Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种衬衫面料，由经纱(1)和纬纱(2)相互交织构成，所述经纱(1)和纬纱(2)均为棉包涤纶长丝的包芯纱，所述涤纶长丝的横截面呈五角星形。由于本实用新型的经纱和纬纱的芯线均是五角星截面的涤纶长丝，长丝上有了凹槽，气体和水份能从凹槽中迅速排出，起到吸湿排汗的功能，还具有易洗快干的效果。且这样的面料穿在身上，和皮肤接触的是棉纤维，比普通的涤棉面料舒适，挺括。

本实用新型涉及一种衬衫面料。属服装面料技术领域。
(二)背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，制作服装的面料的功能性越来越多受到人们的关注。特别在炎热的夏季，衬衫面料吸湿排汗功能尤为重要。而现有的棉包涤衬衫面料其经纱和纬纱均采用的是棉包圆形截面的普通涤纶长丝。圆形截面的普通涤纶长丝芯线不透气，穿着不舒服。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种具有吸湿排汗功能的衬衫面料。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种衬衫面料，由经纱和纬纱相互交织构成，所述经纱和纬纱均为棉包涤纶长丝的包芯纱，所述涤纶长丝的横截面呈五角星形。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本实用新型的经纱和纬纱的芯线均是五角星截面的涤纶长丝，长丝上有了凹槽，气体和水份能从凹槽中迅速排出，起到吸湿排汗的功能，还具有易洗快干的效果。且这样的面料穿在身上，和皮肤接触的是棉纤维，比普通的涤棉面料舒适，挺括。
