本发明涉及纺织精炼剂领域,特别涉及到一种添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
用化学和物理方法去除棉、毛、麻、蚕丝以及合成纤维等各类纺织品上的天然杂质、沾污物以及织造浆料的工艺过程叫做精练。精练剂,是纺织印染行业不可缺少的助剂。一般是由各类阴离子、非离子表面活性剂以及适当的添加剂,经过一定配比的方法得到的一种以洗涤作用为主的、兼有渗透、乳化、分散、络合等协同作用的复配物。
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱是一种环境友好型两性表面活性剂,它刺激性小、性能温和、低毒性、性能稳定,同时具有生物降解性能可作为洗涤剂、调理剂、润湿剂、杀菌剂、增稠剂和抗静电剂等。本发明利用椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的优良性质,将其添加进入纺织物精炼剂中,可以有效的提高精炼剂的渗透力和浸润力,同时对纺织物刺激小,对环境友好,安全易降解。

添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚12-18份、羧乙基硫代丁二酸10-15份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-12份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯2-6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2-6份、蔗糖1-3份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐1-4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐1-3份、蓖麻油2-5份、山梨酸钠2-4份、碱性果胶酶1-3份、月桂基硫酸钠1-4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-5份、三聚磷酸钠1-2份、阴离子表面活性剂1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、乳化剂1-4份。
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂为硬脂酸钠、柠檬酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、α-磺基单羧酸酯中的一种或几种。

所述的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、蔗糖、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、羧乙基硫代丁二酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、乳化剂,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为25分钟,超声频率为220-250KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、蓖麻油、山梨酸钠、碱性果胶酶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、阴离子表面活性剂,加热搅拌至75℃,搅拌速度为50-100转/分钟,反应时间15-20分钟;
(5)将月桂基硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、消泡剂加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为200-300转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为130-160℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至175℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至8-10,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可。
优选地,所述步骤(6)的压强为5-10Mpa。
优选地,所述步骤(8)的膜孔径为100-200μm。

(2)本发明的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚12份、羧乙基硫代丁二酸10份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯2份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、蔗糖1份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐1份、蓖麻油2份、山梨酸钠2份、碱性果胶酶1份、月桂基硫酸钠1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、三聚磷酸钠1份、硬脂酸钠1份、苯乙醇油酸脂2份、仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、蔗糖、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;

(5)将月桂基硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、苯乙醇油酸脂加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为200转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为130℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至175℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为5Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至8,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为100μm。
制得的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。

(1)按照重量份称取脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚14份、羧乙基硫代丁二酸12份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚7份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯3份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4份、蔗糖2份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐2份、蓖麻油3份、山梨酸钠3份、碱性果胶酶1份、月桂基硫酸钠2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2份、三聚磷酸钠1份、柠檬酸钠1份、苯乙酸月桂醇酯2份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚2份;

(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、羧乙基硫代丁二酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为25分钟,超声频率为230KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、蓖麻油、山梨酸钠、碱性果胶酶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、柠檬酸钠,加热搅拌至75℃,搅拌速度为75转/分钟,反应时间17分钟;
(5)将月桂基硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、苯乙酸月桂醇酯加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为230转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为140℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至175℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为7Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至8.5,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为120μm。
制得的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚16份、羧乙基硫代丁二酸14份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚9份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、蔗糖2份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐2份、蓖麻油4份、山梨酸钠3份、碱性果胶酶2份、月桂基硫酸钠3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4份、三聚磷酸钠2份、甘油硬脂酸酯2份、磷酸三丁酯3份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯3份;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、蔗糖、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、羧乙基硫代丁二酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为25分钟,超声频率为240KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、蓖麻油、山梨酸钠、碱性果胶酶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甘油硬脂酸酯,加热搅拌至75℃,搅拌速度为90转/分钟,反应时间19分钟;
(5)将月桂基硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸三丁酯加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为280转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为150℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至175℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为9Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至9.5,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为150μm。
制得的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚18份、羧乙基硫代丁二酸15份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚12份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6份、蔗糖3份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐3份、蓖麻油5份、山梨酸钠4份、碱性果胶酶3份、月桂基硫酸钠4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份、三聚磷酸钠2份、α-磺基单羧酸酯3份、二甲基硅油4份、丁基萘磺酸钠4份;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、蔗糖、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、羧乙基硫代丁二酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、丁基萘磺酸钠,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为25分钟,超声频率为250KW;

(5)将月桂基硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、二甲基硅油加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为300转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为160℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至175℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为10Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至10,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为200μm。
制得的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚12份、羧乙基硫代丁二酸10份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯2份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐1份、山梨酸钠2份、碱性果胶酶1份、月桂基硫酸钠1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、三聚磷酸钠1份、硬脂酸钠1份、苯乙醇油酸脂2份、仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、羧乙基硫代丁二酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为25分钟,超声频率为220KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、山梨酸钠、碱性果胶酶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硬脂酸钠,加热搅拌至75℃,搅拌速度为50转/分钟,反应时间15分钟;
(5)将月桂基硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、苯乙醇油酸脂加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为200转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为130℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至175℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为5Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至8,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为100μm。
制得的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)按照重量份称取脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚18份、羧乙基硫代丁二酸15份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚12份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6份、蔗糖3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐3份、蓖麻油5份、山梨酸钠4份、碱性果胶酶3份、月桂基硫酸钠4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份、α-磺基单羧酸酯3份、二甲基硅油4份、丁基萘磺酸钠4份;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、蔗糖加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、羧乙基硫代丁二酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、丁基萘磺酸钠,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为25分钟,超声频率为250KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、蓖麻油、山梨酸钠、碱性果胶酶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、α-磺基单羧酸酯,加热搅拌至75℃,搅拌速度为100转/分钟,反应时间20分钟;
(5)将月桂基硫酸钠、二甲基硅油加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为300转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为160℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至175℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟,压强为10Mpa;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至10,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可,膜孔径为200μm。
制得的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
将实施例1-4和对比例1-2的制得的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂进行分层所需时间、分散指数、渗透率和白度这几项性能测试。

本发明的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂,以椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、蔗糖、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、羧乙基硫代丁二酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯为主要成分,通过加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、蓖麻油、山梨酸钠、碱性果胶酶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、月桂基硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、阴离子表面活性剂、消泡剂、乳化剂,辅以溶解搅拌、超声分散、加热反应、加压活化、冷却过膜等工艺,使得制备而成的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂,其环保无刺激、渗透力好、去污力强、柔顺性能好,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。本发明的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。

Claims (7)

1.添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚12-18份、羧乙基硫代丁二酸10-15份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-12份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯2-6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2-6份、蔗糖1-3份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐1-4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐1-3份、蓖麻油2-5份、山梨酸钠2-4份、碱性果胶酶1-3份、月桂基硫酸钠1-4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-5份、三聚磷酸钠1-2份、阴离子表面活性剂1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、乳化剂1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为硬脂酸钠、柠檬酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯、α-磺基单羧酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为苯乙醇油酸脂、苯乙酸月桂醇酯、磷酸三丁酯、二甲基硅油中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂选自仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、丁基萘磺酸钠中的任意一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、蔗糖、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐加入到1L去离子水中,用恒温磁力搅拌器搅拌均匀;
(3)向步骤(2)中的溶液中加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、羧乙基硫代丁二酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、乳化剂,定容至5L,超声分散,超声时间为25分钟,超声频率为220-250KW;
(4)将步骤(3)的超声分散混合物注入密炼机,再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、蓖麻油、山梨酸钠、碱性果胶酶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、阴离子表面活性剂,加热搅拌至75℃,搅拌速度为50-100转/分钟,反应时间15-20分钟;
(5)将月桂基硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、消泡剂加入反应釜中,混合搅拌,搅拌速度为200-300转/分钟,反应时间为30分钟,反应温度为130-160℃;
(6)将步骤(4)的混合物加入步骤(5)的反应釜中,等体积混合,同时缓慢加压升温至175℃保温活化,保持搅拌速度300转/分钟,反应时间20分钟;
(7)往步骤(6)的混合物自然冷却至室温,然后用碳酸氢钠调节pH值至8-10,搅拌均匀即得半成品;
(8)将步骤(7)中的半成品混合液过膜筛选,去除大颗粒,分装即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)的压强为5-10Mpa。
7.根据权利要求5所述的添加有椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的纺织精炼剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(8)的膜孔径为100-200μm。
