技术领域
本发明涉及管道领域,尤其涉及一种防霉抑菌抗病毒的PPR管道及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,塑料管道和其它塑料制品在使用过程中,与水较长接触后,容易滋生细菌,产生滑腻手感,导致严重的细菌污染。现有塑料制品抗菌技术一般采用纳米抗菌和银离子抗菌,实际上就是将金属离子添加到塑料制品里达到一定的抗菌性能。这些方法能产生一定的抗菌效果,但是存在两个方面的主要问题:1、抗菌性能指标偏低,一般在70%~90%之间,而细菌的滋长速度是以简单的裂变方式进行的,所以,残留的细菌能在短时间内迅速增长。2、由于添加的是金属离子,与塑料无法完美融合,这些金属离子由于水的作用而析出,造成抗菌作用逐步减退并且对人体造成金属污染。本配方是添加的高分子防霉抗菌抗病毒聚合物,能与塑料制品的原料完全融为一体,并且使塑料制品本身完全变成了抗菌主体。解决了金属添加问题和防霉抗菌效果逐步减退问题。

进一步,该防霉抑菌抗病毒的PPR管道还包括以下重量百分比的原料:纳米二氧化钛5~8%、壳聚糖5~8%,松醇油2~5%,桉树油1~3%,丁香油3~6%,硫酸钡1~2%,二甲酸二烯丙酯2~5%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯1~3%,硼砂1~2%,邻苯二甲酸脂1~2%,过氧化丁烯酸叔丁酯2~5%,丙二醇聚氧丙烯1~2%,聚氧乙烯醚1~2%,辛二酸1~2%中的一种或者几种的组合。
还提供一种上述防霉抑菌抗病毒的PPR管道的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照内层、中层和外层分别将上述重量百分比的原料混合均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)中混合好的原料在72℃~76℃中加热烘干1.5~2小时分别成型为内层、中层和外层;
(3)将成型后的内层、中层和外层组装为成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:在聚丙烯混合一定比例的多元胺与胍盐聚合物作为高分子防霉抗菌聚合物材料,其具有优良的耐热性,其分解温度在360℃以上,在一般聚合物加工中不会分解;另外还具有较高的反应活性,可以通过熔融、溶液、固相接枝,方便地与聚烯烃树脂结合,达到抗菌、可染、抗静电的功能。本发明申请的防霉抑菌抗病毒PPR管道对人体安全并具有长久抗菌性,其对霉菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏菌的抗菌率均>99.7%,抗感冒病毒有效率>99.5%,抗螨虫有效率>90%。

实施例1
本发明实施例1涉及一种防霉抑菌抗病毒的PPR管道,包括外层、中层和外层;外层包括以下重量百分比的原料:97%~99%的聚丙烯,1%~3%的色母;中层包括以下重量百分比的原料:99%~99.5%的聚丙烯,0.5%~1%的色母;内层包括以下重量百分比的原料:92%~93%的聚丙烯,6%~8%的高分子防霉抗菌聚合物材料,0.01%~1%的色母;高分子防霉抗菌聚合物材料为多元胺与胍盐聚合物,其特征结构为:
其中:n=2-20,m=2-300;Y为Cl-,Br-,NO3 -,HCO3 -或H2PO4 -中的一种;X为含活性基团酸酐、异氰酸酯、环氧或恶唑啉的C5-C100的酰基、酰胺基、烷基或氨基类基团;Z为H或X。

优选的,胍盐为无机酸的胍盐;所述多元胺为乙二胺、丙二胺、1,6-己二胺、1,10-葵二胺、六次甲基四胺、三亚乙基二胺、三亚乙基三胺、N-羟乙基乙二胺、3-二甲氨基丙胺中的一种或者几种的组合。
一种本实施例防霉抑菌抗病毒的PPR管道的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照内层、中层和外层分别将上述重量百分比的原料混合均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)中混合好的原料在72℃~76℃中加热烘干1.5~2小时分别成型为内层、中层和外层;
(3)将成型后的内层、中层和外层组装为成品。

其中:n=2-20,m=2-300;Y为Cl-,Br-,NO3 -,HCO3 -或H2PO4 -中的一种;X为含活性基团酸酐、异氰酸酯、环氧或恶唑啉的C5-C100的酰基、酰胺基、烷基或氨基类基团,Z为H或X。

1.一种防霉抑菌抗病毒的PPR管道,其特征在于,包括外层、中层和外层;所述外层包括以下重量百分比的原料:97%~99%的聚丙烯,1%~3%的色母;所述中层包括以下重量百分比的原料:99%~99.5%的聚丙烯,0.5%~1%的色母;所述内层包括以下重量百分比的原料:92%~93%的聚丙烯,6%~8%的高分子防霉抗菌聚合物材料,0.01%~1%的色母;所述高分子防霉抗菌聚合物材料为多元胺与胍盐聚合物,其特征结构为:

3.如权利要求1所述的防霉抑菌抗病毒的PPR管道,其特征在于,所述胍盐为无机酸的胍盐;所述多元胺为乙二胺、丙二胺、1,6-己二胺、1,10-葵二胺、六次甲基四胺、三亚乙基二胺、三亚乙基三胺、N-羟乙基乙二胺、3-二甲氨基丙胺中的一种或者几种的组合。

(2)将步骤(1)中混合好的原料在72℃~76℃中加热烘干1.5~2小时分别成型为内层、中层和外层;
(3)将成型后的内层、中层和外层组装为成品。
