本发明涉及聚苯板成堆修边建筑施工领域,特别是一种聚苯板修边装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,在房屋建造装修时,对各类聚苯板的质量要求比较高,在大量的生产聚苯板时会出现有毛边的聚苯板,人工修理费时费力,长时间的工作会出现工作疲劳,存在安全隐患,现有的聚苯板边修理装置,单体修理,修理时间长,维护成本高,为了满足市场需求,在修理聚苯板边时需要更好更完善的设备,为了解决这类问题需要一种聚苯板修边装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种聚苯板修边装置。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种聚苯板修边装置,包括工作台,所述工作台上表面设有夹紧机构,所述夹紧机构两侧均设有一号滑道,每个所述一号滑道上均设有一号电动小车,每个所述一号电动小车上表面均设有安装板,所述安装板上表面共同连接有门型架,所述夹紧机构由设置在工作台上表面的放置台、加工在放置台上表面中心处的一号圆形凹槽、设置在一号圆形凹槽内且旋转端向上的一号旋转电机、设置在一号旋转电机旋转端且与一号圆形凹槽相匹配的托板、设置在托板上表面的压台、设置在放置台外侧表面上的两组二号圆形凹槽、设置在每个二号圆形凹槽内且伸缩端为水平方向的二号直线电机、设置在每个二号直线电机伸缩端上的调直板、设置在放置台上方的L形安装架、设置在L形安装架下表面且伸缩端向下的三号直线电机和设置在三号直线电机伸缩端上的压板共同构成的,所述工作台一侧表面上设有控制器,所述控制器一侧设有市电接口,所述控制器电源接线端通过导线与市电接口相连接,所述控制器输入端通过导线分别与一号电动小车、一号旋转电机、二号直线电机和三号直线电机相连接。
所述门型架横梁下表面设有二号滑道,所述二号滑道内设有二号电动小车,所述二号电动小车下表面设有安装块,所述安装块下表面嵌装有伸缩端向下的电动推杆,所述电动推杆伸缩端设有顶板,所述顶板下表面设有安装盒,所述安装盒内设有旋转端为水平方向的二号旋转电机,所述二号旋转电机旋转端与设置在安装盒一侧的切刀固定连接,所述控制器输入端分别与二号电动小车和电动推杆相连接。
所述控制器的型号为MAM-200。
所述压台和压板上均设有弹性保护层。
所述每个调直板一侧表面上均设有防划层。
所述二号电动小车上设有红外线发射器,所述控制器输入端通过导线与红外线发射器相连接。
所述工作台上设有与之相匹配的绝缘保护层。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的一种聚苯板修边装置,本装置操作简单,维护成本低,成堆的进行聚苯板边处理,修理量大,减少时间,出现偏差几率降低,提高了工作效率,使用方便,新颖性强。

下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1-5所示,一种聚苯板修边装置,包括工作台1,所述工作台1上表面设有夹紧机构,所述夹紧机构两侧均设有一号滑道2,每个所述一号滑道2上均设有一号电动小车3,每个所述一号电动小车3上表面均设有安装板4,所述安装板4上表面共同连接有门型架5,所述夹紧机构由设置在工作台1上表面的放置台6、加工在放置台6上表面中心处的一号圆形凹槽7、设置在一号圆形凹槽7内且旋转端向上的一号旋转电机8、设置在一号旋转电机8旋转端且与一号圆形凹槽7相匹配的托板9、设置在托板9上表面的压台10、设置在放置台6外侧表面上的两组二号圆形凹槽11、设置在每个二号圆形凹槽11内且伸缩端为水平方向的二号直线电机12、设置在每个二号直线电机12伸缩端上的调直板13、设置在放置台6上方的L形安装架14、设置在L形安装架14下表面且伸缩端向下的三号直线电机15和设置在三号直线电机15伸缩端上的压板16共同构成的,所述工作台1一侧表面上设有控制器17,所述控制器17一侧设有市电接口18,所述控制器17电源接线端通过导线与市电接口18相连接,所述控制器17输入端通过导线分别与一号电动小车3、一号旋转电机8、二号直线电机12和三号直线电机15相连接;所述门型架5横梁下表面设有二号滑道19,所述二号滑道19内设有二号电动小车20,所述二号电动小车20下表面设有安装块21,所述安装块21下表面嵌装有伸缩端向下的电动推杆22,所述电动推杆22伸缩端设有顶板23,所述顶板23下表面设有安装盒24,所述安装盒24内设有旋转端为水平方向的二号旋转电机25,所述二号旋转电机25旋转端与设置在安装盒24一侧的切刀26固定连接,所述控制器17输入端分别与二号电动小车20和电动推杆22相连接;所述控制器17的型号为MAM-200;所述压台10和压板16上均设有弹性保护层29;所述每个调直板13一侧表面上均设有防划层27;所述二号电动小车20上设有红外线发射器28,所述控制器17输入端通过导线与红外线发射器28相连接;所述工作台1上设有与之相匹配的绝缘保护层30。
本实施方案的特点为,工作台上表面设有夹紧机构,夹紧机构两侧均设有一号滑道,每个一号滑道上均设有一号电动小车,每个一号电动小车上表面均设有安装板,安装板上表面共同连接有门型架,夹紧机构由设置在工作台上表面的放置台、加工在放置台上表面中心处的一号圆形凹槽、设置在一号圆形凹槽内且旋转端向上的一号旋转电机、设置在一号旋转电机旋转端且与一号圆形凹槽相匹配的托板、设置在托板上表面的压台、设置在放置台外侧表面上的两组二号圆形凹槽、设置在每个二号圆形凹槽内且伸缩端为水平方向的二号直线电机、设置在每个二号直线电机伸缩端上的调直板、设置在放置台上方的L形安装架、设置在L形安装架下表面且伸缩端向下的三号直线电机和设置在三号直线电机伸缩端上的压板共同构成的,工作台一侧表面上设有控制器,控制器一侧设有市电接口,控制器电源接线端通过导线与市电接口相连接,控制器输入端通过导线分别与一号电动小车、一号旋转电机、二号直线电机和三号直线电机相连接,本装置操作简单,维护成本低,成堆的进行聚苯板边处理,修理量大,减少时间,出现偏差几率降低,提高了工作效率,使用方便,新颖性强。
在本实施方案中,通过接通电源,打开MAM-200控制器开关,装置启动,工作台上有一号滑道,在一号滑道上有一号电动小车,一号电动小车上有安装板,一号电动小车带动安装板来回移动,在安装板上有门型架,工作台上的放置台,在放置台上有一号圆形凹槽,一号圆形凹槽上有旋转端向上的一号旋转电机,一号旋转电机上有托板,托板上有压台,压台外侧表面有二号圆形凹槽,在二号圆形凹槽内有伸缩端为水平的二号直线电机,在二号直线电机上有调直板,在放置台上有L形安装架,L形安装架下有三号直线电机,三号直线电机伸缩端上的压板,起到夹紧的作用,在大量的生产聚苯板时会出现有毛边的聚苯板,人工修理费时费力,长时间的工作会出现工作疲劳,存在安全隐患,现有的聚苯板边修理装置,单体修理,修理时间长,本装置维护成本低,成堆的进行聚苯板边处理,修理量大,减少时间,出现偏差几率降低,提高了工作效率。

1.一种聚苯板修边装置,包括工作台(1),其特征在于,所述工作台(1)上表面设有夹紧机构,所述夹紧机构两侧均设有一号滑道(2),每个所述一号滑道(2)上均设有一号电动小车(3),每个所述一号电动小车(3)上表面均设有安装板(4),所述安装板(4)上表面共同连接有门型架(5),所述夹紧机构由设置在工作台(1)上表面的放置台(6)、加工在放置台(6)上表面中心处的一号圆形凹槽(7)、设置在一号圆形凹槽(7)内且旋转端向上的一号旋转电机(8)、设置在一号旋转电机(8)旋转端且与一号圆形凹槽(7)相匹配的托板(9)、设置在托板(9)上表面的压台(10)、设置在放置台(6)外侧表面上的两组二号圆形凹槽(11)、设置在每个二号圆形凹槽(11)内且伸缩端为水平方向的二号直线电机(12)、设置在每个二号直线电机(12)伸缩端上的调直板(13)、设置在放置台(6)上方的L形安装架(14)、设置在L形安装架(14)下表面且伸缩端向下的三号直线电机(15)和设置在三号直线电机(15)伸缩端上的压板(16)共同构成的,所述工作台(1)一侧表面上设有控制器(17),所述控制器(17)一侧设有市电接口(18),所述控制器(17)电源接线端通过导线与市电接口(18)相连接,所述控制器(17)输入端通过导线分别与一号电动小车(3)、一号旋转电机(8)、二号直线电机(12)和三号直线电机(15)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚苯板修边装置,其特征在于,所述门型架(5)横梁下表面设有二号滑道(19),所述二号滑道(19)内设有二号电动小车(20),所述二号电动小车(20)下表面设有安装块(21),所述安装块(21)下表面嵌装有伸缩端向下的电动推杆(22),所述电动推杆(22)伸缩端设有顶板(23),所述顶板(23)下表面设有安装盒(24),所述安装盒(24)内设有旋转端为水平方向的二号旋转电机(25),所述二号旋转电机(25)旋转端与设置在安装盒(24)一侧的切刀(26)固定连接,所述控制器(17)输入端分别与二号电动小车(20)和电动推杆(22)相连接。
