Abstract

新型防伪瓶,是在盖有瓶盖的瓶颈上旋有上有顶孔的整体防护罩,瓶上设有一定高度的防拆罩。瓶颈上设有多处阻止齿,旋转外螺纹,整体防护罩内设计有内螺纹,整体防护罩下端内部安装卡簧,及卡簧安装孔,卡簧上有阻止整体防护罩逆向转动的卡齿。当盖上整体防护罩后,旋转防护罩时行程向下,下端整体插入防拆罩内,露出瓶盖使用产品,使用后,由于卡簧上方卡齿卡入阻止齿内,防护罩不能向上旋转,瓶子不能再用,而达到防伪目的。

新型防伪瓶
本发明专利涉及一种不能重复使用的防伪瓶,当瓶子被第一次使用后,不能再当新瓶重新包装,杜绝假冒产品的重新使用。
本发明的实施方式如说明书附图所示:
新型防伪瓶(9),在瓶子上设置有一定高度的防拆罩(8)在瓶颈上设有多处阻止整体防护罩(3)向上旋转的从上至下的阻止齿(7),瓶颈上设有旋转外螺纹(6),瓶口盖有瓶盖(2)。在整体防护罩的内部设计有旋转内螺纹(4),下端内部有便于安装卡簧(11)的齿孔(15)。
下面结合说明书附图说明本发明:

图4为防护罩安装卡簧齿孔示意图。
参照说明书附图,将带有防拆护罩(8)瓶颈外螺纹(6)阻止齿(7)瓶口螺纹(2)的瓶子一次性生产成型,另外将设计有内螺纹(4)顶孔(1)安装卡簧齿孔(15)的整体防护罩(3)生产成型,装上卡簧(11)。
生产厂家在瓶中灌装产品后,盖上瓶盖(2)装上整体防护罩(3)往下拧几圈,使顶孔(1)接近瓶盖(2)即完成防假冒包装。
此时,整体防护罩(3)内螺纹(4)套在瓶颈上的外螺纹(6)上,卡簧上的卡齿(13)卡入瓶颈上的防止齿(7),整体防护罩既不能向上拉开,也不能反旋,整体防护罩保护瓶盖(2)不能打开。
当消费者使用时,将整体防护罩(3)向下旋转到一定行程时,瓶盖(2)从顶孔(1)中露出,打开瓶盖即可使用产品。
而此时整体防护罩的下端安装卡簧部分已全部插入瓶上防拆护罩(8)内,而且不能向上旋转,瓶子不能再恢复原状,从而杜绝重复使用。

Claims (4)

1.新型防伪瓶,其特征在于瓶上设有整体的防拆罩(8),瓶颈上设有外螺纹(6),从上至下的防止齿(7)瓶颈上旋有行程向下的整体防护罩(3),整体防护罩顶孔(1)略大于瓶盖(2)外径,整体防护罩下端装有卡簧(11)(5),整体防护罩(3)下端内部有内螺纹。
2.根据权利要求(1)所述的新型防伪瓶,其特征在于,设置整体防护罩(3),开瓶旋转罩体时行程向下,露出瓶盖(2)旋转时,卡簧(11)在外力作用下,卡齿(13)卡入阻止齿(7),使整体防护罩不能逆向旋转。
3.根据权利要求(1)所述的新型防伪瓶,其特征在于设置卡簧(11),卡簧上设置有与瓶颈上的阻止齿(7)相对数量、位置的卡齿(13),防护罩(3)内下端设计有与卡簧(11)相对应位置,数量的安装齿(12)安装齿孔(15)。
4.根据权利要求(1)所述的新型防伪瓶,其特征在于瓶身使用玻璃制品,陶瓷制品,防护罩(3)同时适用金属制品,防护罩(3)上设计有易断的凹处(10)。
