背景技术
目前能够用于制作地板的板材一般有实木板材、高密度纤维板或中密度纤维板、实木复合等板材，上述板材都普遍存在着防水、防腐的问题，防水、防腐的缺陷致使板材膨胀、变形、开裂等问题出现，使板材无法使用。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述问题，提供一种不锈钢复合地板，防水、防腐性能好，地板不变形、不开裂，耐磨损，使用寿命长。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种不锈钢复合地板，包括碳钢板、涤纶针刺毡层、不锈钢板，其特征在于：碳钢板作为地板底板，二端设有碳钢板折边，碳钢板折边与地板底板成垂直，形成一凹槽，凹槽内填充涤纶针刺毡，形成涤纶针刺毡层，凹槽顶部设有不锈钢板作为地板面板，不锈钢板二端设有不锈钢板折边，不锈钢板折边与地板面板成垂直，形成一倒凹槽，倒凹槽插在凹槽外侧，使不锈钢板折边与碳钢板折边贴合。
所述碳钢板的厚度为0.8～1.5mm。
所述不锈钢板的厚度为1.0～1.5mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型提供一种不锈钢复合地板，以碳钢板为基材，以不锈钢板为面层结合而成的不锈钢复合板，其结合强度高，机械性能良好，防水、防腐性能好，地板不变形、不开裂，耐磨损，使用寿命长。

如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型是一种不锈钢复合地板，包括碳钢板1、涤纶针刺毡层2、不锈钢板3，其特征在于：碳钢板1作为地板底板，二端设有碳钢板折边11，碳钢板折边11与地板底板成垂直，形成一凹槽12，凹槽12内填充涤纶针刺毡，形成涤纶针刺毡层2，凹槽12顶部设有不锈钢板3作为地板面板，不锈钢板3二端设有不锈钢板折边31，不锈钢板折边31与地板面板成垂直，形成一倒凹槽32，倒凹槽32插在凹槽12外侧，使不锈钢板折边31与碳钢板折边11贴合。
所述碳钢板1的厚度为0.8～1.5mm。
所述不锈钢板3的厚度为1.0～1.5mm。
本实用新型通过以下工序得到：
(1)将厚度为1.5mm、长度为3103mm的碳钢板1二端折边，形成碳钢板折边11，碳钢板折边11的长度为50mm，碳钢板折边11与地板底板成垂直，形成一凹槽12，凹槽12的高度为50mm，宽度为3000mm；
(2)在凹槽12中填充涤纶针刺毡，形成涤纶针刺毡层2；
(3)选用厚度为1.5mm、长度为3109mm的不锈钢板3，将不锈钢板3的二端折边，形成不锈钢板折边31，不锈钢板折边31的长度为51.5mm，不锈钢板折边31与地板面板成垂直，形成一倒凹槽32，倒凹槽32的高度为51.5mm，宽度为3003mm；
(4)将倒凹槽32插在凹槽12外侧，使不锈钢板折边31与碳钢板折边11贴合，即制成不锈钢复合地板。
本实用新型提供一种不锈钢复合地板，以碳钢板为基材，以不锈钢板为面层结合而成的不锈钢复合板，其结合强度高，机械性能良好，防水、防腐性能好，地板不变形、不开裂，耐磨损，使用寿命长。

1.一种不锈钢复合地板，包括碳钢板、涤纶针刺毡层、不锈钢板，其特征在于：碳钢板作为地板底板，二端设有碳钢板折边，碳钢板折边与地板底板成垂直，形成一凹槽，凹槽内填充涤纶针刺毡，形成涤纶针刺毡层，凹槽顶部设有不锈钢板作为地板面板，不锈钢板二端设有不锈钢板折边，不锈钢板折边与地板面板成垂直，形成一倒凹槽，倒凹槽插在凹槽外侧，使不锈钢板折边与碳钢板折边贴合。
