Abstract

本发明涉及一种便于安装的断路器，包括壳体、在壳体内安装传动机构、电磁线圈、灭弧片、动触点、静触点及出线端子，在壳体的一侧端面制有多个插条，在壳体的另一侧端面与插条一一对应制有多个容纳插条的卡件。本发明通过插条和卡件的配合安装多级断路器，每个单级断路器都相当于一个模块，可以组装成2P、3P、4P等多级断路器。简单快速，不费劲。

本发明属于断路器领域，涉及断路器的安装结构，尤其是一种便于安装的断路器。
背景技术
多级断路器在连接时需要将多个单级断路器通过铜管串联在一起，需要在单级断路器的四角预制四个贯穿铜管的孔，使用时，将多个单级断路器拼好后插入铜管，通过铜管连接固定。这种连接方式，安装非常麻烦，而且拆卸也困难。由于相邻的两个单级断路器贴合地非常紧密，所以导致断路器内部元器件散热不好，通常为了散热，还需要在断路器的外壳额外制出散热孔，工艺比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处，提供一种散热性能好且便于安装的断路器。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种便于安装的断路器，包括壳体、在壳体内安装传动机构、电磁线圈、灭弧片、动触点、静触点及出线端子，在壳体的一侧端面制有多个插条，在壳体的另一侧端面与插条一一对应制有多个容纳插条的卡件。
而且，所述插条的截面形状为凸型，所述卡件的截面形状为C型。
而且，所述的插条为横向插条或纵向插条，所述的卡件为横向卡件或纵向卡件。
而且，所述的插条及卡件均匀间隔制在壳体的两侧。
本发明的优点和积极效果是：
1、本发明通过插条和卡件的配合安装多级断路器，每个单级断路器都相当于一个模块，可以组装成2P、3P、4P等多级断路器。简单快速，不费劲。
2、本发明拼装成多级断路器后，相邻的两个单级断路器之间是存在间隙的，有利于断路器壳体内部元器件的散热，延长断路器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述，以下实施例只是描述性的，不是限定性的，不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种便于安装的断路器，包括壳体1、在壳体内安装传动机构4、电磁线圈7、灭弧片8、动触点6、静触点5及出线端子9。
本发明的创新点在于：
在壳体的一侧端面竖向均匀间隔制有多个截面为凸形的横向插条3，在壳体的另一侧端面与插条一一对应制有多个截面为C形的可容纳插条的横向卡件2。
所述的插条及卡件不仅限于横向制在壳体上，也可纵向制在壳体上。
安装时，先对准两个单级断路器，然后将插条推入卡件内即可将多个单级断路器拼装成多级断路器。

1.一种便于安装的断路器，包括壳体、在壳体内安装传动机构、电磁线圈、灭弧片、动触点、静触点及出线端子，其特征在于：在壳体的一侧端面制有多个插条，在壳体的另一侧端面与插条一一对应制有多个容纳插条的卡件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的断路器，其特征在于：所述插条的截面形状为凸型，所述卡件的截面形状为C型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的断路器，其特征在于：所述的插条为横向插条或纵向插条，所述的卡件为横向卡件或纵向卡件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便于安装的断路器，其特征在于：所述的插条及卡件均匀间隔制在壳体的两侧。
