,使该牛皮纸保护膜摩擦力增大,固定能力强,提高了该牛皮纸保护膜防滑的效果,防滑层10的上表面粘接有第四胶层11,第四胶层11的上表面粘接有第二阻燃层12,第二阻燃层12的厚度为50μm,第二阻燃层12内部的材料为氢氧化铝阻燃剂,通过设置第二阻燃层12,使该牛皮纸保护膜的结构不被破坏,大大提高了该牛皮纸保护膜阻燃的效果,第二阻燃层12的上表面粘接有第六胶层13,第六胶层13的上表面粘接有第二耐高温层14,第二耐高温层14的厚度为50μm,通过设置第二耐高温层14,使该牛皮纸保护膜不易被燃烧,不易变形,大大提高了该牛皮纸保护膜耐高温和实用性的效果,第二耐高温层14的上表面粘接有第七胶层15,第七胶层15的上表粘接有牛皮纸保护膜16。
工作原理:利用第一耐高温层3和第二耐高温层14的耐高温效果与第一阻燃层5和第二阻燃层12的阻燃效果,在利用透气层7的透气性,使该牛皮纸保护膜可以排出异味气体,并且透气,使该牛皮纸保护膜可以达到耐高温和不易被燃烧的效果,

1.一种耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜,包括保护膜胶体(1),其特征在于:所述保护膜胶体(1)的上表面粘接有第一胶层(2),所述第一胶层(2)的上表面粘接有第一耐高温层(3),第一耐高温层(3)的上表面粘接有第二胶层(4),所述第二胶层(4)的上表面粘接有第一阻燃层(5),所述第一阻燃层(5)的上表面粘接有第三胶层(6),所述第三胶层的上表面粘接有透气层(7),所述透气层(7)的内部设置有通气孔(8),所述透气层(7)的上表面粘接有第四胶层(9),所述第四胶层(9)的上表面粘接有防滑层(10),所述防滑层(10)的上表面粘接有第五胶层(11),所述第五胶层(11)的上表面粘接有第二阻燃层(12),所述第二阻燃层(12)的上表面粘接有第六胶层(13),所述第六胶层(13)的上表面粘接有第二耐高温层(14),所述第二耐高温层(14)的上表面粘接有第七胶层(15),所述第七胶层(15)的上表粘接有牛皮纸保护膜(16),所述通气孔(8)的 数量至少为2个,并且每个通气孔(8)之间的距离相等,所述第一阻燃层 (5)和第二阻燃层(12)的厚度均为50μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜,其特征在于:所述第一耐高温层(3)和第二耐高温层(14)的厚度均为50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的牛皮纸保护膜,其特征在于:所述防滑层(10)的表面为粗糙设置,并且防滑层(10)的形状为波浪形。
