本发明公开了一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液41‑45、废聚苯乙烯泡沫6.3‑7.1、石墨烯4.2‑5.3、醋酸纤维5‑7、麦饭石粉11‑13、大豆分离蛋白4‑6、乙烯基三(β‑甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷0.7‑0.9、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.6‑0.8、乙酸芳樟酯8‑11、水玻璃3‑5、颜料21‑23、去离子水适量,本发明选用废聚苯乙烯泡沫改性丙烯酸酯乳液为成膜物,提高了涂膜的硬度、耐化学品性、耐水性、抗粉化性等性能,还加入适量的石墨烯并对其进行改性提高了涂层的防腐防锈性能,同时配伍改性混合粉体等助剂制得的防锈底漆漆面细腻美观、防霉防藻、遮盖力强,不污染环境。

一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及水性涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着涂料工业和涂装向低污染化发展,水性涂料正在日益兴起。金属腐蚀导致的损失十分严重,金属材料的防腐蚀涂料引起国内外关注。溶剂型防锈涂料,存在污染大气、毒性和火灾危险等几个方面问题。因此研制水性防锈底漆受到重视。水性防锈漆是以水做为分散介质,利用物理、化学等多重防锈机理,根据化学转化,络和反应等化学原理配制而成,是传统防锈底漆的最佳换代产品。广泛应用于各种汽车、船舶、网架、机械制造、集装箱、铁路、桥梁、锅炉、钢结构、石化设备等防腐保护,是溶剂型油漆不可比拟的。
丙烯酸酯乳液保色、保光,且具有良好的耐水性、耐候性、耐酸碱性和耐腐蚀性,故而常被用作传统水性防锈底漆的成膜物体系。其作为成膜物使用时存在易迁移的缺点,使涂膜的硬度、耐化学品性、耐醇耐碱性、抗粉化性等性能减弱,有必要对丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,同时传统的水性防锈底漆中的水分与钢铁表面接触后会造成闪锈,防腐性能急剧下降,不利于金属表面的防腐防锈保护。
《水性石墨烯防锈底漆的研制》一文以苯乙烯改性丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜物,创造性的添加石墨烯等研制了一种环境友好型水性石墨烯防锈底漆。通过一系列试验研制的水性石墨烯防锈底漆各项性能指标完全达到甚至超过普通防腐涂料的技术指标,同时符合环保要求,且生产和施工工艺简单,使用方便,性价比高,具有广阔的市场应用前景。然而文中制备的水性防锈底漆存在附着力不佳、耐磨性低、功能较为单一且过多使用苯乙烯不节能环保等缺陷,需要对现有工艺和配方加以改性。
聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的化学性质比较稳定,具有隔热、隔音、防震、防水、耐酸碱、抗腐蚀、耐老化等特性,兼具质轻美观等优点,是世界上应用最广泛的塑料之一,并且多为一次性使用,用后即成为废品,在自然界中不易老化腐烂,难于自然降解和被微生物降解,不为自然环境所亲和,而且废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料本身带有各种有毒化学物质,有必要将其改性后替代苯乙烯对丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性后添加到原料中,再配伍其他有效助剂从而制备出符合环保要求的新型的水性防腐底漆。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液41-45、废聚苯乙烯泡沫6.3-7.1、石墨烯4.2-5.3、醋酸纤维5-7、麦饭石粉11-13、大豆分离蛋白4-6、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷0.7-0.9、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.6-0.8、乙酸芳樟酯8-11、水玻璃3-5、颜料21-23、去离子水适量。
所述的一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦饭石粉研磨过120-140目筛,加入乙酸芳樟酯放入高混机中高速搅拌10-15分钟,于610-660℃下高温处理20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入大豆分离蛋白超声研磨40-50分钟,得改性混合粉体;
(2)将水玻璃和总重量1-2倍的去离子水搅拌混匀,加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷超声分散15-20分钟,加入石墨烯、醋酸纤维搅拌混匀并于85-95℃的水浴中静置8-10小时,投入到混合机中,以10000r/min的转速高速搅拌30秒抽滤洗涤至中性并烘干得改性石墨烯;
(3)将废聚苯乙烯泡沫洗净、晾干、粉碎,加入到总重量1.5-2倍的混合溶剂中,边加边搅拌,使其完全溶解,加入丙烯酸酯乳液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌混匀,放入55-65℃水浴中快速搅拌20-30分钟得改性丙烯酸酯乳液;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)物料加入到去离子水中,搅拌10-15分钟,边加边搅拌下缓慢加入颜料高速搅拌分散30-60分钟,并球磨至粒径为60um以下,加入步骤(3)所得改性丙烯酸酯乳液继续分散均匀,于0.1MPa真空下脱气1-2小时,过滤出料。
所述的混合溶剂是将乙酸乙酯、d-柠檬烯、甲苯按质量比为2∶1∶1配制。
本发明的优点是:本发明选用了废聚苯乙烯泡沫改性丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜物,不仅有效解决了废聚苯乙烯泡沫堆积带来的环境污染问题,降低成本还使丙烯酸酯乳液经改性后,引入苯乙烯链段,克服了常规乳化剂易迁移的缺点,使涂膜的硬度、耐化学品性、耐水性、抗粉化性等性能得到提高;本发明还创新性地加入适量的石墨烯并对其进行改性,提高了石墨烯比表面积,使其在涂料中实现层层叠加效应,在金属表面形成了致密的网状涂层结构,有效隔绝了腐蚀介质的扩散渗透,加之石墨烯的化学惰性,有效提高了涂层的防腐防锈性能;同时配伍改性混合粉体等助剂制得的防锈底漆漆面细腻美观、防霉防藻、遮盖力强,不污染环境。
具体实施方式
一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液41、废聚苯乙烯泡沫6.3、石墨烯4.2、醋酸纤维5、麦饭石粉11、大豆分离蛋白4、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷0.7、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.6、乙酸芳樟酯8、水玻璃3、颜料21、去离子水适量。
所述的一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦饭石粉研磨过120-140目筛,加入乙酸芳樟酯放入高混机中高速搅拌10-15分钟,于610-660℃下高温处理20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入大豆分离蛋白超声研磨40-50分钟,得改性混合粉体;
(2)将水玻璃和总重量1-2倍的去离子水搅拌混匀,加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷超声分散15-20分钟,加入石墨烯、醋酸纤维搅拌混匀并于85-95℃的水浴中静置8-10小时,投入到混合机中,以10000r/min的转速高速搅拌30秒抽滤洗涤至中性并烘干得改性石墨烯;
(3)将废聚苯乙烯泡沫洗净、晾干、粉碎,加入到总重量1.5-2倍的混合溶剂中,边加边搅拌,使其完全溶解,加入丙烯酸酯乳液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌混匀,放入55-65℃水浴中快速搅拌20-30分钟得改性丙烯酸酯乳液;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)物料加入到去离子水中,搅拌10-15分钟,边加边搅拌下缓慢加入颜料高速搅拌分散30-60分钟,并球磨至粒径为60um以下,加入步骤(3)所得改性丙烯酸酯乳液继续分散均匀,于0.1MPa真空下脱气1-2小时,过滤出料。
所述的混合溶剂是将乙酸乙酯、d-柠檬烯、甲苯按质量比为2∶1∶1配制。
依据本发明制得的水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆具有如下技术指标:
(1)耐盐雾性/h :178;
(2)附着力/级:1;
(3)耐冲击性/cm:58;
(4)硬度:H。

Claims (3)

1.一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液41-45、废聚苯乙烯泡沫6.3-7.1、石墨烯4.2-5.3、醋酸纤维5-7、麦饭石粉11-13、大豆分离蛋白4-6、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷0.7-0.9、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.6-0.8、乙酸芳樟酯8-11、水玻璃3-5、颜料21-23、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦饭石粉研磨过120-140目筛,加入乙酸芳樟酯放入高混机中高速搅拌10-15分钟,于610-660℃下高温处理20-30分钟,冷却至室温加入大豆分离蛋白超声研磨40-50分钟,得改性混合粉体;
(2)将水玻璃和总重量1-2倍的去离子水搅拌混匀,加入乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷超声分散15-20分钟,加入石墨烯、醋酸纤维搅拌混匀并于85-95℃的水浴中静置8-10小时,投入到混合机中,以10000r/min的转速高速搅拌30秒抽滤洗涤至中性并烘干得改性石墨烯;
(3)将废聚苯乙烯泡沫洗净、晾干、粉碎,加入到总重量1.5-2倍的混合溶剂中,边加边搅拌,使其完全溶解,加入丙烯酸酯乳液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌混匀,放入55-65℃水浴中快速搅拌20-30分钟得改性丙烯酸酯乳液;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)物料加入到去离子水中,搅拌10-15分钟,边加边搅拌下缓慢加入颜料高速搅拌分散30-60分钟,并球磨至粒径为60um以下,加入步骤(3)所得改性丙烯酸酯乳液继续分散均匀,于0.1MPa真空下脱气1-2小时,过滤出料。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种防霉防藻水性石墨烯金属防锈底漆的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的混合溶剂是将乙酸乙酯、d-柠檬烯、甲苯按质量比为2∶1∶1配制。
