技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗老年咳嗽病的的中药配方。
背景技术
老年咳嗽病主要症状为长期咳喘不愈，蒸汽虚损，加之年事已高，攻伐太过，患者难以承受。高龄者在无病或其他疾病不重的情况下，常出现呼吸不利，自觉咽痒却又无力咳吐，或干咳，持续不断，咳甚时气短喘促，甚者咳而遗尿、呕吐、汗出、眩晕、心悸不安(不包括因脑部病变导致的呛咳、吞咽困难)因干咳而就诊的高龄患者多患有两种以上疾病，体质、身体状况不同，合并疾病也各异。气阴两虚，肝肾不足，肺气虚，卫外不固；老人又具有多虚、多瘀、多痰的特点，易形成内外合邪，相互交织，虚实互见、多种病邪互结的状态，故用中药调理更易去本养身。
本发明用于治疗老年咳嗽病护理的中药配方，针对老年咳嗽病病因病机，以清热解毒，清热利湿，清热疏风，通经活血、宣肺平喘为治则，使邪伏、病退、正复而身安，达到治疗老年咳嗽病的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供了一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗老年咳嗽病的中药配方。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：白芥子15g，苏子15g，菜菔子15g，葶苈子15g，车前子30g。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1剂，分早中晚3次温服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
发明用于治疗老年咳嗽病的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对老年咳嗽病病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，方中白芥子温肺行气，快膈消食；苏子降气行痰；菜菔子消食导滞，行气祛痰；葶苈子、车前子利水平喘。上述诸味药物共用，相互协同相得益彰，共奏清热解毒、清热利湿、清热疏风、通经活血、散寒平喘，温肺化痰之效，共奏温宣塑降之功。使邪伏、病退、正复而身安，，治疗老年咳嗽病目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗老年咳嗽病的的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：白芥子15g，苏子15g，菜菔子15g，葶苈子15g，车前子30g。
水煎服：每天1剂，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于老年咳嗽病护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例老年咳嗽病患者，患者平均年龄55±10岁(45～65岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的老年咳嗽病诊断标准，全部诊断为老年咳嗽病患者。
50例老年咳嗽病患者全部有呼吸困难，胸闷，咳嗽等症状。
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，呼吸正常；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，咳嗽，胸闷症状消失；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻、症状加重，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例老年咳嗽病患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
史某，男性，71岁，患者反复发作性喘息、胸闷和咳嗽症状。走一会就上不来气，易感冒，夏天没事，冬天天冷不能受凉，痰很少，白痰，上午重，下午活动后痰吐出就轻 现病史： 患者自述于15年前无明显原因开始出现，咳嗽，咳痰，活动气喘等症状，当时病人打针，服药很多，从98年咳，闷，06年重，有痰就咳，就诊以“慢性支气管炎，肺气肿，肺心病为初步诊断，病程中注意饮食及睡眠，二便通畅，既往史： 平素体健，，无结核病史，无药物，食物及花粉过敏史，无手术及外伤史，采用西药只能治表，而后反复发作，服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，第二诊：疼痛略感减轻，继服12剂，三诊：疼痛基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。

1.一种治疗老年咳嗽病的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：白芥子15g，苏子15g，菜菔子15g，葶苈子15g，车前子30g。
2.本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1剂，，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
