本发明一种斜盘及采用了该斜盘的轴向柱塞泵/马达,属于柱塞泵/马达技术领域。
背景技术
轴向柱塞泵及轴向柱塞马达为液压传动的重要装置,以往的结构呈缸体转动、斜盘固定、盘配流的形式,存在如下不足。
1、高速旋转的缸体会产生吸油阻力,致使柱塞泵自吸能力差,这也是限制油泵或马达转速提高的一个重要原因。
2、缸体结构复杂,制造精度要求高、难度大、成本高。
3、使用中,缸体柱塞孔中的铜合金衬套会在油压及柱塞的作用下易被拉出,俗称“拔套”,缸体端面配流铜合金层易磨损拉伤,磨损后修复难度偏大,因此对油质的要求很严格。
4、结构复杂,零件加工难度及形位公差要求很高,限制了其应用场所。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术存在的不足,所要解决的技术问题为提供一种变量式斜盘及采用了该斜盘的轴向柱塞泵/马达,结构紧凑、加工简单,维护容易,寿命长。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种斜盘,包括斜盘下部、斜盘上部、弹簧导柱和斜盘弹簧;
所述斜盘下部为具有一个阶梯的圆柱,其中心开有通孔,在其大径端端面中部设置有一底面为弧面的弧面凹槽,所述弧面凹槽贯穿整个端面并将端面分为两侧,其中一侧为由中间到边缘渐薄的斜面,另一侧设置多个平底圆孔;
所述斜盘上部为一中心开有异形孔的薄圆柱,其一端面为平面,另一端面中部设置有与斜盘下部上的弧面凹槽相配合的弧面凸起,所述弧面凸起将所在端面分为两侧,其中一侧为由中间到边缘渐薄的斜面,另一侧设置有与斜盘下部上的平底圆孔数量相同的底面为半球状的球坑;
所述斜盘下部上的弧面凹槽与斜盘上部上的弧面凸起接触配合,多个平底圆孔与多个球坑一一对应,多个平底圆孔内各自放置有一个弹簧导柱,斜盘弹簧支撑在弹簧导柱与平底圆孔之间,弹簧导柱的顶部为球面,与斜盘上部上的球坑相配合。
所述斜盘上部中心异形孔的形状为中间钜形两端半圆形,所述传动轴穿过所述异形孔处呈与异形孔相应的形状,传动轴与异形孔的两两平面处相贴,两两弧面处留有空隙。

所述轴承座、壳体、配流座依次刚性连接在一起,斜盘通过第一轴承安装在轴承座内,缸体固定套装在壳体内部,多个柱塞一对一套装在缸体的柱塞孔中,柱塞的头部通过回程盘和滑靴压紧在斜盘表面上,配流轴设置在配流座内,传动轴的一端通过第二轴承支撑在轴承座内,传动轴的另一端穿过斜盘和缸体后与配流轴连接,传动轴带动斜盘和配流轴转动。
所述缸体的结构为,其整体为圆柱形,中心开有轴向通孔,所述中心处的轴向通孔周围均布有多个柱塞孔,所述的多个柱塞孔均为直孔。
所述缸体的材料为钢,每个柱塞孔的内壁上均烧结有一层铜合金。

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、本发明中的缸体固定不旋转,所以可以去除缸体外的大轴承,使得本发明的体积变小。
2、本发明中缸体和壳体采用过渡配合装配,降低了缸体的加工难度,使得装配、维护、更换更方便;另外,壳体包裹住缸体,对缸体起到了增强作用,使本发明更适合大流量、高压力的工作工况。
3、本发明中缸体中心孔外分布的多个柱塞孔为直孔,可以用在孔前端设置台阶或采用烧结铜合金层的方法彻底消除工作过程中出现的拔套现象。
4、本发明中缸体的端面无配流面,改盘配流为轴配流,可完全消除盘配流易磨损拉伤的现象和配流部件的自位性要求,提高缸体的使用寿命和整体的可靠性。
5、本发明中的斜盘为分体变量式,排量可随压力有限自动调节,从而改善动力和负载性能。
6、本发明具有结构简单、制作难度低、易维护、自吸能力强、噪音低、效率高、运行可靠等优点。
7、本发明中的进出油口可互换,作为泵使用时,可用电换向,使用更方便。

本发明作为轴向柱塞泵的工作过程为:电机带动传动轴7旋转,传动轴7带动斜盘6旋转,斜盘6通过返程盘和滑靴推动柱塞10在缸体9的柱塞孔2中作往复运动,将油液从进油口吸入,从出油口压出。本发明可双向转动,只需要电机换向即可,换向后,进油口和出油口互换。本发明还可做为马达使用。
本发明中的轴配流方式可用阀配流代替,采用阀配流后,只可作为泵使用。

3.一种采用了如权利要求1所述的斜盘的轴向柱塞泵/马达,由前、中、后三部分组成,其特征在于:前部分包括轴承座(5)、轴承、斜盘(6)和传动轴(7);中部分包括壳体(8)、缸体(9)、柱塞(10)和回程盘;后部分包括有进出油口的配流座(11)和配流轴(12);
所述轴承座(5)、壳体(6)、配流座(11)依次刚性连接在一起,斜盘(6)通过第一轴承(13)安装在轴承座(5)内,缸体(9)固定套装在壳体(8)内部,多个柱塞(10)一对一套装在缸体(9)的柱塞孔(2)中,柱塞(10)的头部通过回程盘和滑靴压紧在斜盘(6)表面上,配流轴(12)设置在配流座(11)内,传动轴(7)的一端通过第二轴承(14)支撑在轴承座(5)内,传动轴(7)的另一端穿过斜盘(6)和缸体(9)后与配流轴(12)连接,传动轴(7)带动斜盘(6)和配流轴(12)转动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轴向柱塞泵/马达,其特征在于:所述缸体(9)的结构为,其整体为圆柱形,中心开有轴向通孔(1),所述中心处的轴向通孔(1)周围均布有多个柱塞孔(2),所述的多个柱塞孔(2)均为直孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的轴向柱塞泵/马达,其特征在于:所述缸体(9)的材料为钢,每个柱塞孔(2)的内壁上均烧结有一层铜合金。
6.根据权利要求4所述的轴向柱塞泵/马达,其特征在于:所述柱塞孔(2)靠近斜盘(6)的一端孔口设置有径向凸台(3),铜合金套(4)设置在柱塞孔(2)内并与柱塞孔(2)过盈配合,铜合金套(4)的一端顶在所述径向凸台(3)上,另一端与缸体(9)的端面平齐。
7.根据权利要求3所述的轴向柱塞泵/马达,其特征在于:所述缸体(9)与壳体(8)之间为过渡配合。
8.根据权利要求3或4所述的轴向柱塞泵/马达,其特征在于:所述第一轴承(13)为推力球轴承,所述第二轴承(14)为深沟球轴承。
