时下,市售瑜伽棒大多以LDPE为主要原料,添加少量单甘脂、丁烷、滑石粉、调色母等高分子材料制作而成,以其弹性好、优秀的缓冲抗震功能而被广泛应用;但瑜伽房中的瑜伽垫和瑜伽棒通常为公用,不同练习者交替使用,在使用过程中人体会与瑜伽垫直接接触,会导致瑜伽棒或瑜伽垫上附着人体细菌,这会产生健康隐患,可能导致疾病传播。为了保证健康,要对瑜伽垫经常进行消毒处理,这无疑会增大使用成本。为解决上述现有技术存在的不足,本技术提供了一种抗菌型瑜伽棒,在瑜伽棒表面设置抗菌层,解决细菌危害。

所述抗菌EPE发泡表层为附着有抗菌剂的EPE层,所述抗菌剂为金属抗菌剂或有机抗菌剂,所述有机抗菌剂优选壳聚糖,所述金属抗菌剂优选金属氧化物如氧化锌、氧化镁;银、铜、锌及其无机盐和络合物等,如吡啶硫酮锌、载银磷酸锆等。
所述高密度EPE发泡基层为含有增强剂的高密度EPE层,加入增强剂提高发泡体密度,增强基层的韧性和耐磨性。
所述高弹性EPE发泡中间层为两次发泡的高发泡率EPE层。通过改进发泡工艺,采用两次发泡工艺,增加泡孔密度,提高发泡层弹性,提高缓冲性能,增强舒适度。
所述高密度EPE发泡基层、高弹性EPE发泡中间层、抗菌EPE发泡表层的厚度比为1:0.1~2:0.1~1,优选1:0.2~1:0.2~0.5。高密度EPE发泡基层的厚度是指其直径,高弹性EPE发泡中间层、抗菌EPE发泡表层的厚度是指沿径向方向的厚度。

本发明在瑜伽棒表层设置附着有抗菌剂的抗菌EPE发泡表层,提高其抗菌性能,防止疾病传播,降低消毒成本,保障使用者的身体健康。瑜伽棒的高密度EPE发泡基层则加入增强剂提高发泡体密度,增强基层的韧性和耐磨性。高弹性EPE发泡中间层通过改进发泡工艺,采用两次发泡工艺,增加泡孔密度,提高发泡层弹性,提高缓冲性能,增强舒适度。本发明制得的瑜伽棒抗菌、韧性、耐磨,缓冲、舒适,有效解决了瑜伽棒使用过程中表面细菌传播问题,具有很好的市场前景及社会经济效益。

工艺同实施例2。各层的厚度分别为:高密度EPE发泡基层直径2cm,高弹性EPE发泡中间层径向方向的厚度2cm,抗菌EPE发泡表层径向方向的厚度0.5cm。
所得抗菌型瑜伽棒的性能参数如下:密度20kg/m3,拉伸强度2.5kg/CM;粘合强度:>12Ncm;耐曲折性能:不断、无裂纹;抗菌性能:强;含铅量:<10mg/kg;规格:直径7cmX18cm。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗菌型瑜伽棒,其特征在于所述抗菌型瑜伽棒由高密度EPE发泡基层、高弹性EPE发泡中间层、抗菌EPE发泡表层从内到外依次平行相套,同轴连接组成;
高密度EPE发泡基层的原料包括以下质量份的组分:
低密度聚乙烯100份
成核剂0.2~1份
发泡剂0.5~3份
抗收缩剂0.05-0.2份
增强剂0.5~5份;
所述高弹性EPE发泡中间层为两次发泡的高发泡率EPE层;
所述高弹性EPE发泡中间层的原料包括以下质量份的组分:
低密度聚乙烯100份
成核剂1~5份
发泡剂10~15份
抗收缩剂0.1-2份;
所述抗菌EPE发泡表层的原料包括以下质量份的组分:
低密度聚乙烯100份
成核剂0.5~3份
发泡剂6~10份
抗收缩剂0.1-1份
抗菌剂0.1~1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型瑜伽棒,其特征在于所述抗菌剂为金属抗菌剂或有机抗菌剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型瑜伽棒,其特征在于所述的成核剂选自滑石粉或超细碳酸钙;所述的发泡剂为丁烷;所述的抗收缩剂为单甘脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型瑜伽棒,其特征在于所述高密度EPE发泡基层、高弹性EPE发泡中间层、抗菌EPE发泡表层的原料中各自加入色母料0~2份。
