Abstract

本发明公开了一种胎面接头压头机,水平导轨的后端通过连接板固定在机架上,水平导轨的前端为自由端,机架的上端设置有框形架,框形架位于水平导轨的上方靠近后部,框形架的顶面的前端设置有门形架,翻转架的后部通过转轴铰接在框形架中,翻转架的顶面的前部与设置在门形架上的气缸的活塞杆相连;翻转架下表面的前端的两侧分别设置有竖向安装支耳,在两侧的竖向安装支耳之间设置有压辊,压辊通过电机驱动绕压辊轴旋转,水平导轨上滑动连接有水平胎面支撑梁,水平胎面支撑梁通过驱动装置驱动沿着水平导轨来回移动。通过对胎面的接头实行反复的碾压,使得其接头不张口,避免因此造成的成品鼓包现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胎面接头压头机,属于轮胎生产设备领域。
背景技术
用橡胶生产轮胎的过程为:配料—混炼—压出胎面—成型—打孔—硫化—成品检验—包装出厂。
胎面在切割好后为成型,成型包括将胎面的两头搭接,形成一个圆环。目前,搭接后就直接进行下一步工序,这样胎面接头易张开,容易造成成品轮胎鼓包。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种胎面接头压头机,可以避免接头张开的情况。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种胎面接头压头机,包括机架,其特征在于:水平导轨的后端通过连接板固定在机架上,所述水平导轨的前端为自由端,所述机架的上端设置有框形架,所述框形架位于水平导轨的上方靠近后部,所述框形架的顶面的前端设置有门形架,翻转架的后部通过转轴铰接在框形架中,所述翻转架的顶面的前部与设置在门形架上的气缸的活塞杆相连;所述翻转架下表面的前端的两侧分别设置有竖向安装支耳,在两侧的竖向安装支耳之间设置有压辊,所述压辊通过电机驱动绕压辊轴旋转,所述压辊的压辊轴的中轴线与水平导轨的中轴线垂直;所述水平导轨上滑动连接有水平胎面支撑梁,所述水平胎面支撑梁通过驱动装置驱动沿着水平导轨来回移动。
采用上述方案,使用时,将成环的胎面从水平导轨的自由端套在水平胎面支撑梁上,有接头的一面朝上,按下气缸控制按钮,气缸控制翻转架下压,让压辊与胎面接触,然后电机驱动压辊旋转,压胎面接头,同时,驱动装置驱动水平胎面支撑梁在水平导轨上来回移动,实现对胎面接头的反复碾压,碾压完成后,按下气缸按钮,气缸活塞杆缩回,停止电机及驱动装置,取下胎面环。
上述方案中:所述电机安装在翻转架上。
上述方案中:所述机架为由地面支撑框架和纵向框架组成的L形机架,所述水平导轨固定在纵向框架上。
上述方案中:所述压辊的表面设置有若干环形沟槽。这样能更好的碾压胎面接头。
上述方案中,所述水平导轨的前端设置限位板。避免水平胎面支撑梁脱离水平导轨。
有益效果:本发明设计的胎面接头压头机通过对胎面的接头实行反复的碾压,使得其接头不张口,避免因此造成的成品鼓包现象,结构简单,设计合理,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1,如图1-3所示:本发明的胎面接头压头机由机架1、水平导轨2、连接板3、翻转架4、转轴5、框形架6、门形架7、气缸8、竖向安装支耳9、压辊10、电机11、水平胎面支撑梁12、限位板13等部件组成。
机架1为由地面支撑框架和纵向框架组成的L形机架。水平导轨2的后端通过连接板3固定在机架1的纵向框架的上部,水平导轨2的前端为自由端,机架1的上端设置有框形架6,框形架6位于水平导轨2的上方靠近后部,框形架6的顶面的前端设置有门形架7,翻转架4的后部通过转轴5铰接在框形架6中,翻转架4的顶面的前部与设置在门形架7上的气缸8的活塞杆相连;翻转架4下表面的前端的两侧分别设置有竖向安装支耳9,在两侧的竖向安装支耳9之间设置有压辊10,压辊10的压辊轴的中轴线与水平导轨2的中轴线垂直。压辊10的表面设置有若干环形沟槽10a。压辊10通过电机11驱动绕压辊轴旋转,具体的,压辊10的压辊轴上套有链轮11a,电机11的减速机的输出轴上套有链轮,两个链轮通过链条相连,此为现有技术,图中未画全。电机11安装在翻转架4上。
水平导轨2上滑动连接有水平胎面支撑梁12,水平胎面支撑梁12通过驱动装置驱动沿着水平导轨2来回移动。驱动装置可以为伺服电机,也可以为气缸或油缸等,此为常规设计,图中未画出驱动装置。可以在水平导轨2的下方设置两个接近开关14,两个接近开关分别靠近前部和后部,当水平胎面支撑梁12到达接近开关后,停止,然后换向运动。水平导轨2的前端设置限位板13。避免水平胎面支撑梁12脱离水平导轨2。

1.一种胎面接头压头机,包括机架(1),其特征在于:水平导轨(2)的后端通过连接板(3)固定在机架(1)上,所述水平导轨(2)的前端为自由端,所述机架(1)的上端设置有框形架(6),所述框形架(6)位于水平导轨(2)的上方靠近后部,所述框形架(6)的顶面的前端设置有门形架(7),翻转架(4)的后部通过转轴(5)铰接在框形架(6)中,所述翻转架(4)的顶面的前部与设置在门形架(7)上的气缸(8)的活塞杆相连;所述翻转架(4)下表面的前端的两侧分别设置有竖向安装支耳(9),在两侧的竖向安装支耳(9)之间设置有压辊(10),所述压辊(10)通过电机(11)驱动绕压辊轴旋转,所述压辊(10)的压辊轴的中轴线与水平导轨(2)的中轴线垂直;所述水平导轨(2)上滑动连接有水平胎面支撑梁(12),所述水平胎面支撑梁(12)通过驱动装置驱动沿着水平导轨(2)来回移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述胎面接头压头机,其特征在于:所述电机(11)安装在翻转架(4)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述胎面接头压头机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)为由地面支撑框架和纵向框架组成的L形机架,所述水平导轨(2)固定在纵向框架上。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述胎面接头压头机,其特征在于:所述压辊(10)的表面设置有若干环形沟槽(10a)。
5.根据权利要求4所述胎面接头压头机,其特征在于:所述水平导轨(2)的前端设置限位板(13)。
