本发明公开了一种建筑施工安全帽用的下颚带,所述下颚带是由若干条经纱和若干条纬纱相互交织而成,所述经纱是由竹炭纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维和碳纤维加捻而成,所述纬纱是由抗菌纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和弹性纤维加捻而成,所述经纱是以所述竹炭纤维作为芯纱,所述聚酯纤维、所述聚酰胺纤维和所述碳纤维呈螺旋状捻和在所述竹炭纤维上,所述纬纱是以所述聚丙烯纤维作为芯纱,所述抗菌纤维、所述聚丙烯腈纤维和所述弹性纤维呈螺旋状捻和在所述聚丙烯纤维上。通过上述方式,本发明除了能够提高面料的柔软度、吸汗性,而且还具有较佳的抑菌抗菌性和透气性。

Description

一种建筑施工安全帽用的下颚带
技术领域
本发明属于建筑施工安全帽技术领域,特别是涉及一种吸水性强、抗菌透气性好的建筑施工安全帽用的下颚带。
背景技术
国家明确规定,进入建筑施工地的作业人员必须佩戴安全帽作为头部防护装置,安全帽除了能够在一定程度上减少或避免坠落物对头部的冲击,保护人员安全,还具有遮阳挡雨的功效。
安全帽的主要构成有帽壳、帽衬、下颚带和后箍,其中,下颚带除了具有辅助保持安全帽的状态和位置的作用外,还能起到一定的吸汗效果。现在市场上销售的安全帽,其下颚带在制作时选用的材料未考虑其透气抗菌的效果,长时间佩戴安全帽,工作人员脸上的汗液成了细菌滋生的温床,导致安全帽的下颚带产生病菌、散发臭味。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑施工安全帽用的下颚带,除了能够提高面料的柔软度、吸汗性,而且还具有较佳的抑菌抗菌性和透气性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种建筑施工安全帽用的下颚带,所述下颚带是由若干条经纱和若干条纬纱相互交织而成,所述经纱是由竹炭纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维和碳纤维加捻而成,所述纬纱是由抗菌纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和弹性纤维加捻而成。
进一步地说,所述经纱是以所述竹炭纤维作为芯纱,所述聚酯纤维、所述聚酰胺纤维和所述碳纤维呈螺旋状捻和在所述竹炭纤维上。
进一步地说,所述纬纱是以所述聚丙烯纤维作为芯纱,所述抗菌纤维、所述聚丙烯腈纤维和所述弹性纤维呈螺旋状捻和在所述聚丙烯纤维上。
进一步地说,所述聚酯纤维、所述聚酰胺纤维和所述碳纤维的加捻比例为0.3:1:1.2。
进一步地说,所述抗菌纤维、所述聚丙烯腈纤维和所述弹性纤维的加捻比例为0.6:0.4:1。
进一步地说,所述下颚带是由60-80条所述经纱与60-80条所述纬纱相互交织而成。
进一步地说,所述经纱的纺织密度为70-80根/cm,所述纬纱的纺织密度为70-80根/cm。
进一步地说,所述经纱与所述纬纱的交织方式为一上一下、两上一下或三上一下。
进一步地说,所述经纱与所述纬纱相互交织形成的空隙的最大长度小于2-4mm。
进一步地说,所述下颚带的结构为平纹、斜纹或缎纹。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用的竹炭纤维具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌的效果,碳纤维除了能够提高下颚带的柔软度外,还与弹性纤维并用提高下颚带的抗拉力和耐受力,延长下颚带的使用寿命,抗菌纤维可增加下颚带的抗菌作用,消除因细菌而产生的异味,同时能够避免细菌的繁殖;此外,本发明采用经纱纬纱相互交错编织的设计,使得布料整体紧实,牢靠。

实施例:一种建筑施工安全帽用的下颚带,如图1-3所示,所述下颚带是由若干条经纱1和若干条纬纱2相互交织而成,所述经纱1是由竹炭纤维11、聚酯纤维12、聚酰胺纤维13和碳纤维14加捻而成,所述纬纱2是由抗菌纤维21、聚丙烯纤维22、聚丙烯腈纤维23和弹性纤维24加捻而成。
所述经纱1是以所述竹炭纤维11作为芯纱,所述聚酯纤维12、所述聚酰胺纤维13和所述碳纤维14呈螺旋状捻和在所述竹炭纤维11上。
所述纬纱2是以所述聚丙烯纤维22作为芯纱,所述抗菌纤维21、所述聚丙烯腈纤维23和所述弹性纤维24呈螺旋状捻和在所述聚丙烯纤维22上。
所述聚酯纤维12、所述聚酰胺纤维13和所述碳纤维14的加捻比例为0.3:1:1.2。
所述抗菌纤维21、所述聚丙烯腈纤维23和所述弹性纤维24的加捻比例为0.6:0.4:1。
所述下颚带是由60-80条所述经纱1与60-80条所述纬纱2相互交织而成。
所述经纱1的纺织密度为70-80根/cm,所述纬纱2的纺织密度为70-80根/cm。
所述经纱1与所述纬纱2的交织方式为一上一下、两上一下或三上一下。
所述经纱1与所述纬纱2相互交织形成的空隙的最大长度小于2-4mm。

所述经纱是以所述竹炭纤维作为芯纱,所述聚酯纤维、所述聚酰胺纤维和所述碳纤维呈螺旋状捻和在所述竹炭纤维上;
所述纬纱是以所述聚丙烯纤维作为芯纱,所述抗菌纤维、所述聚丙烯腈纤维和所述弹性纤维呈螺旋状捻和在所述聚丙烯纤维上;
所述聚酯纤维、所述聚酰胺纤维和所述碳纤维的加捻比例为0.3:1:1.2;所述抗菌纤维、所述聚丙烯腈纤维和所述弹性纤维的加捻比例为0.6:0.4:1。
