Background
Non-3 GPP access may also access an EPC (Evolved Packet Core) network according to the current international standard of 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project); and when the non-3 GPP accesses the user, the network side may not establish the PCC session for the user in order to save system resources or for other reasons.
However, according to the standard, unless the user logs off and re-accesses the network, the network side cannot establish a PCC (Policy Control and Charging) session for the non-3 GPP access user, and thus cannot dynamically adjust the QoS (Quality of Service) of the user, and cannot obtain the location information of the user in time.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a PCC session establishment method based on non-3 GPP access to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
A technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is how to propose a PCC session establishment method based on non-3 GPP access.

In a specific embodiment, the sending a gateway control session establishment request to the access network gateway with the IP address, establishing session connection with the access network gateway, and acquiring the user subscription information from the access network gateway includes: the PCRF sends a gateway control session establishment request to an access network gateway of the IP address, wherein the gateway control session establishment request comprises user IMSI information; and the access network gateway searches user subscription information according to the user IMSI information, wherein if the user subscription information is searched according to the user IMSI information, the user subscription information is sent to the PCRF, and the PCRF generates a PCC rule according to the user subscription information and the user session request.
In a specific embodiment, if the access network gateway fails to find the user subscription information according to the IMSI information, a PCC session establishment failure message is sent.
In a specific embodiment, the subscriber subscription information includes an IMSI and related session information of the subscriber, and the access network gateway includes a high speed packet data serving gateway HSGW and/or a bearer binding and event reporting function network element BBERF.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. The storage medium includes various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (16)

1. A method for establishing a PCC session, comprising:
a Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) unit inquires a PGW corresponding to a user IP address according to the user IP address in a session request; wherein the session request comprises: the method comprises the steps that a user QoS adjusting request is sent by an application function AF;
the PCRF sends a PCC session establishment request to the PGW, and acquires an IP address of an access network gateway from the PGW;
the PCRF sends a gateway control session establishment request to an access network gateway of the IP address, establishes session connection with the access network gateway and acquires user subscription information from the access network gateway;
and the PCRF generates a PCC rule according to the user subscription information and sends the PCC rule to the PGW so that the PGW executes the PCC rule.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the PCRF querying a PGW corresponding to the user IP address in the session request according to the user IP address comprises:
after receiving a session request of a user, the PCRF extracts a user IP address from the session request;
the PCRF judges whether a PGW corresponding to the user IP address exists or not;
if a PGW corresponding to the user IP address exists, sending a PCC session establishment request to the PGW, and acquiring the IP address of an access network gateway from the PGW; and if the PGW corresponding to the user IP address does not exist, sending a PCC session establishment failure message.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2,
the PCRF sending a PCC session establishment request to the PGW, and acquiring an IP address of an access network gateway from the PGW, including:
the PCRF sends a query request to the PGW, wherein the query request comprises the user IP address, so that the PGW queries an IP address of an access network gateway associated with the user IP address;
after receiving the query request, the PGW judges whether the IP address of the access network gateway associated with the IP address of the user and IMSI information of the user are queried;
and if the PGW inquires the IP address information of the access network gateway associated with the user IP address, sending the IP address information of the access network gateway associated with the user IP address and the IMSI information of the user to the PCRF through a credit control request.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein:
and if the PGW does not inquire the IP address information of the access network gateway associated with the user IP address, returning a PCC session establishment failure message to the PCRF.
5. The method of claim 4,
the PCRF sends a gateway control session establishment request to the access network gateway of the IP address, establishes session connection with the access network gateway, and acquires user subscription information from the access network gateway, wherein the gateway control session establishment request comprises the following steps:
the PCRF sends a gateway control session establishment request to an access network gateway of the IP address, wherein the gateway control session establishment request comprises user IMSI information;
the access network gateway searches the user subscription information according to the IMSI information of the user,
if the user subscription information is found according to the user IMSI information, the user subscription information is sent to the PCRF, and the PCRF generates a PCC rule according to the user subscription information and the user session request.
6. The method of claim 5,
and if the access network gateway cannot find the user subscription information according to the IMSI information, sending a PCC session establishment failure message.
7. The method of claim 6,
the user subscription information comprises IMSI and related session information of the user, and the access network gateway comprises a high-speed packet data service gateway (HSGW) and/or a network element BBERF with a bearing binding and event reporting function.
8. An apparatus for establishing a PCC session, disposed within a policy and charging rules function PCRF, comprising:
the query module is used for querying a PGW corresponding to the user IP address according to the user IP address in the session request; wherein the session request comprises: the method comprises the steps that a user QoS adjusting request is sent by an application function AF;
a sending module, configured to send a PCC session establishment request to the PGW, and obtain an IP address of an access network gateway from the PGW;
the sending module is further configured to send a gateway control session establishment request to an access network gateway of the IP address, establish session connection with the access network gateway, and obtain user subscription information from the access network gateway;
and the PCC rule generating module is used for generating a PCC rule according to the user subscription information, and sending the PCC rule to the PGW through the sending module so that the PGW can execute the PCC rule.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a session request of a user;
the system comprises an extraction module, a session processing module and a processing module, wherein the extraction module is used for extracting a user IP address from a session request after receiving the session request of a user;
the query module is used for judging whether a PGW corresponding to the user IP address exists or not; if a PGW corresponding to the user IP address exists, sending a PCC session establishment request to the PGW, and acquiring the IP address of an access network gateway from the PGW; and if the PGW corresponding to the user IP address does not exist, sending a PCC session establishment failure message.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein:
the sending module is further configured to send an inquiry request to the PGW, where the inquiry request includes the user IP address, so that the PGW inquires an IP address of an access network gateway associated with the user IP address.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein:
the sending module is further configured to send a gateway control session establishment request to the access network gateway of the IP address, where the gateway control session establishment request includes user IMSI information, so that the access network gateway searches for user subscription information according to the user IMSI information, and if the user subscription information is found according to the user IMSI information, the receiving module receives the user subscription information, and generates a PCC rule according to the user subscription information and the user session request.
12. A system for establishing a PCC session, comprising:
a PCRF comprising means for establishing a PCC session as claimed in any one of claims 8-11;
PGW and access network gateway.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the PCRF sends a query request to the PGW, wherein the query request includes the subscriber IP address, so that the PGW queries an IP address of an access network gateway associated with the subscriber IP address;
after receiving the query request, the PGW judges whether the IP address of the access network gateway associated with the IP address of the user and IMSI information of the user are queried;
and if the PGW inquires the IP address information of the access network gateway associated with the user IP address, sending the IP address information of the access network gateway associated with the user IP address and the IMSI information of the user to the PCRF through a credit control request.
14. The system of claim 13,
and if the PGW does not inquire the IP address information of the access network gateway associated with the user IP address, returning a PCC session establishment failure message to the PCRF.
15. The system of claim 14,
the PCRF sends a gateway control session establishment request to an access network gateway of the IP address, wherein the gateway control session establishment request comprises user IMSI information;
and the access network gateway searches user subscription information according to the user IMSI information, wherein if the user subscription information is searched according to the user IMSI information, the user subscription information is sent to the PCRF, and the PCRF generates a PCC rule according to the user subscription information and the user session request.
16. The system of claim 15,
if the access network gateway cannot find user subscription information according to the IMSI information, sending a PCC session establishment failure message;
the system further comprises: the user subscription information comprises IMSI and related session information of the user, and the access network gateway comprises a high-speed packet data service gateway (HSGW) and/or a network element BBERF with a bearing binding and event reporting function.
