本发明涉及石油机械领域,具体是一种双阀座闸板阀门安装方法;其特征是:它包括芯棒,还包括下述步骤:步骤1、将阀门的闸板套于芯棒上;步骤2、将支撑板、前阀座、密封圈和后阀座依次对称套于芯棒上;步骤3、将步骤三中所得芯棒装入阀体内;步骤4、将阀杆与闸板连接,阀门组装完成;步骤5、从阀门的流道孔中将芯棒抽离。本安装方法通过芯棒进行各部件之间的预组,再将各部件以整合的形式装入阀体内,如此,避免各部件在安装时的多次摩擦,减少了部件损坏的可能性,同时也提高了阀门的安装精度和安装效率。

本发明涉及石油机械领域,具体是一种双阀座闸板阀门安装方法。
背景技术
在阀门装配、拆检等工艺过程中,尤其是双阀座闸板,其部件较传统阀门而言更多,结构更复杂,其各部件的拆装容易造成部件之间的磨损,严重的会导致配件失去作用,并且构成阀门的部件繁多,拆装过程也难以将各部件精确定位。从而造成阀门装配和拆检作业的效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种通用性强,使用方便的阀门安装工具。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的是这样实现的:
一种双阀座闸板阀门安装方法,它包括芯棒,还包括下述步骤:
步骤1、将阀门的闸板套于芯棒上;
步骤2、步骤2、支撑板、前阀座、密封圈和后阀座各有两套,支撑板、前阀座、密封圈和后阀座依次设置在芯棒上,每个零件对称套于芯棒;
步骤3、将步骤三中所得芯棒装入阀体内;
步骤4、将阀杆与闸板连接,阀门组装完成;
步骤5、从阀门的流道孔中将芯棒抽离。
所述的双阀座闸板阀门安装方法,步骤2中,在支撑板、前阀座、密封圈和后阀座的表面涂覆润滑油。
所述的双阀座闸板阀门安装方法,芯棒呈管状,其长度小于闸板、前阀座、支撑板、密封圈的装配厚度之和。

步骤1、将阀门的闸板1套于芯棒5上;
步骤2、支撑板2、前阀座3、密封圈4和后阀座各有两套,支撑板、前阀座、密封圈和后阀座依次设置在芯棒5上,每个零件对称套于芯棒5;
步骤3、将步骤三中所得芯棒5装入阀体6内;
步骤4、将阀杆8与闸板1连接,阀门组装完成;
步骤5、从阀门的流道孔中将芯棒5抽离。
所述的双阀座闸板阀门安装方法,步骤2中,在支撑板2、前阀座3、密封圈4和后阀座的表面涂覆润滑油,涂覆的润滑油起到润和和粘连各部件的作用。
所述的双阀座闸板阀门安装方法,芯棒5呈管状,其长度小于闸板1、前阀座3、支撑板2、密封圈4的装配厚度之和。

步骤2、支撑板、前阀座、密封圈和后阀座各有两套,支撑板、前阀座、密封圈和后阀座依次设置在芯棒上,每个零件对称套于芯棒;
步骤3、将步骤2中所得芯棒装入阀体内;
步骤4、将阀杆与闸板连接,阀门组装完成;
步骤5、从阀门的流道孔中将芯棒抽离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双阀座闸板阀门安装方法,其特征是:步骤2中,在支撑板、前阀座、密封圈和后阀座的表面涂覆润滑油。
