Abstract
本发明公开了一种织物防紫外线整理剂的制备方法及应用。目前市场上防紫外线整理剂存在抗紫外线效果不理想或耐水洗牢度差等问题。本发明的防紫外线整理剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:将低聚物多元醇、二异氰酸酯、亲水扩链剂、催化剂和溶剂在70‑100℃下反应4‑8小时,当异氰酸根的质量百分含量降低到0.5%以下,停止反应得到预聚体;将预聚体冷却到30‑60℃时,加入中和剂,搅拌15‑30分钟;再将紫外线吸收剂加入到上述体系中,继续搅拌至混合均匀后,得到透明粘稠液体;再往透明粘稠液体中加入去离子水进行乳化,最后得到稳定的浅黄色纳米乳液。经过本发明的防紫外线整理剂处理后的织物不仅具有优异的防紫外线功能,而且具有优异的耐水洗牢度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及织物整理剂领域,尤其是一种适用于棉织物、化纤织物以及棉和化纤混纺织物的防紫外线整理剂的制备方法及应用。
背景技术
近几十年来,由于人类的活动和工业的发展,特别是氟利昂的使用量增加,导致地球大气中的臭氧层被严重破坏,产生了臭氧层空洞。而臭氧层被破坏后,吸收紫外线辐射的能力大大减弱,到达地面的太阳光中紫外线含量不断增加。过量的紫外线对人体产生较大的影响,会使人体皮肤失去抵御能力,易发生灼伤,出现红斑或水疱,严重的还会诱发皮肤病,导致皮肤癌等严重后果。因此保护人体避免过量的紫外线辐射,已经成为科技人员研究一项的重要课题,尤其是纺织行业开发防紫外线服装和纺织品具有重大的意义。
棉织物由于具有优良的服用舒适性、吸湿性、透气性等优点,深受人们喜欢,特别在夏天,轻薄的棉织物成为人们的首选,但是棉织物的防紫外线能力较差,因此对棉织物进行防紫外线整理显得尤为重要。另外,棉和化纤混纺织物具有优异服用性能,经过多次洗涤和穿着仍能经久不变,成为人们青睐的服装面料,但是同样存在抗紫外线性能差、对紫外线有较高的透过率等缺点。
紫外线吸收剂是一类能够强烈地选择吸收高能量紫外光并进行能量转换,以热能或低辐射形式将能量释放或消耗的物质。应用较广泛的紫外线吸收剂主要包括水杨酸酯类、苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类。中国专利(201610104902.9)公开了一种持久有效抗紫外线整理剂,包括以下组分:氟碳乳液10-20份,取代苯并三唑5-8份,聚丙烯酸钠2-5份,对氨基苯甲酸3-5份,茶多酚5-15份,芦荟提取物8-15份,烷基糖苷3-7份,乳酸钠5-10份,分散剂2-3份,消泡剂1-3份,去离子水30-50份。该发明的整理剂可赋予织物抗紫外线功能,且效果良好,处理后的织物柔软舒适;但是该整理剂只是一种简单的分散液,处理后织物存在水洗牢度差的问题。中国专利(200910153304.0)公开了一种宽波段抗紫外高耐晒整理剂以及制备方法与应用,其制备方法是以苯并三唑、二苯甲酮类的紫外线吸收剂以及消泡剂、分散剂和水组成,通过球磨或砂磨制得,再通过染色、后整理等方法处理纺织品具有一定的抗紫外线效果,但是其UPF值相对较低,紫外线透过率高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种适用于棉织物、化纤织物以及棉和化纤混纺织物的防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其制得的防紫外线整理剂具有优异地紫外线吸收性能和耐水洗牢度,同时不影响织物本身的物理和机械性能。
为此,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)将低聚物多元醇、二异氰酸酯、亲水扩链剂、催化剂和溶剂在70-100℃下反应4-8小时,当异氰酸根的质量百分含量降低到0.5%以下,停止反应得到预聚体;
2)将预聚体冷却到30-60℃时,加入中和剂,搅拌15-30分钟;再将紫外线吸收剂加入到上述体系中,继续搅拌至混合均匀后,得到透明粘稠液体;
3)再往透明粘稠液体中加入去离子水进行乳化,最后得到纺织品防紫外线整理剂乳液。
本发明通过利用水性聚氨酯对各种纤维有固着和粘合作用,巧妙地将紫外线吸收剂分散在水性聚氨酯乳液中,制备得到一种的防紫外线功能乳液,经该乳液整理后可赋予棉织物、化纤织物以及棉化纤混纺织物具有耐水洗牢度的防紫外线功能。
本发明制得的防紫外线整理剂不仅可赋予棉、化纤、棉和化纤混纺织物优异地防紫外线功能,而且具有优异的耐水洗牢度。
纺织品防紫外线整理剂包括以下重量份的原料:
二异氰酸酯:49-100份;
低聚物多元醇:100-150份;
亲水扩链剂:12-35份;
中和剂:6-17份;
溶剂:40-60份;
催化剂:0.1-0.5份;
紫外线吸收剂:80-100份;
去离子水:473-683份。
进一步地,所述的二异氰酸酯优选为脂肪族二异氰酸酯、脂环族二异氰酸酯、芳香族二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物;所述的脂肪族二异氰酸酯优选为对苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种;所述的脂环族二异氰酸酯优选为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种;所述的芳香族二异氰酸酯优选为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步地,所述的低聚物多元醇为聚氧化丙烯多元醇、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯共聚醚多元醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚酯二元醇中的一种或两种以上的混合物,所述低聚物多元醇的官能度为2或3,分子量范围在300-4000(优选为1000-2000)。
所述的低聚物多元醇在使用前需进行真空脱水,使水分的质量百分含量控制在0.05%以下。
进一步地,所述的亲水扩链剂优选为如下物质中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物:N-甲基二乙醇胺、N-乙基二乙醇胺、N-丁基二乙醇胺。
进一步地,所述的中和剂为如下物质中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物:硫酸、盐酸、醋酸。
进一步地,所述的溶剂为如下物质中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物:N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二丙二醇二甲醚、二丙二醇二乙醚。
进一步地,所述的催化剂为如下物质中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物:N,N-二甲基环己胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚、四甲基甲烷二胺、三乙胺、N,N-二甲基苄胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三乙烯二胺。
进一步地,所述的紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚、紫外线吸收剂UV-384、N-(乙氧基羰基苯基)-N’-甲基-N’-苯基甲脒中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
本发明还提供上述防紫外线整理剂的应用,织物在包含上述防紫外线整理剂的工作液中一浸一轧,带液率为50-100%(优选为60-80%),然后在温度120-200℃(优选为160-170℃)条件下焙烘1-5分钟(优选为1-2分钟)。
本发明的防紫外线整理剂适用于棉织物、化纤织物、以及棉化纤混纺织物,经过本发明防紫外线整理剂整理后的织物防紫外线效果可以大幅地提高,而且不会影响织物本身的物理和机械性能。即使经过30次以上水洗,织物UPF值下降也不明显,具有良好的耐水洗牢度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行具体的描述。在实施例中,如非特指,所有的量、百分比均为重量单位。
实施例1
取聚氧化丙烯二醇(Mw=1000)100份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯49份,N-甲基二乙醇胺12份,三乙烯二胺0.5份,二丙二醇二甲醚50份,在80-100℃反应4-6个小时,再将该预聚体降温到40-60℃下,加入冰醋酸6份,继续搅拌30分钟,再将100份的N-(乙氧基羰基苯基)-N’-甲基-N’-苯基甲脒加入到上述的预聚体中搅拌均匀,得到透明粘稠液体,再往此液体中加入683份水进行乳化1小时,最后得到稳定的乳白带蓝光液体。
取该乳液50g,用水稀释到1000g溶液,再用棉织物(140g/m2)进行一浸一轧(带液率60-80%),最后在170℃焙烘1分钟,得到防紫外线整理的棉织物。使用纺织品紫外线保护因子测试仪(cary50)测定UPF值。同时,根据AATCC-61水洗牢度测试标准对整理后的棉织物进行耐水洗牢度测试。具体数据见表1。
实施例2
取聚四亚甲基醚二醇(Mw=1000)100份,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯75份,N-乙基二乙醇胺35份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份,二丙二醇二乙醚60份,在80-100℃反应4-6个小时,再将该预聚体降温到40-60℃下,加入冰醋酸17份,继续搅拌30分钟,再将100份的2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚加入到上述的预聚体中搅拌均匀,得到透明粘稠液体,再往此透明粘稠液体中加入613份水进行乳化1小时,最后得到稳定的乳白带蓝光液体。
取该乳液50g,用水稀释到1000g溶液,再用棉涤混纺机织物(120g/m2)一浸一轧(带液率60-80%)整理液,最后在160℃焙烘2分钟,得到整理后的织物。再用纺织品紫外线保护因子测试仪(cary50)测定UPF值。同时根据AATCC-61水洗牢度测试标准对整理后的织物进行耐水洗牢度测试,具体数据见表1。
实施例3
取聚氧化丙烯二醇(Mw=2000)150份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯100份,N-甲基二乙醇胺35份,N,N-二甲基环己胺0.4份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮50份,在80-100℃反应4-6个小时,再将该预聚体降温到40-60℃下,加入盐酸11份,继续搅拌30分钟,再将100份的N-(乙氧基羰基苯基)-N’-甲基-N’-苯基甲脒加入到上述的预聚体中搅拌均匀,得到透明粘稠液体,最后将554份水加到透明粘稠液体中乳化,得到稳定的乳白带蓝光液体。
取该乳液50g,用水稀释到1000g溶液,用棉锦混纺织物(120g/m2)一浸一轧(带液率60-80%)整理液,最后在170℃焙烘1分钟,得到整理后的棉锦混纺织物。使用纺织品紫外线保护因子测试仪(cary50)测定紫外吸收效果,来测试UPF值。同时根据AATCC-61水洗牢度测试标准对整理后的织物进行耐水洗牢度测试,具体数据见表1。
实施例4
取聚氧化丙烯二醇(Mw=1000)103.2份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯70.1份,N-甲基二乙醇胺16.6份,三乙烯二胺0.5份,二丙二醇二甲醚40份,在80-100℃反应4-6个小时,再将该预聚体降温到40-60℃下,加入硫酸16.5份,继续搅拌30分钟,再将80份的紫外线吸收剂UV-384加入到上述的预聚体中搅拌均匀,得到透明粘稠液体,再往此液体中加入473份水进行乳化1小时,最后得到稳定的乳白带蓝光液体。
取该乳液50g,用水稀释到1000g溶液,再用棉织物(140g/m2)进行一浸一轧(带液率60-80%),最后在170℃焙烘1分钟,得到防紫外线整理的棉织物。使用纺织品紫外线保护因子测试仪(cary50)测定UPF值。同时,根据AATCC-61水洗牢度测试标准对整理后的棉织物进行耐水洗牢度测试,具体数据见表1。
实施例5
取聚碳酸酯二醇(Mw=1000)103.2份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯50份,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯15.1份,N-丁基二乙醇胺27.7份,三乙烯二胺0.5份,二丙二醇二甲醚50份,在80-100℃反应4-6个小时,再将该预聚体降温到40-60℃下,加入冰醋酸10.1份,继续搅拌30分钟,再将100份的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮加入到上述的预聚体中搅拌均匀,得到透明粘稠液体,再往此液体中加入644份水进行乳化1小时,最后得到稳定的乳白带蓝光液体。
取该乳液50g,用水稀释到1000g溶液,再用棉织物(140g/m2)进行一浸一轧(带液率60-80%),最后在160℃焙烘2分钟,得到防紫外线整理的棉织物。使用纺织品紫外线保护因子测试仪(cary50)测定UPF值。同时,根据AATCC-61水洗牢度测试标准对整理后的棉织物进行耐水洗牢度测试,具体数据见表1。
实施例6
用103.2份聚酯二元醇(Mw=1000)代替实施例4中的聚氧化丙烯二醇(Mw=1000),其余均与实施例4相同。取该乳液50g,用水稀释到1000g溶液,再用棉织物(140g/m2)进行一浸一轧(带液率60-80%),最后在160℃焙烘2分钟,得到防紫外线整理的棉织物。使用纺织品紫外线保护因子测试仪(cary50)测定UPF值。同时,根据AATCC-61水洗牢度测试标准对整理后的棉织物进行耐水洗牢度测试,具体数据见表1。
实施例7
用103.2份聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯共聚醚多元醇(Mw=1000)代替实施例5中的聚碳酸酯二醇(Mw=1000),15.1份甲苯二异氰酸酯代替实施例5中的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,其余均与实施例5相同。取该乳液50g,用水稀释到1000g溶液,再用棉织物(140g/m2)进行一浸一轧(带液率60-80%),最后在160℃焙烘2分钟,得到防紫外线整理的棉织物。使用纺织品紫外线保护因子测试仪(cary50)测定UPF值。同时,根据AATCC-61水洗牢度测试标准对整理后的棉织物进行耐水洗牢度测试,具体数据见表1。

从表1中可以得出,不同种类的织物经过实施例1-7处理后,测得织物UPF值都大于50+,比未处理的织物UPF值都有明显地提高。即使经过20次和30次水洗后,织物UPF值也都大于50+。说明各种类型的织物经过实施例1-7处理后,不仅具有优异的抗紫外线效果,而且具有优异的耐水洗牢度。
以上所述,上面的实施例就各方面而言都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的,所以在本发明范围内或等同本发明范围内的改变均被本发明包含。本发明可以通过其他的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。
Claims (10)
1.一种纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)将低聚物多元醇、二异氰酸酯、亲水扩链剂、催化剂和溶剂在70-100℃下反应4-8小时,当异氰酸根的质量百分含量降低到0.5%以下,停止反应得到预聚体;
2)将预聚体冷却到30-60℃时,加入中和剂,搅拌15-30分钟;再将紫外线吸收剂加入到上述体系中,继续搅拌至混合均匀后,得到透明粘稠液体;
3)再往透明粘稠液体中加入去离子水进行乳化,最后得到纺织品防紫外线整理剂乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的纺织品防紫外线整理剂包括以下重量份的原料:
二异氰酸酯:49-100份;
低聚物多元醇:100-150份;
亲水扩链剂:12-35份;
中和剂:6-17份;
溶剂:40-60份;
催化剂:0.1-0.5份;
紫外线吸收剂:80-100份;
去离子水:473-683份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的二异氰酸酯为脂肪族二异氰酸酯、脂环族二异氰酸酯、芳香族二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物;所述的脂肪族二异氰酸酯为对苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种;所述的脂环族二异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种;所述的芳香族二异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的低聚物多元醇为聚氧化丙烯多元醇、聚四亚甲基醚二醇、聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯共聚醚多元醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚酯二元醇中的一种或两种以上的混合物,所述低聚物多元醇的官能度为2或3,分子量范围在300-4000。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的亲水扩链剂为如下物质中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物:N-甲基二乙醇胺、N-乙基二乙醇胺、N-丁基二乙醇胺。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的中和剂为如下物质中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物:硫酸、盐酸、醋酸。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为如下物质中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物:N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二丙二醇二甲醚、二丙二醇二乙醚。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的催化剂为如下物质中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物:N,N-二甲基环己胺、双二甲胺基乙基醚、四甲基甲烷二胺、三乙胺、N,N-二甲基苄胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡、乙烯二胺。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品防紫外线整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-6-十二烷基-4-甲基苯酚、紫外线吸收剂UV-384、N-(乙氧基羰基苯基)-N’-甲基-N’-苯基甲脒中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述防紫外线整理剂的应用,其特征在于,织物在包含所述防紫外线整理剂的工作液中一浸一轧,带液率为50-100%,然后在温度120-200℃条件下焙烘1-5分钟。
