Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In order to solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mobile payment method, which can be applied to mobile terminals such as smart phones and tablet computers. Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of a mobile payment method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include at least the following steps S102 to S104.
Step S102, whether a preset event on the mobile terminal is triggered or not is monitored.
And step S104, when the preset event is triggered, calling up the payment function of the appointed payment client on the mobile terminal so as to carry out mobile quick payment by using the payment function.
The embodiment of the invention provides a mobile payment scheme, which is used for calling up the payment function of a specified payment client on a mobile terminal when a preset condition is met so as to carry out mobile quick payment by utilizing the payment function. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem that the payment function needs to be called out through a plurality of flow steps in the prior art, can save resources, improves the payment efficiency and is convenient for users to use.
The mobile payment method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be realized by one or more components in an operating system of the mobile terminal, and can also be realized by a third-party application program. The preset event in step S102 may be provided by default by the operating system or the third-party application program, or may be flexibly set by the user according to the requirement of the user, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, there may be one or more preset events, and the preset events are triggered, for example, a preset geographic location is reached, a preset time point is reached, a preset key is triggered, a preset motion state of the mobile terminal is met, and the like, which will be described in detail below.
The first mode is a mode according to geographical position information. In the method, the current geographical position information of the mobile terminal can be acquired in real time, the current geographical position information is matched with one or more preset geographical position information, and if the matching is successful, the preset event is determined to be triggered; if the matching is unsuccessful, the monitoring operation may continue. For example, if a user frequently shops at a merchant located down a company floor, the user may save the geographical location of the merchant, and when the user arrives at the merchant, the preset event may be considered to be triggered.
And the second mode is a mode according to whether the designated key is triggered or not. In this way, the triggering operation of the user for the designated key on the mobile terminal may be monitored, and when the triggering operation is monitored, it is determined that the preset event is triggered. Here, the designated key may be one key or a combination of a plurality of keys; the designated key may be a physical key or a virtual key.
And the third mode is a mode according to the motion state of the mobile terminal. In the method, a sensor carried on the mobile terminal can be used for detecting the motion state of the mobile terminal, the detected operation state is matched with the preset motion state, and if the matching is successful, the preset event is determined to be triggered; if the matching is unsuccessful, the monitoring operation may continue. Here, the angle state change of the mobile terminal may be sensed through a gyroscope on the mobile terminal, or the position state change of the mobile terminal may be sensed through an acceleration sensor on the mobile terminal, and then the operation state of the mobile terminal may be determined according to the angle state change or the position state change.
In the above description, whether the preset event on the mobile terminal is triggered is monitored by the first mode, the second mode or the third mode, and in practical application, whether the preset event on the mobile terminal is triggered can also be monitored by adopting a combined mode. For example, when monitoring whether a preset event on the mobile terminal is triggered, the current geographical position information of the mobile terminal may be obtained in real time, the current geographical position information is matched with one or more preset geographical position information, if the matching is successful, the triggering operation of a user for an appointed key on the mobile terminal is further monitored, and when the triggering operation is monitored, it is determined that the preset event is triggered. Thus, the effectiveness of the payment can be increased by a combination of the two ways. For example, if the user frequently purchases at a merchant located below the floor of the company, the user may save the geographical location of the merchant so that the user can match the geographical location of the merchant the next time he or she arrives at the merchant, thereby triggering a predetermined event. However, in real life, when the user arrives at the merchant next time, shopping may not be needed, and at this time, the triggering operation of the user for the specified key on the mobile terminal may be further monitored, and when the triggering operation is monitored, it is determined that the preset event is triggered. For example, when the triggering of the user for the designated key "volume key" is monitored, it is determined that the preset event is triggered. In practical application, the first mode, the second mode or the third mode may be combined arbitrarily according to a requirement scenario of a user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In step S104, when it is detected that the preset event is triggered, the payment function of the specified payment client on the mobile terminal may be invoked directly. The designated payment client can be a payment application client carried by an operating system or a payment application client developed by a third party. When the payment function of the appointed payment client on the mobile terminal is called up, the payment function can be called up by simulating the operation flow of the user, and the payment function can also be directly obtained according to the identification of the payment function and called up.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, whether the mobile terminal is in the screen-locking state or not is different from the execution manner of step S104, and details of the mobile terminal being in the screen-locking state and the mobile terminal being in the unlocking state are described below.
In the first case, when the mobile terminal is in the screen locking state, step S104 invokes a payment function of a specified payment client on the mobile terminal, and the embodiment of the present invention provides an optional scheme, that is, an unlocking parameter that is preset and stored may be obtained, and the mobile terminal is unlocked by using the unlocking parameter; and after the unlocking is completed, invoking a payment function of the specified payment client on the mobile terminal. The unlocking parameter can be an unlocking parameter specially set by a user for invoking the payment function, and can be different from the unlocking parameter used for unlocking after normal screen locking, so that the payment safety can be improved. Of course, the unlocking parameter may also be an unlocking parameter used for unlocking after normal screen locking, which is not limited in the present invention.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the payment function may be a payment two-dimensional code, or may be a scanner for scanning a two-dimensional code. The payment two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code which has a binding relation with a user payment account, and after the mobile terminal of the user provides the payment two-dimensional code, a merchant is networked to a server of a payment company to deduct money by scanning the payment two-dimensional code. And under the condition of a network, the payment two-dimensional code data and the background payment server are synchronously updated every minute in real time. Under the condition of no network, the mobile terminal can locally generate the two-dimensional code related to the user payment account, and when the region position of the mobile terminal for swiping the payment two-dimensional code changes suddenly or the two-dimensional code is swiped at high frequency and the like is abnormal, networking is needed for verifying again. The scanner for scanning the two-dimensional code can scan the two-dimensional code of the merchant for current payment and is networked to the payment company to pay for the merchant account bound by the two-dimensional code.
When the payment function is the payment two-dimensional code, after the payment function of the appointed payment client on the mobile terminal is called, the page where the payment two-dimensional code is located can be set as a screen locking interface, and the screen of the mobile terminal is locked, wherein the screen locking interface is an interface displayed when the mobile terminal is in a screen lightening state. Therefore, when the payment function is used for mobile and quick payment, the payment two-dimensional code is presented when the mobile terminal is in a screen-locking state and is in a screen-lightening state, and then the mobile and quick payment is carried out by using the payment two-dimensional code. Optionally, when the payment function is the payment two-dimensional code, after the payment function of the specified payment client on the mobile terminal is invoked, the payment two-dimensional code may be displayed in a notification interface, for example, the payment two-dimensional code may be implemented by using a widget tool.
When the payment function is a scanner for scanning the two-dimensional code, step S104 invokes a payment function of an appointed payment client on the mobile terminal to perform mobile fast payment by using the payment function.
In case two, when the mobile terminal is in the unlocked state, step S104 invokes the payment function of the specified payment client on the mobile terminal, which is an optional scheme provided in the embodiment of the present invention, that is, invokes the payment function of the specified payment client on the mobile terminal, and provides an entry triggering the payment function in a specified form.
When the payment function is a payment two-dimensional code, the payment two-dimensional code may be provided in the form of a notification page in the notification bar. Therefore, when the operation that the user triggers the reading notification page is received, the payment two-dimensional code is presented, and then mobile quick payment is carried out by utilizing the payment two-dimensional code. Optionally, if the mobile terminal is currently running an application, the application and the payment two-dimensional code may also be displayed in a split screen manner, for example, a screen of the mobile terminal is virtually split into an upper window and a lower window, one window displays the running content of the application, and the other window displays the payment two-dimensional code, so that the user is not disturbed to use the application.
When the payment function is a scanner for scanning a two-dimensional code, a call-up entry of the scanner may be provided in the form of a notification page in the notification bar. In this way, when the operation of triggering the notification page by the user is received, the starting entry is presented, the triggering operation of the user for the starting entry is received, the scanner is started, the scanner is used for scanning and acquiring the two-dimensional code for current payment, and then the two-dimensional code for current payment is used for mobile quick payment.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, after the mobile fast payment is completed by using the payment function in step S104, the payment function may be exited according to an operation of the user, so as to ensure the security of the payment and avoid a malicious payment operation.
In the above, various implementation manners of each link of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 are introduced, and the implementation process of the mobile payment method of the present invention is described in detail by two specific embodiments. Fig. 2 shows a flow diagram of a mobile payment method according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include at least the following steps S202 to S208.
Step S202, when the mobile terminal is in the screen locking state, the current geographic position information of the mobile terminal is obtained in real time.
In this step, the current geographical location information of the mobile terminal may be obtained by using technologies such as GPS (Global Positioning System) wireless communication, base station Positioning, inertial navigation Positioning, and the like.
And step S204, matching the current geographical position information with one or more preset geographical position information, if the matching is successful, further detecting the motion state of the mobile terminal by using a sensor carried on the mobile terminal, matching the detected running state with the preset motion state, and if the matching is successful, determining that a preset event is triggered.
And step S206, when the preset event is triggered, acquiring preset and stored unlocking parameters, and unlocking the mobile terminal by using the unlocking parameters.
And step S208, after the unlocking is completed, invoking a payment function of the appointed payment client on the mobile terminal so as to carry out mobile quick payment by utilizing the payment function.
In this step, the specified payment client may be a payment application client of the operating system itself, or a payment application client developed by a third party. When the payment function of the appointed payment client on the mobile terminal is called up, the payment function can be called up by simulating the operation flow of the user, and the payment function can also be directly obtained according to the identification of the payment function and called up. In addition, the payment function may be a payment two-dimensional code, or may be a scanner for scanning a two-dimensional code.
When the payment function is a scanner for scanning the two-dimension code, the scanner of the appointed payment client on the mobile terminal can be called up, the scanner is used for scanning to obtain the two-dimension code for current payment, and then the two-dimension code for current payment is used for mobile quick payment.
Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of a mobile payment method according to a further embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include at least the following steps S302 to S306.
Step S302, when the mobile terminal is in an unlocking state, monitoring the triggering operation of a user for a specified key on the mobile terminal, and when the triggering operation is monitored, determining that a preset event is triggered.
In this step, the designated key may be one key or a combination of keys; the designated key may be a physical key or a virtual key.
Step S304, when the preset event is triggered, the payment function of the appointed payment client on the mobile terminal is called up, and an entrance for triggering the payment function is provided in an appointed form.
And step S306, when the triggering operation of the entrance of the payment function is received, the payment function is utilized to carry out mobile shortcut payment.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, all the above-mentioned optional embodiments may be combined in a combined manner at will to form an optional embodiment of the present invention, and details are not described here any more.
Based on the mobile payment method provided by each embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a mobile payment device based on the same inventive concept.
