In order to better understand the payment method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, a terminal suitable for the embodiment of the present invention is described first. The terminal described in the embodiment of the present invention may include any device having a display screen, a camera module, a storage function, and a payment function, for example: the intelligent equipment such as panel computer, cell-phone, this terminal can install including following operating system: the terminal may further have a plurality of application programs installed based on an installed operating system, where the application program may be a system application preinstalled before the terminal leaves a factory, such as a setting application, a music application, a photographing application, and the like, or may be a third-party application installed by the user, such as a wechat application, a pay application, and the like, and the specific details are not limited herein.
For convenience of understanding, a specific flow in the embodiment of the present invention is described below, and referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a payment method in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
101. acquiring a reflection image in eyeballs of a user;
in this embodiment, the terminal may be provided with a camera, such as a front camera, and the front camera captures an eye image of the user, so that a reflection image of eyeballs of the user can be obtained in real time from the eye image.
Specifically, the human eyeball has a mirror-like effect, and when two persons look opposite to each other, the head image of the person can be seen in the eyeball of the other person through the reflected light. Similarly, when a user watches the display screens of the mobile phones, the tablet and other terminals, the images of the display screens of the terminals are also reflected by the eyeballs of the user, and based on the principle, the embodiment can realize corresponding control over the terminals by acquiring the reflected images in the eyeballs of the user.
In this embodiment, the method for obtaining the reflection image in the eyeball of the user may refer to the prior art, and details are not described here.
102. Judging whether the user needs to carry out payment operation or not according to the reflection image, if so, executing a step 103, and if not, executing a step 104;
in this embodiment, after the reflection image in the eyeball of the user is acquired, whether the user needs to perform the payment operation can be determined according to the reflection image.
Specifically, since the reflection image is the scene content seen by the user, the scene content seen by the user can be analyzed through the reflection image to determine whether the user needs to perform a payment operation. For example, if the user is found to be at a cash register of a shopping mall by analyzing the scene content reflected by the reflection image, it can be determined that the user needs to perform a payment operation.
It can be understood that, in addition to the above-mentioned contents, in the present embodiment, the method for determining whether the user needs to perform the payment operation according to the reflection image may also be implemented in other manners in practical applications, as long as it is estimated whether the user needs to perform the payment operation, and the specific details are not limited herein.
103. Starting a preset payment application of the terminal, and displaying a payment interface corresponding to the preset payment application in a current display interface of the terminal;
in this embodiment, if it is determined that the user needs to perform a payment operation according to the reflection image, the preset payment application of the terminal may be started, and a payment interface corresponding to the preset payment application is displayed in the current display interface of the terminal.
Specifically, in order to realize convenient payment of a user, and reduce tedious operations such as unlocking the terminal, starting the payment application, entering a payment interface, and the like, if it is determined that the user needs to perform payment operation, the preset payment application of the terminal can be directly started, and the payment interface corresponding to the preset payment application is directly displayed in the current interface. The displaying of the payment interface corresponding to the preset payment application in the current interface may include switching from the current interface to the payment interface corresponding to the preset payment application, or the payment interface corresponding to the preset payment application may suspend on the current interface, so that when the payment is completed or the payment is quitted, the payment interface can return to the current interface in time, the tedious operation that the user needs to use the current interface but needs to re-enter the current interface after the payment is completed or the payment is quitted is avoided, and the improvement of the operation experience of the user is facilitated.
In practical application, a plurality of payment applications, such as WeChat applications and Paibao applications, may be installed in the terminal, and the user may set any one or more of the payment applications as a preset payment application, and when the preset payment applications are multiple, the terminal may start the corresponding preset payment application in a preset manner, for example, start each preset payment application that is set in turn.
It can be understood that the payment interface in this embodiment may be an interface for scanning the payment two-dimensional code, and may also be an interface for displaying the two-dimensional code for payment, which is not limited herein.
104. And ending the flow.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the user does not need to perform the payment operation based on the reflection image, the process may be terminated without performing other operations. It can be understood that, in practical application, the terminal may still determine whether the user needs to perform the payment operation according to the acquired emission image, so as to perform a corresponding response when the user needs to perform the payment operation, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment, whether the user needs to perform the payment operation or not is estimated according to the acquired reflection image in the eyeball of the user, when the user is determined to possibly perform the payment operation, the preset payment application of the terminal is started, and the payment interface corresponding to the preset payment application is displayed, so that the user can directly perform the payment operation without performing a series of complicated operations for payment, the payment steps are simplified, and the payment experience of the user is improved.
It can be understood that the front camera of the terminal, for example, may be selected to be turned on all the time, but this will consume the power of the terminal all the time, and shorten the endurance time of the terminal. Therefore, to reduce power consumption, a choice may be made in the payment scenario, such as turning on a front camera, as described in detail below:
referring to fig. 2, another embodiment of the payment method in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
201. detecting whether the current scene of the terminal is a payment scene, if so, executing step 202, otherwise, executing step 205;
in this embodiment, before the camera of the terminal is turned on to determine whether payment is needed, whether the current scene where the terminal is located is a payment scene may be detected.
In this embodiment, a specific manner for detecting whether the current scene where the terminal is located is a payment scene may be as follows:
acquiring current position information of a user, and detecting whether the current position information of the user is a preset position; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the method comprises the steps of obtaining image information of a current scene of a user, and detecting whether a preset image exists in the image information.
Specifically, the terminal may be installed with a Global Positioning System (GPS), and the GPS may determine current location information of the user, compare the current location information with a map obtained from a local location or a server, and determine an attribute type of the current location of the user, such as one of a mall, a residential building, an office building, and the like, so as to detect whether the current location information of the user is a preset location, where the preset location may be a location where the user may need to perform a payment operation, such as a mall, a vegetable market, a restaurant, and the like. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when detecting whether the current location of the user is the preset location, in addition to the above-described manner, in practical application, other manners may also be used, for example, after obtaining the current location information of the user, it may be detected whether a geographic location name indicated by the current location information includes a preset keyword, such as a keyword of a shopping mall, and if so, it may be determined that the current location information of the user is the preset location, and a specific location is not limited herein.
Or, with the enhancement of security awareness and the increasing of the coverage area of the monitoring range, more and more monitoring devices are installed in the public area, and these monitoring devices installed in the public area can report the monitored video information to the server so as to perform uniform security management by the server, so that the terminal can extract the image information of the current scene of the user from the video information collected by the server, and thus can detect whether a preset image exists in the image information, where the preset image may be an image indicating that the user may need to perform payment operation, such as a mall logo, and if the preset image exists in the image information, it can be determined that the current scene where the terminal is located is a payment scene. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in addition to acquiring the image information of the current scene of the user from the server by the above method, in practical applications, other methods may also be adopted, for example, the image information of the current scene of the user may be extracted in real time by using the current position information acquired by the GPS, and the specific application is not limited herein.
Further, in this embodiment, when acquiring the image information of the current scene of the user, for example, a rear camera of the terminal may be turned on, so as to scan the image of the current scene of the user through the rear camera and generate the image information.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, a specific manner of detecting whether the current scene where the terminal is located is the payment scene is described only in the above examples, and in practical applications, other manners may also be adopted as long as whether the current scene is the payment scene can be detected, and the specific manner is not limited here.
Step 202 in this embodiment is the same as step 101 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described here again.
203. Judging whether the user needs to carry out payment operation according to the reflection image, if so, executing step 204, otherwise, executing step 205:
in this embodiment, after the reflection image in the eyeball of the user is acquired, whether the user needs to perform the payment operation can be determined according to the reflection image.
In this embodiment, the specific manner of determining whether the user needs to perform the payment operation according to the reflection image may be:
judging whether the reflection image has a payment two-dimensional code image or not according to the reflection image; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
judging whether the reflection image has a code scanner image or not according to the reflection image; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and judging whether the reflected image has a login interface image of the payment application or not according to the reflected image.
Specifically, after the emission image is obtained, specific analysis and judgment can be made based on the corresponding scene content in the reflection image. Generally, when a user uses a terminal to pay for non-online shopping, the user needs to scan a payment two-dimensional code, when the user performs active scanning, a merchant needs to provide the payment two-dimensional code, meanwhile, when the user does not log in a payment application for payment, the user needs to log in the payment application at the terminal, a display screen of the terminal displays a login interface of the payment application, when the user performs passive scanning, only the user needs to provide the two-dimensional code for payment, and the merchant provides a code scanner for scanning the two-dimensional code provided by the user for payment, so that when a payment two-dimensional code image, a code scanner image or a login interface image for payment exists in a reflected image, the user may need to perform payment operation.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, only the above examples have described the method for determining whether the user needs to perform the payment operation according to the reflection image, and in practical applications, other manners may also be adopted, for example, the terminal may collect voice information of the user and analyze whether voice content related to the payment appears in the voice information, and if the voice content exists, it may be determined that the user needs to perform the payment operation, and the specific examples are not limited herein.
Step 204 in this embodiment is the same as step 103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described here again.
It is understood that the payment application in step 203 may be consistent with the preset payment application in step 204, or the payment application in step 203 may include the preset payment application, that is, a plurality of payment applications for payment (the payment applications mentioned in step 203) may be installed on the terminal, but one or more payment applications among the plurality of payment applications for payment may be selected as the preset payment application, which may be specifically set according to an actual situation, and is not limited herein.
205. And ending the flow.
In this embodiment, if the current scene where the detection terminal is located is not the payment scene, it means that the user may not perform the payment operation currently, and the process may be ended without performing the operation. It can be understood that, in practical application, when a scene where the terminal is located changes, whether the scene where the terminal is located is a payment scene may still be determined, so that when a user needs to perform a payment operation in the payment scene, a corresponding response may be performed, and the specific application is not limited herein.
Further, after the preset payment application of the terminal is started and the payment interface corresponding to the preset payment application is displayed in the current display interface of the terminal, the user can be assisted to complete the safe payment operation through the authentication, which is specifically described below:
301. detecting whether the current scene where the terminal is located is a payment scene, if so, executing step 302, otherwise, executing step 307;
steps 301 to 302 in this embodiment are the same as steps 201 to 202 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described again here.
303. Judging whether the user needs to perform payment operation according to the reflection image, if so, executing step 304, otherwise, executing step 307:

304. Starting a preset payment application of the terminal, acquiring iris information of a user by using a first camera of the terminal, and scanning a payment two-dimensional code by using a second camera of the terminal;
in this embodiment, if it is determined that the user needs to perform a payment operation according to the reflection image, the preset payment application of the terminal may be started, the first camera of the terminal is used to obtain iris information of the user, and the second camera of the terminal is used to scan the payment two-dimensional code. In this embodiment, the payment interface of the preset payment application is an interface for scanning the payment two-dimensional code.
Specifically, in order to be favorable for carrying out authentication and completing payment operation on the user, the terminal can be provided with a first camera and a second camera, preferably, the first camera can be a front camera of the terminal, and the second camera can be a rear camera of the terminal, so that the user does not need to turn over the terminal, and corresponding operation can be realized.
Further, in this embodiment, if the payment interface of the preset payment application is not an interface for scanning the payment two-dimensional code, the terminal may be provided with a first display screen and a second display screen which are opposite in orientation, wherein if the first display screen is located on the front side of the terminal, the second display screen is located on the back side of the terminal, then the first camera may be located on the front side, and the first camera is utilized to acquire iris information of the user for verification, and the second display screen displays the two-dimensional code interface for payment, so that under the condition that the terminal is not turned over, remote payment operation can be achieved through the vertical terminal.
305. Judging whether the iris information is preset iris information, if so, executing a step 306, and if not, executing a step 307;
in this embodiment, after the first camera of the terminal is used to obtain the iris information of the user, it may be determined whether the iris information is the preset iris information.
Specifically, when the iris information of the user is detected, the iris information can be compared with a pre-stored iris information base, when the obtained iris information of the user is detected to be matched with the preset iris information in the pre-stored iris information base, the fact that the user passes the authentication can be determined, and safe payment can be conducted, otherwise, the fact that the user fails the authentication means that the terminal is stolen and malicious consumption is possibly conducted.
It can be understood that the number of the users authorized to use the terminal for payment operation may be multiple, and if one family can use the same terminal, the preset iris information may also be iris information of multiple persons, and the user may perform corresponding settings according to actual situations, which is not limited herein.
306. Completing payment on the payment two-dimensional code in response to the payment operation of the user on the payment interface;
in this embodiment, if the iris information is determined to be the preset iris information, the payment operation of the user on the payment interface may be responded to complete payment on the payment two-dimensional code.
Specifically, if the obtained iris information of the user is preset iris information, it means that the user passes the authentication, and after the second camera of the terminal scans the payment two-dimensional code, when the user performs payment by clicking a preset position on a payment interface, the terminal may respond to the clicked payment operation to complete payment on the payment two-dimensional code, so as to indicate that the transaction of the user is successful.
Further, in this embodiment, after the iris information of the user is successfully verified, the user may be further prompted to input a payment password for double verification, and when the user inputs the payment password at the terminal for payment, if the payment password is verified to pass, the terminal may respond to the payment operation of the input payment password to complete payment on the two-dimensional payment code.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the iris information is not the preset iris information, it is indicated that the authentication of the user fails, and there may be a payment risk, and then the payment operation of the user on the payment interface may be responded to prevent the user from completing the payment of the payment two-dimensional code, that is, the process is ended.
Further, when the iris information is not the preset iris information, prompt information can be output to prompt that the user fails in identity verification, so that the user can perform identity verification or complete payment through other ways, and the possibility that the user cannot complete safe payment due to reasons such as terminal failure under special conditions can be realized.
Furthermore, when the iris information is not the preset iris information, the terminal can be locked to prevent the possibility of malicious consumption of the terminal, and the terminal can be unlocked and normally used only when the terminal is successfully authenticated again in another mode.
