一种车刀架微动进给装置,包括:一丝杆,该丝杆具有两段螺纹,该两段螺纹的旋向相同、导程不同;一固定螺母,该固定螺母设置在所述丝杆上,与所述丝杆中导程较大段螺纹适配;一活动螺母,该活动螺母设置在所述丝杆上,与所述丝杆中导程较小段螺纹适配;该活动螺母上安装车刀架;一直线滑轨,该直线滑轨沿所述丝杆的轴向平行设置,所述活动螺母通过螺母滑块与该直线滑轨滑动连接;一驱动电机,该驱动电机的转动输出部与所述丝杆固接。因此,两段螺纹的导程之差越小,活动螺母的进给量越小,车刀架越能实现微动,而且车刀架的动作响应会非常平顺。

一种车刀架微动进给装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机床技术领域,具体地说涉及一种车刀架微动进给装置。
背景技术
车刀架是用来装夹车刀的,车刀架的微动性能是车床或车铣复合机床精度很重要的一个指标。一般机床的车刀架的进给是采用丝杆传动,其进给量的精度受丝杆螺纹导程的限制,很难做到微小进给,而且对丝杆螺纹的加工要求极高,所以现有车刀架的微动性能很难低成本地提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种易加工、成本低、微动性能好的车刀架微动进给装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种车刀架微动进给装置,包括:
一丝杆,该丝杆具有两段螺纹,该两段螺纹的旋向相同、导程不同;
一固定螺母,该固定螺母设置在所述丝杆上,与所述丝杆中导程较大段螺纹适配;
一活动螺母,该活动螺母设置在所述丝杆上,与所述丝杆中导程较小段螺纹适配;该活动螺母上安装车刀架;
一直线滑轨,该直线滑轨沿所述丝杆的轴向平行设置,所述活动螺母通过螺母滑块与该直线滑轨滑动连接;
一驱动电机,该驱动电机的转动输出部与所述丝杆固接。
本发明的工作方式是:驱动电机带动丝杆转动,丝杆在固定螺母中以导程较大段螺纹的导程进给,此时,活动螺母相对丝杆以导程较小段螺纹的导程反向进给,那么,活动螺母最终的进给量为两段螺纹导程之差与丝杆转动圈数的乘积。
因此,两段螺纹的导程之差越小,活动螺母的进给量越小,车刀架越能实现微动,而且车刀架的动作响应会非常平顺;丝杆螺纹导程本身不必加工到很小,对丝杆的加工就比较容易,加工成本也会比较低。所以,本发明具有易加工、成本低、微动性能好等特点。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
参看图1,本发明一种车刀架微动进给装置,可应用在铣床上,使之成为车铣复合机床,该车刀架微动进给装置包括丝杆1、固定螺母2、活动螺母3、直线滑轨4和驱动电机5。丝杆1垂直设置,丝杆1具有上段螺纹6和下段螺纹7,上段螺纹6和下段螺纹7的旋向相同,上段螺纹6的导程大于下段螺纹7的导程。固定螺母2设置在丝杆1上并固定于铣头体8,固定螺母2与丝杆1的上段螺纹6相适配。活动螺母3设置在丝杆1上,与丝杆1的下段螺纹7相适配;活动螺母3上还安装有车刀架9,车刀架9用于安装车刀。直线滑轨4垂直设置在铣头体8上,与丝杆1的轴向平行;活动螺母3通过螺母滑块10与直线滑轨4滑动连接。驱动电机5的转动输出部与丝杆1的上端部固接,驱动电机5也可通过电机滑块与直线滑轨4形成滑动连接。
驱动电机5驱动丝杆1转动时,丝杆1与驱动电机5一同相对固定螺母2进给,同时,由于固定螺母2、活动螺母3分别位于丝杆1的旋向相同但导程不同的两段螺纹上,故活动螺母3将沿直线滑轨4相对丝杆1反向进给,如此,装有车刀架9的活动螺母3实际进给为两段螺纹的导程之差,那么,在对丝杆1螺纹导程的加工要求不高的情况下,车刀架9便实现了高精度地微动,而且启停平顺,使得车刀架9具有了非常良好的微动性能。

1.一种车刀架微动进给装置,其特征是:包括:
一丝杆,该丝杆具有两段螺纹,该两段螺纹的旋向相同、导程不同;
一固定螺母,该固定螺母设置在所述丝杆上,与所述丝杆中导程较大段螺纹适配;
一活动螺母,该活动螺母设置在所述丝杆上,与所述丝杆中导程较小段螺纹适配;该活动螺母上安装车刀架;
一直线滑轨,该直线滑轨沿所述丝杆的轴向平行设置,所述活动螺母通过螺母滑块与该直线滑轨滑动连接;
一驱动电机,该驱动电机的转动输出部与所述丝杆固接。
