Abstract
本发明公开了一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵,包括吸入段、吐出段、中段、导叶、末级导叶、导流板、密封环、穿杠螺母、穿杠螺栓、驱动端机械密封、非驱动端机械密封、托架、节流衬套、第一喉部衬套、第二喉部衬套、导叶衬套、末级叶轮、非驱动端轴承体、回液管、泵轴、驱动端轴承体、冷水腔、泵壳、平衡套、密封圈、第二凹槽、第一凹槽;本发明的第二喉部衬套外侧有凸起,节流衬套设有限流孔,使得叶轮产生的轴向力传递到泵轴上,节流衬套可防止非驱动端机械密封腔中的密封液大量地流向压力偏低的泵腔,起到节流作用,也有利于密封腔自身压力的稳定维持,广泛用于工业流程中小流量输送、造纸厂高压冲洗、石油化工流程中小流量增压等。

技术领域
本发明涉及离心泵技术领域,具体地说,特别涉及一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵。
背景技术
离心泵是流动介质从叶片转轴根部进入,介质依靠高速转动叶片获得离心力,产生一个高压,从泄压口流出的介质输送设备,多级离心泵是将具有同样功能的两个以上的泵集合在一起,流体通道结构上,表现在第一级的介质泄压口与第二级的进口相通,第二级的介质泄压口与第三级的进口相通,如此串联的机构形成了多级离心泵。多级离心泵,采用了国家推荐使用的高效节能水力模型,具有高效节能、性能范围广、运行安全平稳、低噪音、长寿命、安装维修方便等优点;通过改变泵的材质、密封形式和增加冷却系统,可输送热水、油类、腐蚀性和含磨料的介质等。多级离心泵的意义在于提高扬程,目前工业上广泛使用多级离心泵,但无法满足工业流程中小流量输送、造纸厂高压冲洗、石油化工流程中小流量增压的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵,其结构紧凑,安全可靠。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵,驱动端轴承体通过轴套与泵轴连接,驱动端轴承体设有冷水腔,驱动端机械密封设于驱动端轴承体右侧,第一喉部衬套设于驱动端机械密封右侧,第一喉部衬套为圆柱形筒状,第一喉部衬套内侧与泵轴连接,外侧与托架连接,托架与入口段左侧相连,导流板一侧与入口段右侧相连,另一侧与泵体密封环相连,泵体内设有若干导流机构,导流机构包括叶轮、导叶、中段,导叶、叶轮位于中段内侧,叶轮通过键与泵轴固定连接,导叶通过导叶衬套与泵轴连接,吐出段位于末级导叶右侧,平衡机构包括平衡套、第二喉部衬套、密封圈,所述第二喉部衬套为圆环状,左侧设有第一凹槽,叶轮设有凸起块,凸起块内嵌于第一凹槽中,第二喉部衬套右侧设有第二凹槽,密封圈嵌于第二凹槽中,第二喉部衬套内有中心孔,套接于泵轴上,所述平衡套为筒状,外侧有凸起,与泵壳固定连接,平衡套内侧设有若干凹槽,平衡套内侧与第二喉部衬套外侧之间存在可活动空间,非驱动端机械密封左端设有节流衬套,节流衬套为圆柱形筒状结构,节流衬套内侧与泵轴连接,节流衬套上设有限流孔,非驱动端轴承体位于非驱动端机械密封右侧、泵轴末端,非驱动端轴承体内设有冷水腔,穿杠螺栓一端通过穿杠螺母固定吸入段,另一端通过穿杠螺母固定在吐出段,回液管一端与吸入段相连,另一端与非驱动端机械密封相连。
所述驱动端轴承体、非驱动端轴承体为自润滑设计,润滑剂为稀油。
所述驱动端轴承体、非驱动端轴承体分别设有圆柱滚子轴承。
所述叶轮、导叶为精密铸造成型。
所述吸入段、吐出段及中段为锻造机械加工成型。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本发明的第二喉部衬套采用了螺旋槽设计,并且节流衬套设有限流孔,使得叶轮产生的轴向力传递到泵轴上,节流衬套可防止非驱动端机械密封腔中的密封液大量地流向压力偏低的泵腔,起到节流作用,也有利于密封腔自身压力的稳定维持;叶轮、导叶为精密铸造成型,吸入段、吐出段及中段为锻造机械加工成型,水力摩擦损失低,承压性能优异,泵效率高,机械密封为API682标准尺寸,可安装各种形式的机械密封,轴承体为稀油自润滑结构,能有效的冷却轴承运转中产生的热量,提高轴承使用寿命及安全性。

如图所示,一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵,驱动端轴承体通过轴套与泵轴连接,驱动端轴承体设有冷水腔,驱动端机械密封设于驱动端轴承体右侧,第一喉部衬套设于驱动端机械密封右侧,第一喉部衬套为圆柱形筒状,第一喉部衬套内侧与泵轴连接,外侧与托架连接,托架与入口段左侧相连,导流板一侧与入口段右侧相连,另一侧与泵体密封环相连,泵体内设有若干导流机构,导流机构包括叶轮、导叶、中段,导叶、叶轮位于中段内侧,叶轮通过键与泵轴固定连接,导叶通过导叶衬套与泵轴连接,吐出段位于末级导叶右侧,平衡机构包括平衡套、第二喉部衬套、密封圈,所述第二喉部衬套为圆环状,左侧设有第一凹槽,叶轮设有凸起块,凸起块内嵌于第一凹槽中,第二喉部衬套右侧设有第二凹槽,密封圈嵌于第二凹槽中,第二喉部衬套内有中心孔,套接于泵轴上,所述平衡套为筒状,外侧有凸起,与泵壳固定连接,平衡套内侧设有若干凹槽,平衡套内侧与第二喉部衬套外侧之间存在可活动空间,非驱动端机械密封左端设有节流衬套,节流衬套为圆柱形筒状结构,节流衬套内侧与泵轴连接,节流衬套上设有限流孔,非驱动端轴承体位于非驱动端机械密封右侧、泵轴末端,非驱动端轴承体内设有冷水腔,穿杠螺栓一端通过穿杠螺母固定吸入段,另一端通过穿杠螺母固定在吐出段,回液管一端与吸入段相连,另一端与非驱动端机械密封相连。

1.一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵,其特征在于,驱动端轴承体通过轴套与泵轴连接,驱动端轴承体设有冷水腔,驱动端机械密封设于驱动端轴承体右侧,第一喉部衬套设于驱动端机械密封右侧,第一喉部衬套为圆柱形筒状,第一喉部衬套内侧与泵轴连接,外侧与托架连接,托架与入口段左侧相连,导流板一侧与入口段右侧相连,另一侧与泵体密封环相连,泵体内设有若干导流机构,导流机构包括叶轮、导叶、中段,导叶、叶轮位于中段内侧,叶轮通过键与泵轴固定连接,导叶通过导叶衬套与泵轴连接,吐出段位于末级导叶右侧,平衡机构包括平衡套、第二喉部衬套、密封圈,所述第二喉部衬套为圆环状,左侧设有第一凹槽,叶轮设有凸起块,凸起块内嵌于第一凹槽中,第二喉部衬套右侧设有第二凹槽,密封圈嵌于第二凹槽中,第二喉部衬套内有中心孔,套接于泵轴上,所述平衡套为筒状,外侧有凸起,与泵壳固定连接,平衡套内侧设有若干凹槽,平衡套内侧与第二喉部衬套外侧之间存在可活动空间,非驱动端机械密封左端设有节流衬套,节流衬套为圆柱形筒状结构,节流衬套内侧与泵轴连接,节流衬套上设有限流孔,非驱动端轴承体位于非驱动端机械密封右侧、泵轴末端,非驱动端轴承体内设有冷水腔,穿杠螺栓一端通过穿杠螺母固定吸入段,另一端通过穿杠螺母固定在吐出段,回液管一端与吸入段相连,另一端与非驱动端机械密封相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵,其特征在于,所述驱动端轴承体、非驱动端轴承体为自润滑设计,润滑剂为稀油。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵,其特征在于,所述驱动端轴承体、非驱动端轴承体分别设有圆柱滚子轴承。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵,其特征在于,所述叶轮、导叶为精密铸造成型。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种小流量高扬程多级离心泵,其特征在于,所述吸入段、吐出段及中段为锻造机械加工成型。
