Abstract
一种耐久性好的聚氨酯塑胶跑道,其特征在于,其由如下原料制备而成:多聚甲醛、二甲基乙醇胺、甲苯、松香、聚氧化丙醚、双氧水、甲酸、磷酸、二甲硫基甲苯二胺、30‑40%的1,4‑二氧六环、粉煤灰、纳米碳酸钙、偶氮二异丁腈、丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯、2‑羟基‑4‑甲氧基二苯甲酮、对氯邻硝基苯胺、聚四氢呋喃二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、8‑10%NaOH溶液、去离子水。本发明制备的聚氨酯塑胶跑道具有弹性好、耐磨、防滑、色彩美观、场地清洁、易于维护管理、不受气候等条件影响的优异性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶制备技术领域,具体是一种耐久性好的聚氨酯塑胶跑道及其制备方法。
技术背景
聚氨酯全称为聚氨基甲酸酯,是主链上含有重复氨基甲酸酯基团的大分子化合物的统称。聚氨酯具有卓越的耐磨性、高强度、高伸长率、高弹性、耐油、耐射线辐射等优异性能。聚氨酯应用于铺地材料具有平整度好、抗压强度高、硬度弹性适当、物理性能稳定的特性,并且具有一定的弹性和色彩,具有一定的抗紫外线能力和耐老化能力。
传统的聚氨酯铺地材料产品都是甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)型的,由于TDI聚氨酯跑道内含有的重金属物质,会在使用过程中氧化污染环境。另外,TDI聚氨酯组分中还含有多种催化剂(含铅、汞、锡)、二元胺类扩链剂、有机分子增塑剂、溶剂、橡胶配合剂和双苯溶剂等有毒有害化学物质,对人体以及均环境造成不良影响。而环保型二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)具有毒性小、对人体健康危害小、对环境的影响较小等优点,更符合当前环保的需要。
作者孙青峰等人在《MDI型双组分聚氨酯塑胶跑道浆料的研制》一文中,以聚醚多元醇、扩链剂、异氰酸酯、增塑剂、填料等为原材料,制备了MDI型双组分聚氨酯塑胶跑道用浆料。研究了各种因素对聚氨酯塑胶跑道制品机械性能的影响。研究表明该MDI型塑胶跑道与传统的TDI聚氨酯塑胶跑道相比,气味小,符合环保要求,而且综合性能优越。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种符合环保要求且综合性能优越的耐久性好的聚氨酯塑胶跑道及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种耐久性好的聚氨酯塑胶跑道,其特征在于,其由如下重量份的原料制备而成:多聚甲醛100份、二甲基乙醇胺15-20份、甲苯200-250份、松香15-20份、聚氧化丙醚10-12份、双氧水30-40份、甲酸12-15份、磷酸10-12份、二甲硫基甲苯二胺6-8份、30-40%的1,4-二氧六环120-150份、粉煤灰12-15份、纳米碳酸钙15-20份、偶氮二异丁腈1-2份、丙烯酸羟乙酯20-30份、苯乙烯20-25份、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯3-4份、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮5-6份、对氯邻硝基苯胺3-4份、聚四氢呋喃二醇6-8份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯140-150份、8-10%NaOH溶液适量、去离子水适量。
所述的耐久性好的聚氨酯塑胶跑道,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)将二甲基乙醇胺和甲苯加入到反应容器中,开始搅拌,在搅拌作用下每隔0.5h,将多聚甲醛分4次投入到反应容器中,多聚甲醛投入完毕后,升温至70-80℃,继续恒温搅拌反应3-4h,加入松香和聚氧化丙醚,升温至90-100℃,继续恒温搅拌反应5-6h,通氮气,然后抽真空脱水1-2h,脱水后于0.4-0.5MPa压力下,降低温度至40℃,滴加双氧水、甲酸和磷酸,搅拌10-20min,50-60℃反应3-5h,再加入二甲硫基甲苯二胺,升高温度至70-75℃,反应8-10h,加入8-10%的NaOH溶液至PH为7,减压蒸馏,得到多元醇类物质;
(2)将30-40%的1,4-二氧六环加入到反应容器中,加入粉煤灰和纳米碳酸钙,超声使其充分分散,加入2/3的引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,加热使之开始回流;滴加丙烯酸羟乙酯和苯乙烯单体的混合物,控制3-4h滴完,回流反应1h后,加入剩余的引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,继续回流聚合反应10-12h,冷却,备用;
(3)在搅拌杯子中加入邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、对氯邻硝基苯胺、步骤(2)的产物、聚四氢呋喃二醇、多元醇类物质和相当于多元醇类物质重量份二十分之一的去离子水,强力搅5-10min,然后加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,强力搅拌10-20s,快速倒入模具中,加热到40-50℃,固化20-30h。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用粉煤灰和纳米碳酸钙为填料,并在其表面原味聚合丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯的共聚物,再填充在聚氨酯中,降低塑胶跑道成本的同时,提高塑胶跑道耐磨性能和弹性,改善塑胶跑道耐气候性、抗拉强度和耐久性;本发明以相对便宜的多聚甲醛、二甲基乙醇胺及松香为原料,松香是一类重要的可再生植物资源,属于天然树脂酸,再加入二甲硫基甲苯二胺,进行交联扩链,制备得到多元醇类物质,既可以作为聚氨酯塑胶跑道的一个合算的原料,对环境友好并节省成本;也可以制备交联度高,高分子量的聚氨酯泡沫,增加聚氨酯塑胶跑道的弹性和耐磨性能;本发明制备的聚氨酯塑胶跑道具有弹性好、耐磨、防滑、色彩美观、场地清洁、易于维护管理、不受气候等条件影响的优异性能。
具体实施方式
本实施例的耐久性好的聚氨酯塑胶跑道,其由如下重量份的原料制备而成:多聚甲醛100份、二甲基乙醇胺20份、甲苯250份、松香20份、聚氧化丙醚12份、双氧水40份、甲酸15份、磷酸12份、二甲硫基甲苯二胺8份、40%的1,4-二氧六环150份、粉煤灰15份、纳米碳酸钙20份、偶氮二异丁腈2份、丙烯酸羟乙酯30份、苯乙烯25份、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯4份、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮6份、对氯邻硝基苯胺4份、聚四氢呋喃二醇8份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯150份、10%NaOH溶液适量、去离子水适量。
本实施例的耐久性好的聚氨酯塑胶跑道,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)将二甲基乙醇胺和甲苯加入到反应容器中,开始搅拌,在搅拌作用下每隔0.5h,将多聚甲醛分4次投入到反应容器中,多聚甲醛投入完毕后,升温至80℃,继续恒温搅拌反应4h,加入松香和聚氧化丙醚,升温至100℃,继续恒温搅拌反应6h,通氮气,然后抽真空脱水2h,脱水后于0.5MPa压力下,降低温度至40℃,滴加双氧水、甲酸和磷酸,搅拌20min,60℃反应5h,再加入二甲硫基甲苯二胺,升高温度至75℃,反应10h,加入10%的NaOH溶液至PH为7,减压蒸馏,得到多元醇类物质;
(2)将40%的1,4-二氧六环加入到反应容器中,加入粉煤灰和纳米碳酸钙,超声使其充分分散,加入2/3的引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,加热使之开始回流;滴加丙烯酸羟乙酯和苯乙烯单体的混合物,控制4h滴完,回流反应1h后,加入剩余的引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,继续回流聚合反应12h,冷却,备用;
(3)在搅拌杯子中加入邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、对氯邻硝基苯胺、步骤(2)的产物、聚四氢呋喃二醇、多元醇类物质和相当于多元醇类物质重量份二十分之一的去离子水,强力搅10min,然后加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,强力搅拌20s,快速倒入模具中,加热到50℃,固化30h。
本实施例制备的聚氨酯塑胶的性能为:无刺激性气味;邵A硬度在50-70HA范围;拉伸强度大于5.0Mpa;撕裂强度大于25kN·m-1;伸长率大于300%。
Claims (2)
1.一种耐久性好的聚氨酯塑胶跑道,其特征在于,其由如下重量份的原料制备而成:多聚甲醛100份、二甲基乙醇胺15-20份、甲苯200-250份、松香15-20份、聚氧化丙醚10-12份、双氧水30-40份、甲酸12-15份、磷酸10-12份、二甲硫基甲苯二胺6-8份、30-40%的1,4-二氧六环120-150份、粉煤灰12-15份、纳米碳酸钙15-20份、偶氮二异丁腈1-2份、丙烯酸羟乙酯20-30份、苯乙烯20-25份、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯3-4份、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮5-6份、对氯邻硝基苯胺3-4份、聚四氢呋喃二醇6-8份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯140-150份、8-10%NaOH溶液适量、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐久性好的聚氨酯塑胶跑道,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)将二甲基乙醇胺和甲苯加入到反应容器中,开始搅拌,在搅拌作用下每隔0.5h,将多聚甲醛分4次投入到反应容器中,多聚甲醛投入完毕后,升温至70-80℃,继续恒温搅拌反应3-4h,加入松香和聚氧化丙醚,升温至90-100℃,继续恒温搅拌反应5-6h,通氮气,然后抽真空脱水1-2h,脱水后于0.4-0.5MPa压力下,降低温度至40℃,滴加双氧水、甲酸和磷酸,搅拌10-20min,50-60℃反应3-5h,再加入二甲硫基甲苯二胺,升高温度至70-75℃,反应8-10h,加入8-10%的NaOH溶液至PH为7,减压蒸馏,得到多元醇类物质;
(2)将30-40%的1,4-二氧六环加入到反应容器中,加入粉煤灰和纳米碳酸钙,超声使其充分分散,加入2/3的引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,加热使之开始回流;滴加丙烯酸羟乙酯和苯乙烯单体的混合物,控制3-4h滴完,回流反应1h后,加入剩余的引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,继续回流聚合反应10-12h,冷却,备用;
(3)在搅拌杯子中加入邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、对氯邻硝基苯胺、步骤(2)的产物、聚四氢呋喃二醇、多元醇类物质和相当于多元醇类物质重量份二十分之一的去离子水,强力搅5-10min,然后加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,强力搅拌10-20s,快速倒入模具中,加热到40-50℃,固化20-30h。
