技术领域:
本发明涉及一种复合板,尤其涉及到一种拼接式不锈钢复合板。
背景技术:
现有技术中,市场上的金属材料多种多样,比如制作家具、办公用品、工业设备所使用的材料多种多样。但各种材料性能、优点、劣势各有不同。比如用全铁材料做的,容易生锈,而且防碱、防酸、隔热性能不好。材料使用寿命短,直接影响产品的质量。
随着社会进步,经济快速发展,不锈钢复合板的应用越来越广泛。对于物件较大的不锈钢复合板在使用安装或者运输过程中带来很大不便。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种保证强度的同时能够便于拆装的拼接式不锈钢复合板。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种拼接式不锈钢复合板,包括由基材板、不锈钢板和填充在基材板与不锈钢板之间的粘合剂经过压制而成的复合板本体,所述基材板的上表面和下表面都为锯齿形,所述不锈钢板通过粘合剂固定在基材板的上表面和下表面;所述复合板本体的左侧设有凹槽,所述复合板本体右侧设有配合凹槽的凸块。
作为优选,所述填充在基材板和不锈钢板之间的粘合剂厚度大于基材表面锯齿的高度。确保不锈钢板和基材板能够充分固定提高复合板的强度。
作为优选,所述凹槽为燕尾式槽。通过复合板本体上的凸块插入到另一块复合板本体上的凹槽内,将两块不锈钢复合板拼接在一起不发生偏移。
作为优选,所述复合板本体的侧面设有防腐、防水、隔热的保护层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处在于:锯齿式的基材板表面充分粘合了不锈钢板和基材板提高了不锈钢复合板的强度;隔热、防水、防腐蚀,使用寿命长;通过可拆装式复合板便于使用和运输,节省空间,提高工作效率,降低成本。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
如图1所示的一种拼接式不锈钢复合板,包括包括由基材板11、不锈钢板13和填充在基材板11与不锈钢板13之间的粘合剂12经过压制而成的复合板本体1,所述基材板11的上表面和下表面都为锯齿形,所述不锈钢板13通过粘合剂12固定在基材板11的上表面和下表面;所述复合板本体1的左侧设有凹槽2,所述复合板本体1右侧设有配合凹槽2的凸块3;所述粘合剂12填充在基材板11和不锈钢板13之间的厚度大于基材11表面锯齿14的高度,确保不锈钢板13和基材板11能够充分固定提高复合板的强度。
如图2所示的为两块不锈钢复合板通过凹槽2和凸块3连接在一起的结构示意图,所述凹槽2为燕尾式槽,将两块不锈钢复合板拼接在一起不发生偏移。
如图3所示的复合板本体1的侧面设有防腐、防水、隔热的保护层4。使整个不锈钢复合板隔热、防水、防腐蚀,又耐磨损,使用寿命长。

1.一种拼接式不锈钢复合板,包括由基材板(11)、不锈钢板(13)和填充在基材板(11)与不锈钢板(13)之间的粘合剂(12)经过压制而成的复合板本体(1),其特征在于:所述基材板(11)的上表面和下表面都为锯齿形,所述不锈钢板(13)通过粘合剂(12)固定在基材板(11)的上表面和下表面;所述复合板本体(1)的左侧设有凹槽(2),所述复合板本体(1)右侧设有配合凹槽(2)的凸块(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拼接式不锈钢复合板,其特征在于:所述填充在基材板(11)和不锈钢板(13)之间的粘合剂(12)厚度大于基材(11)表面锯齿(14)的高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拼接式不锈钢复合板,其特征在于:所述凹槽(2)为燕尾式槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的拼接式不锈钢复合板,其特征在于:所述复合板本体(1)的侧面设有防腐、防水、隔热的保护层(4)。
