By adopting the design, the phenomenon that the lifting of the upper machine body is influenced due to the overlarge transverse size occupied by the obliquely-installed second motor 4-2 can be avoided.
Example 3
In this embodiment, unlike embodiment 1, the synchronous driving mechanism includes two synchronous sprockets, the synchronous sprockets are respectively disposed on the output shaft of the first motor and the outer end fixing support, and the synchronous sprockets are provided with a transmission chain, and the transmission chain is connected with the water outlet module.
The cross sections of the first upright post and the second upright post can be rectangular, circular, elliptic and the like.
Other structures are the same as those of embodiment 1, and a description thereof will not be repeated here.
Example 4
In this embodiment, a liquid output control method is provided with the liquid output device as described in embodiment 1, 2 or 3, and after the liquid output device receives a liquid (flushing) control instruction, the liquid output device selectively starts the first driving module, the second driving module, the third driving module and/or the linear module according to its own status, so as to automatically adjust the position of the water outlet module.
The state of the liquid output apparatus means that the liquid output apparatus is in the sleep or standby state or the like described in embodiment 1. The position of the water outlet module is adjusted, and the water outlet module can be adjusted by folding, accommodating, searching for a water receiving container, imitating a liquid outlet track and the like.
The liquid output device is provided with an operation display module at the outer end of the cantilever, and the liquid outlet control instruction is sent to the liquid output device through the operation display module and edited through the operation display module.
The operation display module is provided with a wireless communication module, and a control signal connection is established between the wireless communication module and external mobile control equipment.
Therefore, the liquid outlet control instruction can be sent out by an application program at the mobile control equipment end, and is sent to the operation display module through the wireless communication module, and the liquid outlet control instruction is edited through the application program.
The liquid outlet control instruction comprises liquid outlet speed, angle, liquid amount, temperature and liquid outlet track, and the application program can adopt APP. The control unit converts the obtained liquid outlet track into corresponding coordinate parameters according to the obtained liquid outlet track to generate corresponding control instructions for controlling the first driving module, the third driving module and the linear module. For example in the horizontal plane (x-y plane in fig. 3) by controlling the first motor 2-7 and the third motor 6-1, and lifting in the z-axis by controlling the fourth motor 7-3. Through the motion combination of the cantilever 2, the first upright post 5 and the linear module 7, the water outlet is enabled to discharge according to curve tracks of internal spiral, external spiral, circular and the like, and the hand-made coffee simulation action is executed.
As shown in fig. 7, the liquid supply tank includes a cold water tank and a hot water tank, both of which are provided with water pumps, and water outlet pipes of the cold water tank and the hot water tank are connected to a water mixer, which is connected to a water outlet module, and can edit the liquid outlet speed, the liquid outlet quantity, the liquid outlet temperature and the liquid outlet track through the APP.
Regarding the design of the application program, reference may be made to the part of the "a coffee brewing automatic implementation method" in the chinese patent of the invention, "a coffee brewing automatic implementation system and method" (CN 105768884 a).

Claims (12)

1. The liquid output device is characterized by comprising an upper machine body and a lower machine body, wherein the upper machine body comprises a first upright post and a cantilever, and the first upright post and the cantilever are connected and combined through an angle adjusting joint; the cantilever is provided with a first driving module and a water outlet module, and the first driving module drives the water outlet module to slide back and forth along the length direction of the cantilever; the angle adjusting joint is provided with a second driving module, and the second driving module drives the cantilever to rotate so as to enable the cantilever to be converted between a horizontal position and a vertical position;
the lower machine body is provided with a third driving module, the third driving module supports the upper machine body through the first upright post, and the third driving module drives the upper machine body to rotate around the axis of the first upright post;
the lower machine body is also provided with a linear module which is in the same direction as the axis of the first upright post, and the linear module drives the upper machine body to lift;
the first driving module comprises a first motor, the cantilever is composed of an outer end fixing support, an inner end fixing support and a guide rail connected in the middle, the water outlet module slides on the guide rail, the first motor is arranged on the inner end fixing support, the first motor drives the water outlet module to slide back and forth along the guide rail through a synchronous driving mechanism, and the inner end fixing support is fixedly arranged on the angle adjusting joint;
the angle adjusting joint comprises a mounting plate, and the included angle between the mounting plate and the horizontal plane is 135 degrees;
the second driving module comprises a second motor and a first bearing arranged on the mounting plate, a stator of the first bearing is fixedly connected with the mounting plate, the upper end of a rotor of the first bearing is connected with an inner end fixing support in the cantilever, and the lower end of the rotor of the first bearing is connected with the second motor through a transmission mechanism;
the top end of the first upright post is provided with a support, the second motor is installed and fixed in the support, the support is provided with an installation panel parallel to the installation plate, the upper end of the second motor is provided with a speed reducer, the speed reducer is connected with the transmission mechanism through a universal joint, the universal joint comprises a driving fork and a driven fork, the driving fork is connected with an output shaft of the speed reducer, and the driven fork is installed perpendicular to the installation panel and is connected with a driving gear in the transmission mechanism;
the cantilever, the first upright post and the linear module jointly control the water outlet module to discharge liquid according to the inner spiral, the outer spiral and the circular curve track, and the hand-made coffee simulation action is executed.

The liquid output device according to claim 1, wherein the synchronous driving mechanism comprises two synchronous pulleys respectively arranged on the first motor output shaft and the outer end fixing bracket, and a synchronous belt is arranged on the synchronous pulleys and connected with the water outlet module.

The liquid output device according to claim 1, wherein an operation display module is provided on the outer side of the outer end fixing bracket, a control unit is provided in the operation display module, the water outlet module includes a water outlet and an image recognition module, both of which are directed downward, the water outlet is connected with a water pipe, and the water pipe is connected with a liquid supply tank.

The liquid output device according to claim 3, wherein the image recognition module adopts a camera to collect an image of the water receiving container and feeds the image back to the control unit, and the control unit calculates position information including coordinate parameters of the water receiving container according to the image and controls actions of the first driving module and the third driving module according to the position information to adjust the water outlet to be aligned with the water receiving container.
5. A liquid output apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the operation display module is provided therein with a display screen, a user input device, and a wireless communication module through which a control signal connection is established with an external mobile control apparatus.

The liquid output device according to claim 5, wherein a breathing lamp is further provided in the operation display module, and the liquid output device is in a sleep state after the cantilever is rotated to the vertical position, and the breathing lamp is started; after the cantilever rotates to the horizontal position, the liquid output device discharges liquid, the liquid discharge device is in a standby state after the liquid discharge is finished, and the breathing lamp is started; the wireless communication module adopts a Bluetooth module or a wireless network card.

The liquid output device according to claim 1, wherein the linear module comprises a second upright vertically arranged, a screw rod parallel to the second upright is installed on one side of the second upright, a fourth motor is connected to the lower end of the screw rod, a sliding block is arranged on the screw rod, and the screw rod is driven to move up and down by rotating the sliding block; the sliding block is provided with a support, and the third driving module is fixedly arranged on the support.

The liquid output device according to claim 7, wherein the third driving module comprises a third motor and a second bearing arranged on the bracket, a stator of the second bearing is fixedly installed on the bracket, the upper end of a rotor of the second bearing is connected with the first upright, and the lower end of the rotor of the second bearing is connected with an output shaft of the third motor through a speed reducer.

The liquid output device according to claim 1, wherein a snap ring is sleeved on the first upright, a gap is reserved between the snap ring and the outer wall of the first upright, the snap ring is fixedly installed on the table top of the bar counter, and the upper machine body can pass through the snap ring after the cantilever is adjusted to the vertical position.

The liquid output control method implemented by the liquid output device according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein after receiving the liquid output control instruction, the liquid output device selectively starts the first driving module, the second driving module, the third driving module and/or the linear module according to the state of the liquid output device, so as to automatically adjust the position of the water outlet module.

The liquid output control method according to claim 10, wherein an operation display module is provided at an outer end of the cantilever, the liquid outlet control instruction is issued to the liquid output device through the operation display module, and the liquid outlet control instruction is edited through the operation display module;
the operation display module is internally provided with a wireless communication module, and a control signal connection is established between the wireless communication module and external mobile control equipment;
or the liquid outlet control instruction is sent out by an application program of the mobile control equipment end, is sent to the operation display module through the wireless communication module, and is edited by the application program.
12. The liquid output control method according to claim 11, wherein the liquid output control instruction editing includes editing of liquid output speed, liquid output amount, liquid output temperature, and liquid output trajectory.
