本发明涉及一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材,包括静电膜和铜基石墨烯复合膜,静电膜的长度N1大于100m,铜基石墨烯复合膜为片状结构,若干铜基石墨烯复合膜依次贴合吸附在静电膜上卷曲形成卷状结构,提高了精度,避免出现废品,减少了人工,降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷材,具体涉及一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材。
背景技术
石墨烯(Graphene)是一种由碳原子构成的单层片状结构的新材料。它是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型呈蜂巢晶格的平面薄膜,只有一个碳原子厚度的二维材料。
石墨膜主要以片状形式生产,这给后期的模切加工带来了不便,特征是材料的实际利用率无法提高,片状的石墨膜在模切前需要将石墨膜一片接一片的贴于保护膜或静电膜上从而形成卷装结构,再加以切割。但目前主要存在的问题是,将片状石墨膜一片接一片的贴于保护膜或静电膜上时,片与片之间的距离无法控制,造成石墨膜片与片之间的距离不等,无法控制切割精度,容易出现废品,无形中提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材,若干铜基石墨烯复合膜无间隙的贴合在静电膜上,直接切割即可使用,提高了精度,避免出现废品,减少了人工,降低了成本。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材,包括静电膜和铜基石墨烯复合膜,静电膜的长度N1大于100m,铜基石墨烯复合膜为片状结构,若干铜基石墨烯复合膜依次贴合吸附在静电膜上卷曲形成卷状结构。
上述一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材,其中,所述静电膜上向内凹陷的设有若干承压槽,所述承压槽的截面形状为圆弧形结构,承压槽的宽度为L3,深度为H3,L3=L1*3/5、H3=H1*2/5;所述铜基石墨烯复合膜包括铜基层和石墨烯层,铜基层上向外突出的形成压合凸条,压合凸条的截面形状为圆弧形结构,压合凸条的宽度为L4,高度为H4,L3-L4=L4/10、H4-H3=H4/5,所述承压槽与压合凸条同轴设置,铜基层的压合凸条贴合设置在静电膜的承压槽中。
上述一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材,其中,所述承压槽截面形成的圆弧所对的圆心角为a,所述压合凸条截面形成的圆弧所对的圆心角为b,b>a。
上述一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材,其中,所述石墨烯层的侧壁上向内凹陷形成避空槽,所述避空槽的截面形状为三角形结构。
上述一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材,其中,所述静电膜上设有若干球冠形结构的承压凸块,承压凸块交替设置在承压槽的两侧。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明将若干铜基石墨烯复合膜和静电膜通过压延机压合成卷,压合凸条和压合凹槽实现精确定位,又能够防止对静电膜造成伤害,通过膜切机即可精切切割,避免出现废品,减少了人工,降低了成本;
本发明在静电膜上设有承压槽,在铜基石墨烯复合膜上设有压合凸条,压合成型时,压合凸条在压力作用用发生形变压入静电膜中,提高了压合的稳定性,压合更加牢固。

如图所示一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材,包括静电膜1和铜基石墨烯复合膜2,静电膜的长度N1大于100m,宽度为L1、厚度为H1,铜基石墨烯复合膜为片状结构,铜基石墨烯复合膜的长度N2小于0.5m,宽度为L2,厚度为H2,若干铜基石墨烯复合膜依次贴合吸附在静电膜上卷曲形成卷状结构。
所述静电膜上向内凹陷的设有若干承压槽3,所述承压槽的截面形状为圆弧形结构,承压槽的宽度为L3,深度为H3,L3=L1*3/5、H3=H1*2/5;所述铜基石墨烯复合膜包括铜基层7和石墨烯层8,铜基层上向外突出的形成压合凸条4,压合凸条的截面形状为圆弧形结构,压合凸条的宽度为L4,高度为H4,L3-L4=L4/10、H4-H3=H4/5,所述承压槽与压合凸条同轴设置,铜基层的压合凸条贴合设置在静电膜的承压槽中。
所述承压槽截面形成的圆弧所对的圆心角为a,所述压合凸条截面形成的圆弧所对的圆心角为b,b>a。所述石墨烯层的侧壁上向内凹陷形成避空槽5,所述避空槽的截面形状为三角形结构。所述静电膜上设有若干球冠形结构的承压凸块6,承压凸块交替设置在承压槽的两侧。

1.一种铜基石墨烯复合膜卷材,其特征为,包括静电膜和铜基石墨烯复合膜,静电膜的长度N1大于100m,铜基石墨烯复合膜为片状结构,若干铜基石墨烯复合膜依次贴合吸附在静电膜上卷曲形成卷状结构,所述静电膜上向内凹陷的设有若干承压槽,所述承压槽的截面形状为圆弧形结构,承压槽的宽度为L3,深度为H3,L3=L1*3/5、H3=H1*2/5;所述铜基石墨烯复合膜包括铜基层和石墨烯层,铜基层上向外突出的形成压合凸条,压合凸条的截面形状为圆弧形结构,压合凸条的宽度为L4,高度为H4,L3-L4=L4/10、H4-H3=H4/5,所述承压槽与压合凸条同轴设置,铜基层的压合凸条贴合设置在静电膜的承压槽中。
