本发明涉及溶液混合设备领域,具体为一种混液系统,其能够实现溶液混合保持稳定,确保溶液质量,其包括混合釜和至少两个溶液罐,每个所述溶液罐分别通过进料管路连接所述混合釜,所述混合釜内设置有搅拌器,其特征在于,所述进料管路上安装有第一电磁阀,所述混合釜外部套装有水浴夹套,所述水浴夹套上设置有加热水进口和加热水出口,所述混合釜内设置有温度传感器,所述反应釜连通负压风机,所述负压风机对所述混合釜抽负压,所述混合釜外部安装有至少两个压力传感器,所述压力传感器检测所述混合釜的压力实现对所述混合釜的称重。

技术领域
本发明涉及溶液混合设备领域,具体为一种混液系统。
背景技术
安全玻璃是一类经剧烈振动或撞击不破碎,即使破碎也不易伤人的玻璃。用于汽车、飞机和特种建筑物的门窗等,在加工安全玻璃时,需要在玻璃表面喷涂一层镀膜溶液,镀膜溶液由两种或两种以上的不同的溶液混合而成,现有的都是直接按照比例倒入混合容器内盖上盖子密封后进行搅拌混合,难免存在误差,搅拌过程中温度不好控制,影响了混合溶液的质量。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种混液系统,其能够实现溶液混合保持稳定,确保溶液质量。
其技术方案是这样的:一种混液系统,其包括混合釜和至少两个溶液罐,每个所述溶液罐分别通过进料管路连接所述混合釜,所述混合釜内设置有搅拌器,其特征在于,所述进料管路上安装有第一电磁阀,所述混合釜外部套装有水浴夹套,所述水浴夹套上设置有加热水进口和加热水出口,所述混合釜内设置有温度传感器,所述反应釜连通负压风机,所述负压风机对所述混合釜抽负压,所述混合釜外部安装有至少两个压力传感器,所述压力传感器检测所述混合釜的压力实现对所述混合釜的称重。
其进一步特征在于,所述混合釜包括常用混合釜和备用混合釜,所述进料管路后端设置有连接所述常用混合釜和所述备用混合釜的两路支路,每路所述支路上均设置有第二电磁阀。
采用本发明的结构后,打开第一电磁阀后,负压风机对反应釜抽负压后,溶液罐内溶液自动送入混合釜内,每种溶液顺序进料,压力传感器对混合釜进行称重,确保进料溶液之间比例的准确,水浴夹套和温度传感器的设置确保了搅拌过程中温度维持稳定,确保了溶液质量,同时采用负压进料的方式,使得溶液只与进料管路有接触,无需在经过泵等设备,减少了污染,进一步保证了溶液质量。

具体实施方式
见图1所示,一种混液系统,其包括混合釜1和三个溶液罐2,每个溶液罐2分别通过进料管3路连接混合釜1,混合釜1内设置有搅拌器,进料管路3上安装有第一电磁阀4,混合釜1外部套装有水浴夹套5,水浴夹套5上设置有加热水进口和加热水出口,用于加热水的进出,混合釜1内设置有温度传感器,反应釜1连通负压风机6,负压风机6对混合釜1抽负压,混合釜1外部安装有至三个压力传感器7,混合釜1支撑于支架8上,压力传感器7检测混合釜1对支架8的压力实现对混合釜1的称重。混合釜1包括常用混合釜和备用混合釜,进料管路3后端设置有连接常用混合釜和备用混合釜的两路支路9,每路支路9上均设置有第二电磁阀10,通过第二电磁阀10来控制关断。

1.一种混液系统,其包括混合釜和至少两个溶液罐,每个所述溶液罐分别通过进料管路连接所述混合釜,所述混合釜内设置有搅拌器,其特征在于,所述进料管路上安装有第一电磁阀,所述混合釜外部套装有水浴夹套,所述水浴夹套上设置有加热水进口和加热水出口,所述混合釜内设置有温度传感器,所述反应釜连通负压风机,所述负压风机对所述混合釜抽负压,所述混合釜外部安装有至少两个压力传感器,所述压力传感器检测所述混合釜的压力实现对所述混合釜的称重。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混液系统,其特征在于,所述混合釜包括常用混合釜和备用混合釜,所述进料管路后端设置有连接所述常用混合釜和所述备用混合釜的两路支路,每路所述支路上均设置有第二电磁阀。
