本发明涉及包装材料领域,具体涉及一种木塑托盘及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国现代化建设的持续发展,普通木质包装材料的需求大幅增加。但是,为保护生态环境,我国从1998年9月1日起已明令禁止对天然森林进行砍伐。据业内人士预测,2000年我国木材的需求量将超过1亿米3,而供应量只有6000万米3。目前,市场上托盘主要是木制托盘和塑料托盘,木质托盘对木材的需求量较大,不利于保护森林资源,另外还需要进行熏蒸或高温消毒处理;而塑料托盘普遍存在的问题就是托盘的刚度不够,应用于货架存放时容易发生蠕变现象。木塑托盘是使用木粉或植物纤维超高额填充热塑性塑料树脂或热塑性塑料塑料再生料,添加部分相关改性剂,经挤出注塑成型而成,此类产品可以替代相应木质托盘和塑料托盘,由此可节约大量的森林资源,处理掉大量的废旧塑料及木材加工中的废气木粉, 可大大有利于保护并改善生态环境,是符合21世纪发展方向的环保新型材料。

技术方案:一种木塑托盘,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:高密度聚乙烯50-70份、木粉20-30份、竹粉15-25份、三氧化二锑4-8份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯2-3份、酚醛树脂8-16份、聚乙烯蜡2.4-3.2份、硬脂酸锌3-4.5份、碳酸钙15-22份、防老剂MB为0.4-0.6份、抗氧剂1010为0.3-0.4份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶4-8份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶4-8份、COPNA树脂4-8份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂4-8份、邻苯二甲酸酯0.2-0.8份。
进一步优选的,所述的一种木塑托盘,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:高密度聚乙烯55-65份、木粉25-28份、竹粉18-22份、三氧化二锑5-7份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯2.2-2.8份、酚醛树脂10-14份、聚乙烯蜡2.6-3份、硬脂酸锌3.5-4份、碳酸钙16-20份、防老剂MB为0.5-0.6份、抗氧剂1010为0.3-0.4份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶5-7份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶5-7份、COPNA树脂5-7份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂5-7份、邻苯二甲酸酯0.4-0.6份。
上述木塑托盘的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1) 按配方称取各原料,先将高密度聚乙烯、木粉、竹粉高速混合机中,搅拌混合至均匀, 混合均匀后烘干至80-90℃,使其水份充分蒸发;
(2) 在上述混合料中加入酚醛树脂、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶、COPNA树脂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、邻苯二甲酸酯,加热至100-120℃混合搅拌均匀;
(3) 再投入三氧化二锑、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、碳酸钙、防老剂MB为、抗氧剂1010,继续混合8-15min;
(4) 将上述均匀混合物送入平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度为165-180℃,模头温度为170-200℃;
(5)先在成型模具内涂上脱模剂,预热至55℃,然后用塑料注射机将粒料注射到成型模具内,机筒温度为235-250℃,注射压力为85-90MPa,脱模后将成型的托盘经冷却、修整、定型等工序后,喷涂防滑漆,固化后包装即得所需的木塑托盘。
进一步的,所述的一种木塑托盘的制备方法,所述步骤(1)中烘干温度为85℃。
进一步的,所述的一种木塑托盘的制备方法,所述步骤(2)中温度为105-115℃。
进一步的,所述的一种木塑托盘的制备方法,所述步骤(3)中时间为12min。

有益效果:本木塑托盘具有很高的弯曲强度,最高可达17.2MPa,抗冲击性强,可达65.8J/m,承载能力高,达10.2t,热变形温度高,可达89℃,同时本木塑托盘吸水性低,仅为0.15%。该木塑托盘尺寸稳定性好,不易吸水,不易变形。

一种木塑托盘,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:高密度聚乙烯50份、木粉20份、竹粉25份、三氧化二锑4份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯2份、酚醛树脂8份、聚乙烯蜡2.4份、硬脂酸锌3份、碳酸钙15份、防老剂MB为0.4份、抗氧剂1010为0.3份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶4份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶4份、COPNA树脂8份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂4份、邻苯二甲酸酯0.2份。
上述木塑托盘的制备方法为:(1)按配方称取各原料,先将高密度聚乙烯、木粉、竹粉高速混合机中,搅拌混合至均匀,混合均匀后烘干至80℃,使其水份充分蒸发;(2) 在上述混合料中加入酚醛树脂、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶、COPNA树脂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、邻苯二甲酸酯,加热至120℃混合搅拌均匀;(3) 再投入三氧化二锑、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、碳酸钙、防老剂MB为、抗氧剂1010,继续混合15min;(4) 将上述均匀混合物送入平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度为180℃,模头温度为170℃;(5)先在成型模具内涂上脱模剂,预热至55℃,然后用塑料注射机将粒料注射到成型模具内,机筒温度为235℃,注射压力为85MPa,脱模后将成型的托盘经冷却、修整、定型等工序后,喷涂防滑漆,固化后包装即得所需的木塑托盘。

上述木塑托盘的制备方法为:(1)按配方称取各原料,先将高密度聚乙烯、木粉、竹粉高速混合机中,搅拌混合至均匀,混合均匀后烘干至85℃,使其水份充分蒸发;(2) 在上述混合料中加入酚醛树脂、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶、COPNA树脂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、邻苯二甲酸酯,加热至115℃混合搅拌均匀;(3) 再投入三氧化二锑、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、碳酸钙、防老剂MB为、抗氧剂1010,继续混合12min;(4) 将上述均匀混合物送入平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度为170℃,模头温度为180℃;(5)先在成型模具内涂上脱模剂,预热至55℃,然后用塑料注射机将粒料注射到成型模具内,机筒温度为245℃,注射压力为90MPa,脱模后将成型的托盘经冷却、修整、定型等工序后,喷涂防滑漆,固化后包装即得所需的木塑托盘。
实施例5
一种木塑托盘,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:高密度聚乙烯60份、木粉26份、竹粉20份、三氧化二锑6份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯2.5份、酚醛树脂12份、聚乙烯蜡2.8份、硬脂酸锌3.8份、碳酸钙18份、防老剂MB为0.5份、抗氧剂1010为0.3份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶7份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶5份、COPNA树脂6份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂6份、邻苯二甲酸酯0.5份。
上述木塑托盘的制备方法为:(1)按配方称取各原料,先将高密度聚乙烯、木粉、竹粉高速混合机中,搅拌混合至均匀,混合均匀后烘干至85℃,使其水份充分蒸发;(2) 在上述混合料中加入酚醛树脂、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶、COPNA树脂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、邻苯二甲酸酯,加热至110℃混合搅拌均匀;(3) 再投入三氧化二锑、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、碳酸钙、防老剂MB为、抗氧剂1010,继续混合12min;(4) 将上述均匀混合物送入平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度为170℃,模头温度为185℃;(5)先在成型模具内涂上脱模剂,预热至55℃,然后用塑料注射机将粒料注射到成型模具内,机筒温度为245℃,注射压力为90MPa,脱模后将成型的托盘经冷却、修整、定型等工序后,喷涂防滑漆,固化后包装即得所需的木塑托盘。
对比例1
一种木塑托盘,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:高密度聚乙烯50份、木粉20份、竹粉25份、三氧化二锑4份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯2份、酚醛树脂8份、聚乙烯蜡2.4份、硬脂酸锌3份、碳酸钙15份、防老剂MB为0.4份、抗氧剂1010为0.3份、COPNA树脂8份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂4份、邻苯二甲酸酯0.2份。
上述木塑托盘的制备方法为:(1)按配方称取各原料,先将高密度聚乙烯、木粉、竹粉高速混合机中,搅拌混合至均匀,混合均匀后烘干至80℃,使其水份充分蒸发;(2) 在上述混合料中加入酚醛树脂、COPNA树脂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、邻苯二甲酸酯,加热至120℃混合搅拌均匀;(3) 再投入三氧化二锑、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、碳酸钙、防老剂MB为、抗氧剂1010,继续混合15min;(4) 将上述均匀混合物送入平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度为180℃,模头温度为170℃;(5)先在成型模具内涂上脱模剂,预热至55℃,然后用塑料注射机将粒料注射到成型模具内,机筒温度为235℃,注射压力为85MPa,脱模后将成型的托盘经冷却、修整、定型等工序后,喷涂防滑漆,固化后包装即得所需的木塑托盘。
对比例2
一种木塑托盘,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:高密度聚乙烯70份、木粉30份、竹粉15份、三氧化二锑8份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯3份、酚醛树脂16份、聚乙烯蜡3.2份、硬脂酸锌4.5份、碳酸钙22份、防老剂MB为0.6份、抗氧剂1010为0.4份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶8份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶8份。
上述木塑托盘的制备方法为:(1)按配方称取各原料,先将高密度聚乙烯、木粉、竹粉高速混合机中,搅拌混合至均匀,混合均匀后烘干至90℃,使其水份充分蒸发;(2) 在上述混合料中加入酚醛树脂、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶,加热至100℃混合搅拌均匀;(3) 再投入三氧化二锑、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、碳酸钙、防老剂MB为、抗氧剂1010,继续混合8min;(4) 将上述均匀混合物送入平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度为165℃,模头温度为200℃;(5)先在成型模具内涂上脱模剂,预热至55℃,然后用塑料注射机将粒料注射到成型模具内,机筒温度为250℃,注射压力为90MPa,脱模后将成型的托盘经冷却、修整、定型等工序后,喷涂防滑漆,固化后包装即得所需的木塑托盘。
本发明材料的各项性能指标见下表,我们可以看到本木塑托盘具有很高的弯曲强度,最高可达17.2MPa,抗冲击性强,可达65.8J/m,承载能力高,达10.2t,热变形温度高,可达89℃,同时本木塑托盘吸水性低,仅为0.15%。

Claims (8)

1.一种木塑托盘,其特征在于,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:高密度聚乙烯50-70份、木粉20-30份、竹粉15-25份、三氧化二锑4-8份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯2-3份、酚醛树脂8-16份、聚乙烯蜡2.4-3.2份、硬脂酸锌3-4.5份、碳酸钙15-22份、防老剂MB为0.4-0.6份、抗氧剂1010为0.3-0.4份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶4-8份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶4-8份、COPNA树脂4-8份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂4-8份、邻苯二甲酸酯0.2-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木塑托盘,其特征在于,由以下成分按重量份制备而成:高密度聚乙烯55-65份、木粉25-28份、竹粉18-22份、三氧化二锑5-7份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯2.2-2.8份、酚醛树脂10-14份、聚乙烯蜡2.6-3份、硬脂酸锌3.5-4份、碳酸钙16-20份、防老剂MB为0.5-0.6份、抗氧剂1010为0.3-0.4份、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶5-7份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶5-7份、COPNA树脂5-7份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂5-7份、邻苯二甲酸酯0.4-0.6份。
3.一种木塑托盘的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1) 按配方称取各原料,先将高密度聚乙烯、木粉、竹粉高速混合机中,搅拌混合至均匀, 混合均匀后烘干至80-90℃,使其水份充分蒸发;
(2) 在上述混合料中加入酚醛树脂、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶、COPNA树脂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂、邻苯二甲酸酯,加热至100-120℃混合搅拌均匀;
(3) 再投入三氧化二锑、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、碳酸钙、防老剂MB为、抗氧剂1010,继续混合8-15min;
(4) 将上述均匀混合物送入平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒,挤出机机筒温度为165-180℃,模头温度为170-200℃;
(5)先在成型模具内涂上脱模剂,预热至55℃,然后用塑料注射机将粒料注射到成型模具内,机筒温度为235-250℃,注射压力为85-90MPa,脱模后将成型的托盘经冷却、修整、定型等工序后,喷涂防滑漆,固化后包装即得所需的木塑托盘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种木塑托盘的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中烘干温度为85℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种木塑托盘的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中温度为105-115℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种木塑托盘的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中时间为12min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种木塑托盘的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中机筒温度为170℃,模头温度为180-190℃。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种木塑托盘的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中机筒温度为245℃,注射压力为90MPa。
