本发明属于杂交育种技术领域,特别是涉及一种野猪和家猪杂交培育特种野猪的方法,其具体步骤为:A.以纯种华南野猪为父本、纯种新疆野猪为母本进行杂交,得F1代杂交野猪;B.以F1代杂交野猪为父本、纯种梅山猪为母本进行杂交,得到F2代杂交猪;C.以纯种华南野猪为父本、F2代杂交猪为母本进行杂交,得到F3代杂交猪;D.用F3代杂交母猪与F3代杂交公猪进行横交,得到横交后代;E.将横交后代再经3‑4代选育。本申请所述方法培育的特种野猪繁殖性能好,仔猪成活率高。

技术领域
本发明属于杂交育种技术领域,特别是涉及一种野猪和家猪杂交培育特种野猪的方法。
背景技术
野猪又称山猪,为猪属动物。野猪分为欧洲野猪和亚洲野猪,在全世界有27个亚种,亚种间和亚种内核型都有一些差异,染色体数(2n)在36~38之间,如西欧野猪2n=36或37,日本野猪2n=38,但彼此间没有繁殖障碍。野猪具有瘦肉率高、野味浓厚的优点,其肉香味浓,营养丰富、脂肪含量低、后腿内的脂肪只有家猪的50%。
野猪和家猪杂交后代(特种野猪)的肉质更加鲜美,风味独特,瘦肉率高,在同样的体重下,杂交猪的瘦肉率比家猪的瘦肉率要高6-8%。但是,特种野猪在养殖过程中存在着诸多的问题,如繁殖性能差、仔猪成活率低等,严重制约了特种野猪产业的发展。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案为:
野猪和家猪杂交培育特种野猪的方法,其具体步骤为:
A.以纯种华南野猪为父本、纯种新疆野猪为母本进行杂交,得F1代杂交野猪;
B.以F1代杂交野猪为父本、纯种梅山猪为母本进行杂交,得到F2代杂交猪;
C.以纯种华南野猪为父本、F2代杂交猪为母本进行杂交,得到F3代杂交猪;
D.用F3代杂交母猪与F3代杂交公猪进行横交,得到横交后代;
E.将横交后代再经3-4代选育。
进一步,所述杂交、横交均采用人工授精方式进行。
进一步,所述杂交或横交时的公母比例为1:8-1:10。

本申请所述方法培育的特种野猪繁殖性能好,仔猪成活率高。

野猪和家猪杂交培育特种野猪的方法,其具体步骤为:
A.以纯种华南野猪为父本、纯种新疆野猪为母本进行杂交,得F1代杂交野猪;
B.以F1代杂交野猪为父本、纯种梅山猪为母本进行杂交,得到F2代杂交猪;
C.以纯种华南野猪为父本、F2代杂交猪为母本进行杂交,得到F3代杂交猪;
D.用F3代杂交母猪与F3代杂交公猪进行横交,得到横交后代;
E.将横交后代再经3-4代选育。
杂交、横交均采用人工授精方式进行,杂交或横交时的公母比例为1:10。
实施例2
野猪和家猪杂交培育特种野猪的方法,其具体步骤为:
A.以纯种华南野猪为父本、纯种新疆野猪为母本进行杂交,得F1代杂交野猪;
B.以F1代杂交野猪为父本、纯种梅山猪为母本进行杂交,得到F2代杂交猪;
C.以纯种华南野猪为父本、F2代杂交猪为母本进行杂交,得到F3代杂交猪;

E.将横交后代再经3-4代选育。

野猪和家猪杂交培育特种野猪的方法,其具体步骤为:
A.以纯种华南野猪为父本、纯种新疆野猪为母本进行杂交,得F1代杂交野猪;
B.以F1代杂交野猪为父本、纯种梅山猪为母本进行杂交,得到F2代杂交猪;
C.以纯种华南野猪为父本、F2代杂交猪为母本进行杂交,得到F3代杂交猪;
D.用F3代杂交母猪与F3代杂交公猪进行横交,得到横交后代;
E.将横交后代再经3-4代选育。
杂交、横交均采用人工授精方式进行,杂交或横交时的公母比例为1:9。
在重庆市巫溪县鱼鳞乡长丈村2社,分别按照实施例1-3所述方法培育特种野猪。选取实施例1-3培育得到的特种野猪猪仔各20只,其中,公猪猪仔10只,母猪猪仔10只。养殖选取的特种野猪猪仔,猪仔的养殖方式完全相同。一年后统计猪仔成活率、患病率和平均每胎产仔数,并在随机选择公猪猪仔,结果如下表所示:

B.以F1代杂交野猪为父本、纯种梅山猪为母本进行杂交,得到F2代杂交猪;
C.以纯种华南野猪为父本、F2代杂交猪为母本进行杂交,得到F3代杂交猪;
D.用F3代杂交母猪与F3代杂交公猪进行横交,得到横交后代;
E.将横交后代再经3-4代选育。
2.根据权利要求1所述的野猪和家猪杂交培育特种野猪的方法,其特征在于:所述杂交、横交均采用人工授精方式进行。
3.根据权利要求2所述的野猪和家猪杂交培育特种野猪的方法,其特征在于,所述杂交或横交时的公母比例为1:8-1:10。
