本发明公开了一种铸铁管的内壁防腐蚀层涂抹装置,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上固定安装有左、右两滚轮座,所述左、右两滚轮座上转动安装有铸铁管,且在铸铁管的一端设有拉毛机座,所述拉毛机座上通过电机传动连接有拉毛头,所述左、右两滚轮座的左、右两支承柱,所述左支承柱上设有横梁板。本发明在铸铁管内固定水泥喷涂管,且通过水泥搅拌罐内管道内壁喷涂水泥层,再在铸铁管的高速自转下实现水泥均匀地喷涂在水泥管的内壁上,在经过烘干,和超声波探头检测涂抹的均匀程度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铸铁生产设备,具体是一种铸铁管的内壁防腐蚀层涂抹装置。
背景技术
在日常铸铁管生产过程中铸铁管内喷生产均需要一部内喷机配合一部台车进行内喷处理,当内喷机将一根铸管内衬喷好后等待其冷却至凝固后再进行下一根铸管的内喷处理,如此操作使得生产时间无法充分利用,无形中导致生产效率很低,且在离心铸造领域,某些球墨铸铁管进行离心拉制、高温退火后会产生局部变形,这些受损弯曲的球墨铸铁管需进行校直后才能投入使用。目前常采用人工敲打的方式进行校直,校直效果差且浪费人力。
现有技术中,铸铁管的内壁在进行打磨加工过程中需要进行及时检测,防止粗细不均匀。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种在铸铁管内固定水泥喷涂管,且通过水泥搅拌罐内管道内壁喷涂水泥层,再在铸铁管的高速自转下实现水泥均匀地喷涂在水泥管的内壁上,在经过烘干,和超声波探头检测涂抹的均匀程度的铸铁管的内壁防腐蚀层涂抹装置。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种铸铁管的内壁防腐蚀层涂抹装置,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上固定安装有左、右两滚轮座,所述左、右两滚轮座上转动安装有铸铁管,所述底座的一侧设有水泥搅拌罐,所述水泥搅拌罐的底部通过管道连通位于铸铁管内壁上的水泥喷涂管,所述水泥喷涂管贯穿在整个铸铁管内,且水泥喷涂管的侧壁上设有多个喷嘴,所述水泥喷涂管固定安装在支架上,且在铸铁管的一端设有拉毛机座,所述拉毛机座上通过电机传动连接有拉毛头,所述左、右两滚轮座的左、右两支承柱,所述左支承柱上设有横梁板,所述横梁板的端部设有吸尘头,所述左支承柱的顶部设有铸铁管的侧壁上设有表面粗糙度检测头,所述右支承柱上设有热风喷头,所述右支承柱的顶部设有超声波检测头,所述超声波检测头连接主控制器。
所述超声波检测头连接主控制器,所述主控制器连接数据存储模块,所述数据存储模块通过主控制器连接显示装置,所述铸铁管的侧壁上设有粗糙度检测头连接数据分析记忆对比模块,且数据分析记忆对比模块连接显示屏。
本发明底座上固定安装有左、右两滚轮座,左、右两滚轮座上转动安装有铸铁管,在铸铁管内固定水泥喷涂管,且通过水泥搅拌罐内管道内壁喷涂水泥层,再在铸铁管的高速自转下实现水泥均匀地喷涂在水泥管的内壁上,在经过烘干,和超声波探头检测涂抹的均匀程度,且在铸铁管的一端设有拉毛机座,拉毛机座上通过电机传动连接有拉毛头,左、右两滚轮座的左、右两支承柱,左支承柱上设有横梁板,横梁板的端部设有吸尘头,左支承柱的顶部设有铸铁管的侧壁上设有表面粗糙度检测头,通过左、右两支承柱顶板固定安装有铸铁管内壁粗糙度检测头和超声波检测头铸铁管内壁粗糙度检测头连接数据分析记忆对比模块,这样方便保存数据,便于新产品的研发,且在超声波检测头的侧壁上连接有主控器,连接数据存储模块使得数据保存更安全,分别对管道内壁的粗糙度和管道的壁厚进行检测,提高了水泥涂抹的厚度一致的精确度,使得铸铁管的质量得到提高 。

参见附图,一种铸铁管的内壁防腐蚀层涂抹装置,包括底座1,所述底座1上固定安装有左、右两滚轮座2、3,所述左、右两滚轮座2、3上转动安装有铸铁管4,所述底座1的一侧设有水泥搅拌罐19,所述水泥搅拌罐19的底部通过管道20连通位于铸铁管4内壁上的水泥喷涂管21,所述水泥喷涂管21贯穿在整个铸铁管4内,且水泥喷涂管21的侧壁上设有多个喷嘴22,所述水泥喷涂管21固定安装在支架23上,且在铸铁管4的一端设有拉毛机座5,所述拉毛机座5上通过电机6传动连接有拉毛头7,所述左、右两滚轮座2、3的左、右两支承柱8、11,所述左支承柱8上设有横梁板9,所述横梁板9的端部设有吸尘头10,所述左支承柱8的顶部设有铸铁管的侧壁上设有表面粗糙度检测头12,所述右支承柱11上设有热风喷头12,所述右支承柱11的顶部设有超声波检测头13,所述超声波检测头13连接主控制器15。
所述超声波检测头13连接主控制器15,所述主控制器15连接数据存储模块17,所述数据存储模块17通过主控制器15连接显示装置18,所述铸铁管的侧壁上设有粗糙度检测头12连接数据分析记忆对比模块16,且数据分析记忆对比模块16连接显示屏14。

1.一种铸铁管的内壁防腐蚀层涂抹装置,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上固定安装有左、右两滚轮座,所述左、右两滚轮座上转动安装有铸铁管,所述底座的一侧设有水泥搅拌罐,所述水泥搅拌罐的底部通过管道连通位于铸铁管内壁上的水泥喷涂管,所述水泥喷涂管贯穿在整个铸铁管内,且水泥喷涂管的侧壁上设有多个喷嘴,所述水泥喷涂管固定安装在支架上,且在铸铁管的一端设有拉毛机座,所述拉毛机座上通过电机传动连接有拉毛头,所述左、右两滚轮座的左、右两支承柱,所述左支承柱上设有横梁板,所述横梁板的端部设有吸尘头,所述左支承柱的顶部设有铸铁管的侧壁上设有表面粗糙度检测头,所述右支承柱上设有热风喷头,所述右支承柱的顶部设有超声波检测头,所述超声波检测头连接主控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述铸铁管的内壁防腐蚀层涂抹装置,其特征在于:所述超声波检测头连接主控制器,所述主控制器连接数据存储模块,所述数据存储模块通过主控制器连接显示装置,所述铸铁管的侧壁上设有粗糙度检测头连接数据分析记忆对比模块,且数据分析记忆对比模块连接显示屏。
