Abstract
本发明提供了一种换热效率高、成本低的换热器,它包括多层设置的基管和每层基管之间的翅片,所述基管为扁管,所述扁管设置为具有2个或2个以上的通孔。本发明所采用的扁管为铝扁管,且所述铝扁管为多孔设置,增加了换热面积和换热量;同时,优化过的翅片尺寸能增加换热效率和性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种换热器,特别涉及一种微通道换热器。
背景技术
微通道换热器通常用于空调系统的换热器中,包括基管和翅片。
工质经由进口管进入基管换热后在流出,通常换热器包括两组或多组以上的基管和翅片的组合。提供换热效率高是微通道换热器的目标。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供换热效率高、成本低的换热器,为此,本发明可以采用以下技术方案:
它包括多层设置的基管和每层基管之间的翅片,所述基管为扁管,所述扁管设置为具有2个或2个以上的通孔。
在采用了以上技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以采用以下进一步方案:
进一步的,所述扁管设有4个通孔。
进一步的,所述扁管为铝扁管,所述通孔皆为方形。
进一步的,所述翅片为波浪形的翅片,其每个波浪的顶点和谷点都与扁管固定。
更进一步的,所述翅片的两个顶点之间的距离为翅片顶点和谷点之间的距离的1/3-1/2。
优选的,所述翅片的两个顶点之间的距离为翅片顶点和谷点之间的距离的2/5。
进一步的,所述翅片通过钎焊连接。
由于采用了本发明的技术方案,本发明所采用的扁管为铝扁管,且所述铝扁管为多孔设置,增加了换热面积和换热量;同时,优化过的翅片尺寸能增加换热效率和性能。

本发明包括多层设置的基管1和每层基管之间的翅片2。
实施例:所述基管为扁管,所述扁管设置为具有2个或2个以上的通孔3。
优选的,所述扁管设有4个通孔3。通孔3的数量根据扁管的尺寸而定,一般而言,家用空调或者汽车空调用换热器可选用4个通孔,4个通孔的设计既达到了换热要求,也达到了最佳的换热效率。
进一步的,所述扁管为铝扁管,铝材质的导热性能极佳,保证了换热性能。所述通孔皆为方形,增加了最多的换热面积以达到最大的换热效率。
进一步的,所述翅片为波浪形的翅片,其每个波浪的顶点和谷点都与扁管固定。进一步的,所述翅片通过钎焊连接。钎焊时母材不熔化,保持了母材的性能,同时也保证了翅片和扁管的牢固性。
更进一步的,所述翅片的两个顶点之间的距离为翅片2顶点5和谷点6之间的距离的1/3-1/2。
优选的,所述翅片的两个顶点之间的距离为翅片顶5点和谷点6之间的距离的2/5,为最佳的换热率。
需要指出的是,本发明的实施例仅仅是对本发明方案的说明而非对本发明所描述的技术方案的限制,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,对本发明进行的修改、变化、等同替换都属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种换热器,其特征在于所述换热器包括多层设置的基管和每层基管之间的翅片,所述基管为扁管,所述扁管设置为具有2个或2个以上的通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种换热器,其特征在于所述扁管设有4个通孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种换热器,其特征在于所述扁管为铝扁管,所述通孔皆为方形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种换热器,其特征在于所述翅片为波浪形,其每个波浪的顶点和谷点都与扁管固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种换热器,其特征在于所述翅片的两个顶点之间的距离为翅片顶点和谷点之间的距离的1/3-1/2。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种换热器,其特征在于所述翅片的两个顶点之间的距离为翅片顶点和谷点之间的距离的2/5。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种换热器,其特征在于所述翅片通过钎焊连接。
